We had 1 box left after flooring our house. They bought it back without any problems. They have been amazing from start to finish and their product is great quality.

My fiancé and I are first time home buyers, and we bought a fixer upper and chose to purchase flooring and installation through LLC. The floor is satisfactory, but the installation is far from. Floor boards were not snapped in properly, scratches and dings were left, large gaps that cannot be hidden even behind trim were left, the space for a wax ring in the bathroom was not cut large enough to fit a wax ring, etc., etc., etc.We have now been battling with LLC in Fort Wayne and the corporate office to please remedy the situation for the past two weeks, but I just get passed from one person to another. We were told installation was “under warranty” since we purchased through them, but here we are two weeks later without any returned phone calls or response to in person visits.The floor is satisfactory, but I would NEVER wish for ANYONE to experience what we are experiencing with the installation process. See the handiwork for yourself.

We stopped in a few weeks ago to price some flooring, Q Martin helped us, he was very knowledgeable, and explained to us what we need to do in order to install the flooring. We told him that we wanted to go to other stores to price some other flooring to make sure we are getting the one we really liked. Lumber Liquidators by far had the best price, quality and knowledgeable staff. We went back and purchased enough to do our whole house. The flooring we got was easy to install, and it looks great! I would recommend Lumber Liquidators for your flooring needs.

I cannot say enough good things about Q and the other employees at the Fort Wayne Lumber Liquidators store. I purchased a large quantity of flooring and they allowed me as much time as I needed to pick up the 100 plus boxes during the uncertain times of a pandemic. Although I have not yet begun installing the flooring, inspection of several boxes show the quality of the flooring to be top notch. I purchased the AquaSeal brand in Tapestry Oak. I will not hesitate to make further purchases from this company and look forward to again working with their wonderful staff.

Large display. Many choices, each type of flooring is well explained, type, size, durability, and price . The gentleman who helped us ( wish I could remember his name ), was knowledgeable, courteous, and pleasant.The process for checkout was a easy process choices of delivery and installation were well explained.We love our floor. We installed the floor ourselves. Installation, was fun. We got to choose the color grain, and length of board. Only difficulty was size, of the room, and the fact that it was not square. LOTS OF LAUGHSWish I had pictures.

You are selling junk flooring that had formaldehyde in it. I had your flooring in 5 rooms in my house and I tearing it out. I will never walk into your stores and Im telling everyone I know. You sell junk floor and your settlement was a joke. I will never walk into any of your stores and Im telling people about the junk you are selling.

Its not a very large show room. Very small samples to look at so it makes it difficult to tell really what flooring will look like installed. And sales people are a little bit too helpful! Sometimes shoppers dont need that much assistance! But prices are very competitive

Michelle is by far the best customer service representative I’ve dealt with, not affiliated with chic-fil-a. I’m in toledo ohio and she helped me track flooring, that i called her about, to Florence, Kentucky. She called around and kept me abreast of her findings. That’s a rarity these day. My home store (Ben and the crew/ Perrysburg, oh) is pretty awesome as well

The hardwood floors we bought were wonderful. The person who helped us was friendly and knowledgeable. The problem was that they never have enough help on the floor. Everything seems to be a special order that you cant get for at least 2 weeks. We were not told about the special financing. They took our form of payment and had to refund it because we asked about the financing and went that route. We dont intend on coming back.

They have a great selection of flooring that is all cheaper than other places Ive looked. But be aware, if you give them your phone number they will call you often

Im not really sure if they have good flooring in this place or not? Since I couldnt get anyone to wait on me after attempting multiple times, I figure Ill go somewhere else. Plenty of places in Fort Wayne to choose from.

These guys are something else. I swear theyre all high. One took my order and didnt put my full address on the FedEx shipment. Then he lied and said my flooring would be at my house Friday. Its Saturday and its not here. The guy I called today tried to help, but I had to give my name at least 3 times? Really!? Listen to your customers when youre on the phone with them! Im pretty sure what I need wont be here for my installer on Monday. The stairnosing doesnt even fully cover my steps, so I had to paint. I wont be using lumber liquidators again. Inferior products and inferior employees.

Six days after the floor was installed I noticed gaps in the planks where there should not be any gaps.silly me I just thought I could call the store since it had been 6 days since it was installed, and they would come out and fix it. well i was wrong! evidently you have to make a claim through corporate. it is now been going on two weeks and weve heard nothing very very very unsatisfied.as you can see by the pictures the planks are supposed to be put together tightly and the gap is big enough where I can set coins in them pennies and dimesI would write this lower than one star if I could but it made me pick at least one $3000 worth of flooring 450 ft.² was in six days and now nothing.if and when they make this right I will update this
