Staff was awesome! Place was great. Reserved for a party. The kids loved it. Food was delicious and fast to come out. We will be back!

1st time weve been there & my kids loved it! Bounce houses of all sizes for kids of every age almost & arcade games. You put $ on a card for tokens and swipe it to play games, then your tickets you win go on that same card. The arcade games are more for children that are 4th grade & up but some little kid games as well. Its a very nice facility! I saw employees cleaning while I was there. They offer free drinks when youre having a party. Its in a plaza looking area across from Kohls I believe. The tunnels were closed at this time, not sure if it was due to COVID or if they needed to make repairs.

Well first off the pizza is the worst pizza I have ever had. And then I had bought 3 packages off Groupon because it said limit was three. But when I get there fort Wayne only allows for one to be used. And of course I cant get a refund for the Groupons that I already purchased so that I could use that money to pay full price for stuff. And the manager was very rude. Also when I first got there for the party. I asked if I could start setting things up at 415(party at 430) and the manager said he didnt think he had an available table for that. There was literally 8 empty party tables and only two said reserved. Mind you that I had a party reserved for 430.

Overall, I definitely enjoyed myself. Ace was definitely cleaner than most places like this. My only reason for not a 5 star was the pizza. Tasted really rubbery and just lack.of flavor. But overall, love it and will be back

We have a ton of fun here and its free for the bounce houses! Its a little dirty and the music is way to loud. Plus you pay $20 for an arcade card and even though its a pretty good deal for the amount of fun you have, it can get frustrating when there are arcades broken.

Had my sons 5th birthday here, everything was great except the food was on the cooler side, it did take us a bit to get organized so they could set our table so I’m not going to make a big deal out of it. It was free, lots of games and fun.

The staff was nice and helpful, but not a single employee wore a mask.The games were inexpensive and fun.The food was absolutely terrible. The fries were either freezer burnt or cooked in old oil, because they tasted funky. The Mac n cheese was just noodles with NACHO cheese on it, super bizarre.It wasn’t totally filthy, but it definitely didn’t feel very clean.

My 7-year-old son loves this place. Good place for an adult to take a load off and let their kid loose to play in the arcade or on bounce houses. A lot more room than Chuck E. Cheese and Tokens-and-Tickets. The new 18-hole mini golf is a real plus as my son enjoys golfing with his dad in the summertime and having this mini golf available allows him to have fun and practice his putting during the winter. Staff are very friendly. Pizza is average but worth the good price. Free refills on drinks. Masks are optional after workers take customers temp. Choices of prizes better than the aforementioned chain mentioned above. There are only two things I would change: 1) consider having at least a space heater in the mini golf room. Temp felt OK today because its almost 50 degrees outside, but was particularly chilly when it was about 25 degrees the other day; 2) bathrooms need hands-free automatic towel dispenser and doors need to open out upon exit so we dont have to touch the handle after washing our hands. Other than that, everything is fine. My son has had three birthday parties here and plans on having his fourth in February.

I personally didnt use the equipment but my daughter & family did. They told me they had great fun & want 2 go bac soon.

We had a good time. Kids loved it. Virtual Reality room was down. Other than that everything was operational. Service was good.

Buddy of mine was having his kids birthday party. Did a package for x-time to x-time for so a certain amount of kids.We get there a little late and theyre already having problems. They didnt give out the number of cards they shouldve, they gave less. The cards they did give out started running out and getting the kids denied WAY before, I mean HOURS before the time he paid for was up.Games kept breaking.An overall cluster. Whole deal just felt shady.

If you’re looking for a place to let your kids run out some energy, this is it! However, it’s not really a “nice” place. But it is budget friendly, and clean. They don’t allow outside food or drinks unless it is a cake/cupcakes for a party. And there is no exception to this- I was drinking a energy drink upon entry and they basically confiscated it 🤣🤣🤣 until we left the place.

