Gone to the Waterloo, IN UPS as usual but found the signs below on door ! didn’t want to go to a franchise so googled actual UPS facility. This one is awesome! Helpful employees, & I spoke with 3 of them, easy sign in/ print info into computer on site, great transaction! Highly recommend, plenty of parking & great hours

The problem isnt necessarily with this place. Its with ups in general. I paid 70 dollars for two bolts to be shipped overnight. And now I have to wait until Monday because of their stupid signature requirement. If I wanted it to be here on money I wouldnt have paid so much for it to be here the next day. I dont know why they require a signature anyway. Theres nothing different between an overnight package and a regular one besides that I need it here as soon as possible. Or if they are going to do the stupid signature, dont bring it in the morning when most people are at work.

The rudest customer service representative Ive ever encountered at a business the other morning. Richard? Rich? He yelled at a woman who walked in and asked a question about her packages before her turn. He ignored others. He seemed angry that I came in without knowing I should have written down the tracking. I never want use this place again.

The young man at the counter was not very friendly, did his job and that was it. Spoke very little, was short and to the point.My issue wasnt directly with this location, I had to have my package held here after being told 2 days in a row it would be delivered between this time and this time and not getting that delivered at the times listed and missing my package twice, it was like they waited until I left to try and make the delivery.. I paid $90 for delivery and had to drive across town to pick up my package

Upon receiving my package after theyve missed multiple deliveries I had to go there to pick up my package still found that my package was damaged and these were important documents. They also do not respect your first amendment right to record they have issues with the Fourth amendment right as well Even if youre on public property they act like they own the public property

The automated service is awful. Received a package by mistake,was to have it picked up.Was not picked up.I will be keeping this package if no one gets it. If they track it and I’m charged for it I wil be very up set.Just contacted them again and this had better work.

I changed the delivery information to be sent to an access point and yet they still delivered to my house. They charged me eight dollars to change but then again didn’t abide by that change and just took my eight dollars. I will never ever ever do anything with UPS ever again.

The lady running it didnt care if we got packages sent or not.Was a arrogant women at best.Their were folks in there that didnt know how to work a computer.I a customer helped them.Why she sit and watched.If I were running the show there.First thing to make it better.Would be too get ridd of people like her.And train people to be more helpful.I just had a driver delivery too my nieghbors that was supposed to come to my address.Would like to know how this happened when my house is clearly marked with the address???????.

I pay for shipping protection on hundreds of packages a year. One package is damaged and I havent submitted a claim in literally years and they deny the claim. So whats the point of paying for the shipping protection? I will be using FedEx from now on.

Dont know what happened to this company, but I have lost respect & confidence in UPS.Probably why Amazon went the route of having their own trucks & delivery company.

The customer service is great. The people at the service counter make sure you get what you need awesome friendly people always going above and beyond taking care of each customer. Make sure you go to the right parking area dont get mixed in with the delivery trucks. Its not hard to find.

I have not been disappointed in sending & receiving packages. The items are usually on time as expected. With easy UPS My Choice app helps me tracking all my packages and able to coordinate the delivery places if Im not available to be at the receiving end location.

Richard was helpful, efficient, friendly. He made sending books back easy. And that means more than you can imagine.

Does not deliver packages. I have to drive to pick it up. Amazon leaves it at the door if no response. Never had a problem with that until today. I was told because I live in an apartment they choose not to deliver. HATE UPS!!! all package deliveries needs to go through the post office the only trusted federal company. Cindy was extremely rude on the phone. Yelled and talked over me has poor customer service skills.

Quick and helpful when having to sign and pick up a package. The online and phone support was helpful as well even though I was frustrated the sender requested a signature.

I stopped using UPS because of two very poor experiances at their UPS stores. I had no choice on this occasion. The staff was so friendly and polite. It was the christmas season so it was busy, but they got my items quickly. I rated 5 stars for the staff, but 3 stars because the store front was so dirty an not kept up at all. Terrible that such a great staff had to work in such a poor work environment.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. The representative didnt speak clear English and only repeated what I said. Tried to change my delivery to another address and said I couldnt do it... It was going to my next door neighbor. Then I asked to pick it up at store and was told no. I will never use them again, and all my future purchases will be with anyone else other than them.

Very difficult to see customer entrance from street. Customer parking is outside the facility fence. Sign at gate directing customers to parking area is too busy! Why dont you just put one simple sign with an arrow pointing to customer parking?

Today 5/5/17 at 5:40pm I had a UPS driver blow a stop sign turning into oncoming traffic on Clinton st. Fort Wayne and proceeded to drive in excess of the speed limit and near the Kroger store he tossed out a plastic bottle and a can. Plate number 15306. Is this typical of the driver conduct expected. Never seen such carelessness.

Have had a few issues with deliveries were they said they tried to deliver but there was no answer at the door...then you have to drive over to pick it up yourself. Funny thing is that we have been home everytime they claimed this but there was no knock or doorbell ring.....service is becoming more of a hassle over the years

Needed to drop off a prepaid return. Had to go to this place because they closed the Staples store where I used to go. Nice lady talked to me and gave me directions to find drop off boxes. Good experience.

Truck #671570 just passed me on Hosler Road, speed limit 45. I was doing 50, and he passed me in the oncoming lane. Basically driving like a maniac. Tried to call the UPS phone number to report this, and was caught in Voice Menu Hell. Right now, I’d have to say that UPS is both dangerous to the public, and generally worthless.

Its just a drop off location, but the staff is always courteous and there is free tape, ample parking, and the place is always clean and everything. Not sure what else you can really expect out of it.
