When asking for reviews, one should ask for an honest review and not for a specific 5 star rating. My experience over all was good, but my original stylist asked specifically for 5 stars. Which I would have given, except, I felt I was a little mislead with additional pricing on alterations after I had already purchased the gown. Then, to see another one in the store with an additional $499.99 less than I paid for mine 2 months ago. Because it was the last one when I bought it. Love my gown, but a LOT more money than original budget due to these things.

I had the best time picking out bridesmaid dresses! Gabby was such a help with finding different styles and fabrics for my body shape. So clean and so many different dresses! What else could you need for a great experience.

Jensen was the BEST! She helped my grandma and I out and did everything she could to make the experience amazing for both of us! I can’t thank her enough for making everything work and so easy!! She was also awesome to my little girl who came along !!

This place has great caring helpful people! My Lil sister couldnt fit her dress. They found one in store altered it and made it right!! We had a total of 9 dresses. This store is the one. Thank you!!!

The customer service I received at David’s Bridal was great. My consultant was friendly and I enjoyed her. The reason for 4 stars is based on the dresses I tried on. Not sure why, but David’s Bridal sizes are wacky. Most things I tried on were way smaller than vanity sizes I am used to. I didn’t end up buying a dress because their sizes were limited and the dresses I loved on the website were not what I wanted once I saw them in person. Overall, the customer service was great! There’s no denying that. I just had better luck at a local bridal boutique.

We came to David’s Bridal after an appointment with a smaller boutique where we didn’t have a great experience. We did a walk in and they worked us into their very busy schedule on a Saturday no less. We were given a consultant very quickly for a walk in. We had Chance and he was, to put it simply, phenomenal. He took control of the appointment and found the perfect dress for our bridesmaids and worked with the colors we were looking for. He brought us dresses that were as close to our sizes as possible to help us see what it’d look like on all of our varied sizes and shapes. This experience was already incredible but Chance really went above and beyond to find the brides dress. He put her in multiple picks. Laced her into multiple dresses and maintained a upbeat and positive environment. Chance changed the entire dress shopping game to which we weren’t having much luck with earlier in the day. Chance helped us find the brides dress and in less than 2 hours we’d found not only the perfect bridesmaid dresses but the perfect wedding dress and couldn’t be happier with the attention to detail and time spent by the staff at David’s bridal and especially with Chance and Jensen who helped book us for the walk in appointment. Thank you Chance! You made it the perfect appointment and you were the best consultant we could have asked for!

In town shopping from Ohio! This staff was amazing in helping us find a homecoming dress. Elise helped us and was phenomenal. Would come back here to shop again.

Very helpful and nice staff. Just aren’t good listeners. When trying on the dress the only reason I purchased it because I thought they could achieve a slit with their alterations. But after the first visit, they literally just cut it. They didn’t actually make it look like a slit where you can stick your leg out of. So they said they could fix it. Third visit and they still couldn’t make a slit. I feel I wasted money because I wouldn’t have got the dress if they couldn’t do it how I wanted. Now I have a wedding in 2 weeks with a dress I don’t even want to wear. Communication should be better with purchases like this.

You all are amazing. I appreciate you helping me find the perfect dress. I had to have my original dress altered and I ended up not liking it on my body after having a baby. They let me try on many dresses and they ended up finding my original dress in a size that would fit me and I loved it. I’m so happy I found the one!!

Chance was absolutely the greatest stylist I could ask for! He knew my face when I hated it or loved it! He understood my preferences and he went above and beyond to make sure I found my dress!

Chance was great!!! So warm and welcoming and I knew he wouldnt let me walk out of the store with anything less then stunning on me. He was able to laugh and joke with my bridemaids and pull those wild card dresses that I would of never even though about! He made my first dress shopping experience great! I am getting married in 4 weeks and the dress I had previously bought was just not working after being altered (definitely a lesson in sticking with your gut). I was really nervous about finding anything, but my consultan, Chance, was AMAZING. He actually listened to what I was looking for, stuck to my budget, and was just incredibly helpful and encouraging. I have been to about 6 different bridal shops and Chance was hands down the best person Ive worked with. Check-in and out was a breeze and the clerk was also very kind and helpful. While ordering the dress they said it could ship to our house and we asked many times to make sure and they said they did. Called to ask why the dress didn’t arrive and they said because it only ships to the store and argued with us that they never said it ships to our house. Poor costumer service and also lied.

