Its a little weird that Google suggest that I review this place because getting in there is more than difficult unless you work there of course. But if you do: Wauw this place is totally awesome. The look of a one mile long airplane production line is second to none. And seeing the endless row of the space craft looking F-35’s almost make you breathless.

F-35 assembly line is outstanding. Extremely clean. No photography allowed.

I work here, and love going to work everyday. Everybody is stand up and although the work can be stressful, at the end of the day, I feel useful, worth something, like Im going somewhere, and learning a lot. If you are thinking about applying, please do. It is worth every second. I had to apply several times and eventually had to go to a hiring event to get noticed, but it was worth it.

Best place to visit for any engineer. This is the main assembly line for the f-35 fighter jets which includes f-35A, f-35B and f-35C models and trust me this could be your best experience seeing them getting assembled from scratch. They provided caddy vehicle to explore the 1 mile long(literally) assembly line and they also provided safety glasses and ear protector which they let us keep as a souviener. The representative explained in details all the facts about it. At last, if you are lucky enough you can also enjoy watching the f-35s getting flight tested from the runway strip which is near the assembly factory.

Was lucky to have a friend employed here. Got to take a mind blowing tour. Security was helpful and friendly

I loved waking up and going to work there. I worked with some some sharp and amazing people. Worked there for 22 years. I really enjoyed building the F-16. Loved watching it perform any time.

Amazing facilities in fort worth, Ive recently visited many across USA, next stop United Kingdom to attend the presentation of new F35-B Lighting.

I have an uncle that works here and the benefits are great and the wages here is pretty far above average. Production workers here are required to have a background as a mechanic. This place is like getting into Samsung in Austin but even better than Samsung. My uncle is in the engineering department and he had to go through rounds of lay offs before his job became very stable here. This place has a workforce population of 20,000 people.

Work is never as good as independently wealthy but LMC is good. One of the best. Could grow in areas of benefits and innovative employer benefits that dont fall under Fed approved.

Great place to work with great people. The software work is challenging with lots of complicated problems to solve. You will learn something everyday. You are not going to get a corner office is a high rise with windows, but you will get great work experience. You will also not get covered parking, but you will get to work on state of the art products. The Fort Worth plant is the headquarters for the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics division which reports the the main headquarters in Bethesda Maryland. The Fort Worth plant encompasses the production line for the F-35 fighter jet which is the largest money maker for the entire Lockheed Martin cooperation.

My experience is not a good one, reason why is I have 30 years of experience in the Aerospace industry and my skills are very unique involving composites and working in every aspect of this field. There is a huge demand for people that have this experience and there are openings from coast to coast in need of skilled workers like myself that come highly recommended but yet after applying several times in this field Lockheed Martin continues to send out a statement that say after careful consideration we are exploring other candidates for this position. I have heard of other experienced Technicians getting the same reply. These are no entry level positions that I have applied for either, its obvious they want and need people but send out that same statement every time. They are losing out on getting highly qualified workers, even if you know someone that works there and they put you in for a referral that does no good. Myself and others really dont know what they are looking for.

F-35 production line was amazing to witness. This is a truly innovative company and world leader.

Not sure how you rate a company like this but Ill give it a shot.The main areas seen by visitors are nice, but venture into the employee areas and things go downhill. A lot of the office spaces are very dated and do not look like they have been updated for 20 years or more. If you are applying for an office job here look at the space before deciding (if the space you work in is a concern for you)

I support the air force but they gotta stop flights at nights! Here it is going on ten getting ready for bed and theyre still testing the planes! Annoying to hear them going over our house at nights!

Lets just say that this isnt a reputable company. Women going around doing the Supervisors, Managers, & Employees. Nothing is being done about it, the Bosses turn their heads the other way, insurance sucks, everyone is STUCK on second shift, and Union doesnt stand up for the employees unless its something certain people want. This company just isnt what I expected, glad I quit.

People being what they are LMCO isnt any different, except it is different. That said its a great place to work. They have supported fairness, equal rights, excellent pay, freedom of expression, freedom of movement in the form of taking other positions/jobs within LMCO. I quit a $150K job in an aircraft manufacturing company I had for 13 years to go to LMCO for a little less pay and am totally happy with it. The other company was a slave pit, mean, threatening on a daily basis. LMCO is like working in a resort. Thats my experience in Lockheed Martin. Thank you Lockheed.

This company proved to very unprofessional this morning; poor Leadership, and all the above. They had everyone coming out to hiring event to turn them around, even if you were registered. Claiming they didnt know so.many that were not registered was gone show up. People flew in from many States, and got turned around, and all they could say was they are sorry. Not acceptable!
