I booked them for my wedding October 2019. They were the best! I wish I knew the name of our driver, he was great. The limo was spectacular, very clean & nice. So glad I booked through them! Highly recommend.

We reserved a trolley from Fine Line for our wedding to transport us from the ceremony to the reception. We were having trouble finding transportation because we waited a little bit too long before looking. When we found Fine Line, their customer service was helpful and courteous. The driver picked us up on time and was very friendly. She took us where we wanted to go. The inside of the trolley was clean and comfortable. Our trolley ended up having some engine issues so we were dropped off about 10 minutes before we actually needed to be at the reception, but Fine Line issued us a partial refund in a timely manner. Overall, we were satisfied with Fine Line and would probably use them again.

The driver is superb and always remembers your name and dressed to impress. They can customize the screens for special events and always prompt and full service with ice, cups, video games, etc. Finally a great limo service who does not add in the extra charges and top notch service. We just had them drive our wedding party around for the time between the ceremony and the reception. Andy was so awesome! We just said we just wanted to drive around and have fun. He stopped at all the popular picture spots in Fort Wayne and we ended up getting some really great photos. Fineline is first class all the way. Prompt, friendly, accommodating and FUN! The limo is spacious with lots of headroom to even stand if you want to. We enjoyed the 2 flat screen TVs and loud, clear sound system which connects your phone. Booking the night, interactions with the driver and the limo accommodations were all great. Andy and Trisha were great! Couldnt have asked for better service. The Sprinter was everything we had hoped for. Everyone in our party was very impressed. Couldnt have been better! Our event at work had off site parking for 1,300+, and therefore required shuttle service. With the Sprinter and trolley, everyone got to where they needed to be in style. They were on time and courteous. Would recommend to anyone.

We rented the party bus for my little sisters 21st birthday, and we had an amazing time. Excellent customer service. Andy, our driver, was fantastic. He even introduced us to an awesome little bar that we all loved.

The condition of the limo was great. Features like bluetooth for music, TV, PlayStation, 6ft ceiling were fantastic. The best part was our driver, Andy. He got us free into all the bars with cover and even got us to bypass lines using the VIP entrances. It was the best experience, by far, that I have ever had with a limo company.
