Scott arrived promptly at the appointed time, taking care to not bring mud or dirt into the house (a big one on my list for technicians)After discussing my piano - a 55 year old upright thats been through several moves - Scott got right to work.His tuning and pitch raise was thorough, accurate and consumed the better part of 5 hours.His demeanor is more than pleasant and his pricing reasonable for the level of service.I have, and will continue to, recommend his service. I will be using him for my next tuning.

Scott came out to tune our piano. We had other guys out, but Scott was definitely the best. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. We would definitely recommend him.
