AMS has done a wonderful job. I work for a commercial real estate firm and manage condo owners associations, and have used them for common area repairs of parking lots and side streets. They were timely and did thorough, quality work.

Frustrating experience with this company. They were out 4 times and the job still hasnt been finished completely. The initial asphalt driveway work was done sloppily (ridges everywhere), which they later came out and partially fixed. Within a couple of weeks, most edges cracked off almost the entire length of the drive (wed been careful not to drive on them, etc.). The next remedy was 2 guys coming out and quickly throwing tar on some of the edges, but generally making a mess, missing many cracks, tarring right over a bunch of leaves, etc. They came out again and still missed cracks, even though we had tried to mark spots with chalk. To top it off, the asphalt was super coarse in large sections. Theyre in too big of a hurry.
