Juan (Forman on the job everyday) and his crew did outstanding job installing siding, soffits, and facia wrap on our very unique house (huge trim around huge windows). I can’t convey how difficult this installation was. They took their time (two weeks) and made sure it was done correctly. Dustin (project manager) supported Juan and his crew to the fullest by making available all items (extra wrap, cherry picker lift, etc.) available throughout this massive job. These are the people you want working on your house.

Attention to details and customer service were lacking.It took too much effort on the customer side to get the results that I was paying for.Damage to 5 year old facia metal, dented and scratched LEAF GUARD gutters by sliding shingles off the top of them, incorrect type /installation of bathroom venting hood, mis matched (color) penetration boot covers that had to be replaced after the shingles were laid down ...Not 1 Foreman on site, with fluent English speaking abilities, to interact with the customer,instill confidence in their choices of vendor, and immediately addres the concerns in real-time.I was initially made to regret my choice of contractor and was treated as suspect in my complaints on quality and how I was made to feel about my choice of people to touch my house.Until the realities of the pictures I took, were sent to demonstrate that their actions had caused unnecessary damage to the existing structure and the careless, improper installation of drip edging throughout the roof, then Attention to details became important.Appearance and function together make the job complete .It took an additional 30 days to address all of the errors and correct 90% of all the issues.Going above and beyond is difficult for them to do.Doing only the minimum needed to escape the job was how I felt when I confronted them with the repairs .In the end, I have a new roof that I will always be less than confident in as the vendor created doubt and anxiety from their actions in the process of getting the job done.The treatment of the customer as a suspect vs a person that just wanted an excellent product installation with an excellent customer service experience for choosing Home Pro.Thats the shortcoming in the process they failed to meet.They can slam some shingles.....its the remaining 2/3 of the job that needs polishing.

We have been waiting 6 months (since Feb 2021) for our windows and were just informed we are looking at at least another 3 months minimum. Their supplier will not be able to get your windows to you. Please do not sign a contract with this company until supply issues have been resolved or you may be looking at a year for your work to be completed.In all honesty, this is just the first half of the problem. It is more about how you are treated as a customer. The only window guy would not get back to me about my order or how long things were delayed. I feel like my job is a back burner project for them.

They did a wonderful job on our roof and we couldnt be happier. I highly recommend home pro for your home improvement needs.

Home Pro done a excellent job on tearing off my old roof down to the decking and installed a new roof. shingles and trim and roof line vents. The workers got here about 8:30 a.m. and were done by 2:00 p.m. I love my new roof, makes my house look completely different. Also the office people were great also. very friendly and answered any questions that I had. Great Job Home Pro......

Very professional company. I would recommend this company to anyone. From sales to installation I was impressed. They were all positive people with great attitudes. Our roof looks great and I feel good knowing that they will stand behind their work. They arent the lowest priced or the highest. This is a company that sells a great product period.

They just finished the roof, and my wife and myself are very pleased how it looks. Great price and great attention to the details and the clean up. Now Im having them put new windows and soffits along with shakes on my house 🏠

We had Home Pro out to do window replacement in our home. They did a wonderful job from the rep that came out and explained the windows and quality to the install and keeping in contract with us every step of the way.They were really good about letting us know what was going on, and due to covid things were backed up. They kept in contact with us and let us know when our windows would be in and when they would be out to install them. The installer did a wonderful job and the windows look great. We couldnt be happier with the way everything turned out. I highly recommend home pro, and look forward to do business with them again in the future.

Home pro came out and put new siding on our home. The siding looks amazing and couldnt be happier with the install. Our home looks brand new and we get so many complements on it. We cant wait to have them back out to do our windows.

Wouldnt commit to a consultation date based on whether or not my wife was going to be available.Without taking the time to reach out to me and speak with me directly, the owner posted a response to my review. The response stated that I was rude to the customer service associate and that I bullied them.This company is a joke and doesnt deserve any sort of business, if this is the way they practice service.Where as I understand the need to have a policy in place to keep from going out of a predetermined radius, there is something called customer service and the first part of that is to treat potential customers with respect.Bottom line with this matter is that your customer service associate got flustered and your manager was rude.

These guys so unprofessional never ever had I been treated this way ... Told me could only come out for quote if my husband was home and also asked me if he was not present would I be able to make decision on my own or would i need to talk to my husband first!!!!

I recently had a new roof on my garage done by these guys! Jason quoted a great price, and Dustin and his crew did a fantastic job! They were on time, quick, cleaned up after they were done, and very personable! I will have them do work for us, again, in the future!

I scheduled a day for them to come out 2 weeks ago. On the first date the person that was supposed to be coming had 2 flat tires and couldn’t make it, which is understandable. I rescheduled for another date a week later and they never showed. Definitely won’t be bothering with calling them in the future.

I LOVE my new windows. The installer was quick and kind. The price was right! The office did not make the appointment and I was surprised when I received a reminder call. We made a down payment and signed papers to make monthly payments. Then a week later the office call asking if we had an appointment to collect payment. However, all is good and we love our new windows.

We Recently purchased windows from Home Pro. The windows are durable and look great. Installers came in and got all the windows finished up in one day, they made sure to clean everything up inside and out. Such a great company to work with. I had Home Pro come out on 8.8.2019 and would NOT recommend them. First of all the salesman Donald Jordan was extremely pushy when all i wanted was an estimate to save towards. Second when checking my roof Mr. Jordan decided to lean the ladder on the gutters which smashed them in and popped off the gutter guard. Third they offer a discount of 2500 if they can put a sign in your yard and if you give them a 5 star review on a price that is quite high to start with ($13,572). Definitely will not be having them do my roof when they can not even get on it without causing damage to the gutters.

Very impressed with the company, they were very easy to work with. The quality of the install was great and the installer was not only fun to be around he was very polite and respectful of my home. They put these windows in this winter and it has made a huge difference. Not only are they energy efficient but they have blocked all the noise from the outside. Very Impressed

We recently purchased windows from Home Pro Windows Siding & Doors, LLC, we love the windows. I feel as though they are really well made, durable windows. There were some issues with the installation, bad weather, miscommunication and time consuming. it took 5 days to complete the job, that is not including the original installation date which had to be pushed back due to miscommunication. It seems as though installation would have been faster if there was a team of people instead of just one person. But the installer was great. Very friendly and also concerned with our home, not to get dirt all over our carpets. Everyone we worked with were great! I would definitely recommend these windows.

Many of the homes in our neighborhood are about that age when the builder installed roof needs replaced. We had been considering contacting someone about a new roof on our 20 year old home and I really wanted to consider a higher quality option because Id heard from a neighbor about a 50 year roof. A Home Pro representative stopped by our home and I liked what I heard about their roofing system and set up a meeting.The company representative was friendly and described the GAF system they used in great detail and we were convinced this was the right system for us because it matched the quality and 50 year warranty I was looking for. I was expecting a steep price but I found the complete price in our budget.We were also pleased with the speed and accuracy of the planning as well as being given access to the software they use to create measurements and visualize the home.Given that we set this up to be done in March I was expecting at least a few weeks delay but Home Pro got the work scheduled on the first clear days. We love our house with all of gabling and trimwork and we thought it might be a complicated job, but it was completed by their installation team quickly in two days with no left over mess or disruptions.We love the resulting look and even the look of the GAF venting system and have received compliments from neighbors. Id definitely recommend HomePro if you are looking for a quality roof that will last as well as hold value.
