The staff that work there love the people they serve. It is a quality place.
Don’t call to lodge a complaint about their employees. Instead of addressing the issues and problems that their employees have been causing for about a year, and doing HER job, Jamie Peppler at Bethesda Lutheran Communities, denied her employees did anything wrong, even though we have audio proof of their loud disruptions, and called the police, because we stated we would continue to call the police if she didn’t put a stop to it. Telling someone the police will continue to be called on their employees is not a reason to call the police on the complaintant. Its called do your job, they aren’t as Godly as you profess if we have proof and can clearly hear them yelling over our TV, radio, or even ear buds when we try and block out their slamming and yelling. Also a person saying to you that they will call the police on your problem causing employees is not a threat, nor threatening in any manner, so there was no need to tell the police that threatening statements were made. If your employees are being a problem, and have been for about a year, it is my right to take my complaint to you, THEIR EMPLOYER, AND THE POLICE IF YOU FAIL OR REFUSE TO TAKE ACTION. There was never a need to call the police on the person filing a complaint with you, the company.
Our son goes there 3 days a week. Great people and good service
What they do to help the disabled is amazing#
The staff are wonderful to my clients but the office space is getting overcrowded.