Last time, almost 2 years ago was not a good experience. However. I can say today was so much better. Like night and day.The party was perfectly timed at 2 hours. The unlimited drinks and pizza was a great deal. Kiddos LOVED the bounce houses and the games and even the virtual reality games. Those are so fun. I was pleasantly surprised by the pizza. Not dry and cracker thin crust like some places. They also have a lot of flexibility with the parties. We opted to bring our own cupcakes. It was clean and rowdy (sign of happy kids). We will definitely be back!

Food came out in a timely manner, plenty to do for kids of all ages, but we were ignored or stared at by the staff at every counter. We were not helped until we stood at the counter (with no line and several attendants available) for more than 5 minutes. At one point we were the only people at the ticket counter and the attendant literally left the area after helping the person who had been right in front of us previously. If we had had better service from the staff we would go back.

The last time we had been out to Jungle Georges was before the pandemic and was very pleased with the accommodations they made to adapt. Their pricing is very reasonable across the board and have a variety of activities that are fun for all ages, from mini-golf to virtual games and then of course the bounce houses for the kids. We were so pleased with the service and environment that we discussed even just having family get-togethers there in the future! Would definitely recommend families to go check it out!

Great Family Fun, Mini Golf 18 Holes, Jump Houses and all the Games

Lots of fun for a small amount of money. We buy the $20 card and get $25 with the bonus. My G Baby can play video games and jump for a good 4 hours. We spend half the day here. Lots of fun and the added some new games.

This is a great place to go if youre broke. Not gonna lie. Free bounce houses make any kid happy, and that was the reason we went. I get visitation with my niece and nephew who are currently in IN state custody (Im working on getting custody here in OH) so I drive 3+ hours to get there, and 3+ hours to get back, and I try to make the visits as fun as possible, but also as cheap as possible. The bounce houses were bigger than I expected, and the kids loved them. For the month of October they have free mini put put too, so that was awesome. They also have you sign a waiver before entering. We really loved it. We will go back in the future if were in that area!! My only complaint would be the prices of drinks and food. Its typical arcade prices.

I mean, decent games, plenty of gross bounce houses. Staff is very friendly but there is to much going on there for the staff to keep up. Facily needs work.

Booked a medium size party. Got a reserved table for two hours lots of tokens, a free vr game, 3 pizzas and drinks. Facility was clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Cant wait to go back soon. Everyone enjoyed themselves.

Establishment was actually smooth running this time, games all worked and updated which was a plus! Kids always have fun running out the last of their energy! Customer service was good, can’t remember the young ladies name(blonde hair double nose piercing) but she was awesome and made sure the kids had what they wanted!

I still love this place for my kids. I drive from out of town and it is worth it. I just wish there was one in my town too! Everyone here does a good job.

Was there for a birthday party. We had a great time. Everyone was very friendly, and I saw employees constantly wiping down surfaces and making sure the kids were all following the rules. Very impressed.

A nice place to take young kids to have fun. It has a lot of machines that take tokens and spits out tickets to trade for prizes. Also has several air machines for the kids to run in and jump on.

This has been my 1st time back at Jungle Georges since they got all these new games. So much better than before, everything worked and the games were pretty fun. My son loved everything. We did 2 of the VR games...the Jurassic park ride he did was cool...But when he went in one the rooms with the half doors I could tell he was lost. Had to ask for help so he could play something. I dont think that one is really a good fit for a 5yr old. But overall we had a blast...love what they have done to improve Jungle Georges.

Unfortunately not taking any precautions during a pandemic. Staff werent even wearing masks, so I highly doubt they do any sanitation. We just left didnt feel safe at all.

Its a very fun and exciting place for small children ..But not the cleanliness place at all ..My fiance swore to have saw a roach crawling on the table my son had his birthday gifts on ...The drinks area was filthy with dirtAlso a machine him and I got on kept malfunctioning (Which things happen)But overall 2 star cause kids will enjoy !

