Customer Service was out of this world! I ordered a phone online and went in to pick it up. I expected a lot of high pressure sales, etc. that one usually gets... not here! They were SUPER helpful, very courteous, gave us tons of information - but were not high pressure at all. They even gave my daughter a birthday gift! This will be my go-to place for ALL things wireless moving forward. I cannot recommend them enough!

Immediately from the start she provided me with multiple options to try to correct the issues with my phone and ultimately was able to help me get back in touch with corporate Verizon to cancel and existing order so I could get set up with a new phone same day and start using my phone for work again. She was transparent from the beginning with all pricing and associated fees, careful to complete all required steps, and so patient, kind and cheerful!! She was a delight to work with and I will for SURE be back to this store again! I have never in my life had such a good experience at any phone service/retailer as I have here, wow!

Charlie and his staff are always fantastic to work with, extremely helpful, and very patient with all the questions. I have only done these type of reviews a couple of times, but this Verizon location is thst good to work with, and wanted to make sure and share.

I had been having lots of problems with my phone for several days and finally decided to go to the closest Verizon store and I am so glad I did! I had fabulous service from Keiera Westfield 🙂 And while I was dreading spending several hours on a saturday 🙄 at the store uploading my data and pictures and hopefully not buying a new phone I spent only about $50 purchasing a wireless charger that solved all my problems..... So excited! Obviously they could have gone down the path of selling me a $1000 phone but instead took the high road and sold me a $50 wireless charger which was exactly what I needed and totally made my day and took about 15 minutes.....🎊🎉🎊😊 TOTALLY Recommend this store and the Extra added bonus was that I didnt have to wait forever for somebody to take care of me🤗

Charlie Hooten The General Manger of this location went above and beyond his role for my family and I!! We were porting over from ATT and it was a process!! Had to order phones and there was an issue it took a series of a couple of days and number of hrs to get it all taken care of but he was more than helpful the entire time. We even had an issue getting one of our promotions we were entitled to after the fact and he went above and beyond 3 months after we signed up and helped us get it resolved in a matter of 1 day!! I could not be more happy with the service I was provided from the store manager Charlie. I was the first customer in the door and didn’t have much interaction from the other employees but from what I saw they were also very helpful and knowledgeable. He went through every detail with me before we went through the purchase. I truly believe he was more interested in what was best for me as a customer than just a sale. Purchased many phones from here without fuss. They got it done promptly and professionally. Recently my daughter lost her phone so I was in a process of switching three devices to various numbers. Unfortunately three way switching can not be done online so I went in there for assistance. They got it done in 15min with a smile and I really appreciate their customer service. We were paying $400 with our sprint account after being with them for 7 years. We went in to the Verizon store and met with Dylan who was amazing in helping us get the best deal possible. Not only did he get all of our numbers ported over. We now pay $200 less on our bill with Verizon every month, we were able to get new iphones, and we also received $850 in visa/mastercard. Smooth experience. I went in about a month ago to purchase the Galaxy S9 Edge (which I absolutely love) and a gentleman named Hayden helped me out. He was extremely helpful and patient with all my naive questions and concerns. Didnt try to shove a ton of promotions at me, like all salesmen are notorious for. Just altogether made me feel like an important customer! I also appreciate the other employees who were engaged in helping! Although my old phone took what seemed like forever to transfer all my files and docs to the new phone, I didnt mind one bit talking thru the wait with Hayden. DO NOT GO HERE! Horrible service. They are just a dealer and not a corporate-owned store. I went for an issue twice in the same day with no help or guidance from the salesman. He then told me wed have four days to get a replacement phone. The next day we went to a corporate-owned store and they were able to help us within 15 minutes and get us a phone to be delivered the next day. The corporate-owned Verizon store by Target has better qualified people who can get you in and out in 15 min.

After having issues with my phone freezing up every time I tried to answer it I went into Verizon several times to have it checked. Finally I went in and talked to Charlie Hooten and after about 45 minutes he was finally able to figure out was making it freeze up. It’s people like him that keep with Verizon. Great employee!

I have purchased several phones from this store and had excellent service. I loved buying local. First purchase was when a neighbor worked there. Great service until Travis came on the scene. Slipped in $90 in upgrade charges that are standard at the last min after repeated questions of what would be my TOTAL charges to upgrade 3 phones. Hes unable to do anything about these standard charges... and in my opinion ... unwilling. Found out he is the manager. Will no longer buy locally.

Friendly staff, locally owned and strive to do all they can for the customer. Makes you feel at home, and doesnt try to push you into things you dont want. They may offer but once you say no they respect it. They answer all your questions, help with setup and dont brush you off. Youre always welcome.

Verizon Authorized Premium Retailer - Wireless Zone (9924 Illinois Road, Ft. Wayne, IN) did a fantastic job repairing my sisters iPhone in under an hour when its screen cracked and the home button was malfunctioning. I was able to double task by getting a free account analysis while the repair was underway and was able to get my father into a Motorola Droid Turbo 2. Its nice to be able to go to one store and take care of both your upgrade and repair needs in one sitting. Thank you Wireless Zone.

The employees I dealt with were not knowledgeable of their return policy and stuck me with a phone Im not happy with. They did nothing to try to fix their communication problem. I left with two employee names and reported them to customer service. My first phone was defective and when I switched it out it counted as my one and only exchange. They said second phone had same picture quality and it does not. I was told their was no way around system exchanging it again, but when I called customer service that is not what they said. They couldve called customer service, but was just ready to be done. So much for customer service.
