We purchased an Auger attachment for our Caterpillar 365 excavator from this joke of a company. We had the auger for just over 6 months before a catastrophic failure happened and the whole auger needed to be repaired. Parts were unavailable or weeks out and were not covered under warranty (which was supposed to be a 1 year warranty for everything). This forced us to drive to their facility In Fort Wayne, Indiana from Colorado to pick up a $10,000+ gearbox section. This also was not covered by their warranty, but to get back operational we didnt have a choice. This new section lasted all of 2 weeks before it failed in the same way that it did the first time. When we contacted the company again about the inadequacy of the auger we were told that it should be fine for our application and never given a explanation on the failures. At no point did they ever want to see the failed parts or send someone from product support to inspect the failure. This time we were able to order most of our parts from them but parts that showed up weeks after our promised delivery date and were completely wrong, which we of course paid for. Their solution to this was to purchase another $10,000+ gearbox section. A gearbox that has shown to fail, twice. Parts that they said was unavailable we were able to find rather easily. We now have the impression that there has never been a parts issue, they just want to sell us a $10,000 gearbox to bleed as much money from us as possible. After multiple emails pertaining to a warranty with no response, our company decided to purchase an another auger system recommend from Digga North America. The two augers are comparatively priced and yet when the auger from Digga arrived it is twice the size as the Premier Attachments auger. The retaining nut part that failed multiple times on the Premier auger measured 3/4 of an inch thick and the one from Digga is close to 2 thick. This pretty much shows that Premier Attachments has either a complete lack of knowledge for their product and the equipment it would be attached to or could care less about their customers after the sale. I have never had a company have such a lack of understanding of their product or customer support. After spending over $45,000 with a company you would think they would at least return an email but clearly their customer service is so poor that they just dont care. If it was possible to give negative stars or even zero stars for a review I would but unfortunately to write a review the lowest I can go is 1 star.

I wish I could give them a zero star rating. This company was a LAWSEN Post Driver Dealer, however recently we found out they are stealing the LAWSEN Equipment Design and copying it at their shop and re-selling it. Dont be fooled by a knock off. If you want a quality product contact LAWSEN directly! Dont be scammed! If you are a business do not send them your equipment as they may copy it too...

I bought a brand new auger with a cement bowl for my mini Skidsteer, the first time I used it the bolts that hold the cement bowl straight broke, the bowl came crashing down, almost smashing my guys feet which he was in front adding water. I replaced the bolts and same thing happen, obviously 1/2 inch bolts will not hold the weight, they needed to be 1 inch or bigger. I called premier attachments and they told me to send pictures and info, which I did and they told me they will summit it. After that never heard from them and I had to call to figure out what was going on. Month later I called and they wanted an invoice for the repairs if I did them, so I sent it to them and another month passed and I didn’t hear anything from them. And now 3 months later I called again and they told me they talked to the owner and he didn’t want to warranty it. I don’t recommend doing Busniness just because if something goes wrong they won’t have your back.Customer service was not good, many brand to chose from, it’s worth spending a little more but at-least you know you have good attachments. If anyone reads this and wants more pictures or details feel free to contact me, I have all the emails and text msgs with dates. Thank you and don’t buy from them.