After shopping for hours at other stores looking for a prom dress for my daughter we stopped in David’s Bridal 5/1/21. From the minute we walked in we were welcomed and had instant help. NOT a fan of this place. Would not spend any $ here, if I (sadly!) did not have too (brides picked it). For various reasons:1- Still REQUIRING masks!! This alone would have me turn and walk out. This is June of 2021, after everything has been lifted for quite a while now. Not to mention, vaccines have been avail to everyone for numberous months.2- You are HOUNDED to pick up any dresses you purchase. One notification (via email, phone, or text) it is in and available to be picked up would be enough. HOWEVER, you receive ALL the above means of communications.For those who may not know/be familiar with it:You have 14 days from arrival day to the store to pick up. Otherwise they will ship it to you, at your cost. 100% understand this. What I do not understand is the tone of the voice-mail I received: ....it needs to be picked up in a timely manner. That was my FIRST notification, along with an email that day as well. 2 days, TWO, later, I receive a text. The dress was picked up within 5 days of being delivered. Feel like that is a bit much. All of that happened AGAIN when my other daughters dress arrived in the store. This one was picked up a week later, due to being on vacation. I should not be made to feel bad for not rushing in the second it arrives; nor for not notifying your store when exactly I will be in! I am a responsible adult, I know the time frame, and will be in within said amount of days. And heaven forbid I am not for whatever reason, then simply mail it, as you state you will do. Should not be such an ordeal.

I went to Davids Bridal in Fort Wayne with no appointment for a mother of the groom dress. The sales associate was so helpful and patient. I took the dress in for alterations about 1 month later and the seamstress was very quick and thorough. I pick up my dress in 30 days and am sure it will be perfect!

I was searching for the perfect dress for my sons wedding. After going to multiple places, I found the perfect dress, Allysia was so nice and helpful and caring. The first time that we stopped in, Gabby was very helpful and showed us some beautiful dresses. We narrowed it down to 2, and came back a week later to try them again. Alycia was just as helpful, and also matched the perfect pair of shoes. Both associates were very helpful, and never pushy. We will definitely return for our future dress needs!

We made an appointment to find a prom dress. We were warmly greeted at the front door and our sale associate, Tina, asked my daughter what she was looking for and off they went. She found a couple of options that my daughter really liked and she ended up finding and helping with all of the accessories of shoes and jewelry. Tina was so kind and funny and has such great taste and ideas that I wouldnt have thought of. Tina really made my daughter feel like a Princess and treated her with kindness and respect. Jensen was also a great help checking out and paying for our items. We love Tina and will always be thankful for our first prom shopping experience. I dont suggest ordering dresses from them. If you find your dress, in your size, in their store, Im sure theyre fine. But, I ordered my dress in a short style(while at their store). It came in too small and they wanted to charge me double the cost to alter it. Or I could order another one at my expense, as they couldnt exchange for a size up more than 30 days after purchase.

I had two other appointments at different stores later in the day and I cancelled both. We booked our appointment with our bridesmaids with him and we can’t wait!

They are the most understanding staff Ive dealt with in years. With my busy schedule it was difficult getting there on time. I had to reschedule 2xs and the 3rd time was stuck in a huge traffic jam due to a pretty bad accident. Not only was I 30 mins late for my scheduled appointment, but I had forgot my bridesmaid dress. They allowed me to run back for it and come back the same day for alterations. After getting there they took care of me as if none of that had happened. They are so sweet and accommodating. The wedding is 3 weeks away and they assured me it would be done a week before the wedding. I will be recommending them everytime.

This place is great. Its a little on the pricey side, but they have 2 different payment plans if you dont fully have your amount for your dream dress. Most dresses are under $2k. The assistant I had was awesome, her name is Audrey. She helped me feel comfortable and helped with the corset backs. Im happy I came here for my dream dress. :)