My son loves coming here. But I definitely think they need to set up a better system to watch the kids on the bounce house. There were several much older kids jumping through in ways they shouldnt and hit several younger kids. Also they should make it where the kid gets stamped with the parent that way no one can leave with your child. Overall I would definitely come back. The prices are decent and I love thats its free for kids

If I could give it zero stars I would. I had booked a birthday party for my daughter paid the deposit(no where on the website does it even talk about the deposit besides paying it) Well my grandparents brought up a good point about wiping stuff off. It wasnt even 48 hours after I paid the $50 that we decided to cancel the party. I emailed the manger at least 20 times. I called jungle Georges and was giving a number to call. Yea that was joke I tried to call that number from 11:30 am til 4:30pm. No answer couldnt leave a voice mail since the mailbox was full. I kept emailing and calling them everday just to finally be told that they dont do cash refunds the only refunds they do is store credit. NO WHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT SAY THAT!

My daughter works here anas loves this place. Its inexpensive and so much fun for kids n adults too. Their VR game room is awesome.

The crew here is awesome! Friendly nice and energetic. They really showed how well they work as a team in my visit a cold lost his parents and they came together and took care of the situation like pros. Not often a parent forgets their child... but it happens. Thanks to the crew cold was returned safely! Way to go guys!

We had a birthday party for both of our girls here and they had a blast. They could have as many friends as they wanted for the same price!! All the kids had a great time and the staff was always kind and helpful. We had never been there before and the staff was very knowledgeable and helped us in whatever we needed. The bathrooms were in need of update but that wouldn’t deter us from going again. Thank you for a wonderful day!!

Im from Dallas and have gone to all the places in Fort Wayne for my 5 year old daughter and Jungle Georges is hands down THE BEST place to go. 3 or so HUGE bounce houses and 4 or so others and all free, arcade games the perfect size and entertainment for kids around 5 and older too, its just perfect. Clean, friendly place. I honestly dislike indiana, but Fort Wayne is great and this place is a perfect complement to this great city.

Jungle George lets you have a really fun birthday experiences for your child that is way under the cost of Chuck e cheeses. Jungle Gorge has bounce houses for young elementary kids to do that doesnt keep charging you more money, so the fun doesnt end when the arcade card runs out. The arcades are good enough for young kids, They have VR but the price for elementary age kids didnt seem worth it.

Stopped while passing through on vacation to give kids a break. Was very clean, bounce toys were good and one was amazing. Bottle of water was $1, so not over-priced.

Since re opening, everything has been cleaned nicely and a few new games my children very much enjoyed!

This place is great for younger children to play, have fun and celebrate their birthdays. Its clean, there are a lot of bouncy things for them to enjoy, arcade games, food, drinks and you can make reservations for tables for your event/party. Ive been there several times and the children have always had a great time, the cost will not break the bank and the adults can visit at the table while the children play.

My 1 yr old grandson had great time plenty to do for all ages

We took our grandson for his birthday. He had fun running around and playing thats what counts the most. But the games are expensive, the pizza was awful and the cook had a greasy shirt on so i dont why they had him serving as well.

I was impressed with all the updates since the last time we were there. The inflatables looked cleaner and nearly all the arcade games are new. The kids had a blast. I just cannot give it 5 stars until they have some sort of a check in and out system like Chuck E. Cheese does with matching hand stamps, and an attendant at both doors especially on the weekends. I get that the bathrooms have been where they are since it was Broad ripple and the doors over there say for employees, but the set up is not conducive to safety.

Bathrooms are a little rough. Also, I wish there was some sort of gate or entrance to the play area so that little ones would be less likely to possibly head toward the front doors, bathrooms, without you knowing. Its a little chaotic and hard to keep track. You will also want to keep an eye on younger children, as the bounce house equipment (fan, plugs, tubing, etc) are completely open for children to mess with if unattended.This gives me a little anxiety. Other than those few concerns, you cant beat free and will just have to be vigilant. In the winter months, its a great place for kids to play off some energy.

The kids had a wonderful time. I cant stand how hectic Chucky Cheese and was concerned going here. I was pleasantly surprised though. It is much larger and even though there were a lot of kids it wasnt nearly as noticeable. I was also pleasantly surprised that Wednesday was half off everything so $50 provided 3 hours of entertainment for 4 kids.
