Was seeking rental information on some lawn equipment and checked out Taylor Rental on Lima Road. Was given the info on what I was seeking. Was impressed with the variety of different equipment available and the reasonable prices to accomplish the task. Associate provided the details I needed to accomplish my task and I thanked him for his information. Very courteous and professional help from the associate. The store is clean and organized. I rented a log splitter today and was given clear instructions on how to operate it. The splitter has worked great and made a big job more bearable. Prices are fair and the staff has been very helpful.

Enormous selection of power tools for rental. Helpful staff who even gave pointers for a DIY project at home. Rented tools for the day and brought them back within 4 hours and they were kind enough to charge only the 4 hour rate. Will keep them in mind for future projects.

Rented a stump grinder. Helped me learn how to use it to make more use of my time. Took it home, ran it for about 3 hours on 2 huge stumps. Started to run a 3rd stump and it made a crazy grinding noise and quit moving. I called them and explained the situation. I live 30 minutes from the shop. They were here in 35 minutes with tools and the part that needed fixed. They got it up and running in less than an hour and gave me an extra 4 hours on my rental to finish the job. Excellent customer service and reliable employees. Will be renting again.

Taylor Rental went the extra mile! We dont have a truck to haul the cement mixer we rented for the weekend so my brother was going to help us out by picking it up for us! Well I ordered it from the New Haven location without even thinking it would be easier for him to pick it up at the Lima location. Taylor Rental didnt even hesitate! They were able to transfer the mixer out to the Lima location and went even further in saying if we needed to we could drop it off at the New Haven Location since my dad is going to drop it off for us!! I just cannot thank you enough for working with us! Everyone was so nice and thoughtful! I will be renting in the future from only the best! For my family it is Taylor Rental!

Employee rented a chain saw had to take it back three times before they finally put a new chain on it. Mgr seemed to be annoyed when i complained about them charing for sunday when there closed. If the saw was properly checked out before renting it the saw would have been back sat

These guys are real Professionals in customer service. I rented a pressure washer and not only did they load it and unload it for me, they stayed after so I could turn it in after running behind in traffic. Above and beyond, thank you guys so much! Highly recommend!

I never review businesses but my experience here was too good to not. Two year old commercial lawn mower of a different brand had major engine problems for the second time I decided I was done messing with it. Called Jeff told him what I wanted to do he had a brand new scag specd out exactly what I wanted to have. Same day Delivered it out to me and took my old one for a fair price. Their price beat every other scag dealer in the area.

Dropped off and picked up the power washer I rented. It wouldnt fit in the car. Helped alot.

Don’t use these people I rented an 1 man auger took it home had it for four hours and dug two holes because the auger didn’t have any power in the hydraulic head unit is bad took it back and told them they tested it in soft dirt and said it worked so they’re going to rent it to the rest of you guys so don’t use it
