Customer service in finance need more training on professional. They needto treat all people with respect in person and over the phone. Not make excuses about the phone. I guess they feel as if whatever they say you must believe they are telling the truth which is not always the truth. The advertisement says one thing and it is altogether something different when you get there. Its was not a good visit.
I worked with WSA to order some promotional items for the non-profit organization I work with and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service. I was originally drawn to them because the prices were very reasonable when I did some comparison shopping with other local companies, but will remain a customer due to the service. Robert was knowledgeable about the products and was willing to go above and beyond to help us find a solution when our logo was going to be too small to print clearly on the product we originally wanted. I will definitely be using WSA in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
