My first experience with Youve Got Maids was great. Their team was on time and professional. In and out in two hours as they said they would be. They did a complete walk through of our office building with me both before and after their service. The building felt and looked very clean and smelled wonderful! Look forward to having them back.

They gave me a list of stuff they did and missed an entired room in the house. They claimed they vacuumed all carpets but if that was the case then why did my daughter cut her foot. Chris who is to either manage it or own it didnt seem to care at all. They refund me a very small portion compared to what i paid NOT SATISFIED. Will NEVER use this service again.I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!!!

You’ve Got Maids did such a fantastic job cleaning my house you wouldn’t even know I had animals. They were right on time, extremely friendly and professional. I have no problems recommending them to everyone and that is exactly what I did as soon as I came home.

I just had a full move out clean done with Youve Got Maids. After checking out the completed job, Im unfortunately not super impressed. The house has been cleaned, and I appreciate the work that the staff did, but the level of cleanliness just isnt quite what I thought I was getting. As part of a move out clean, cleaning inside and out of appliances is included. The freezer was completely forgotten, which is confusing, considering its a side by side and the fridge portion was done. The outside of the fridge still had some fingerprints and smudges. It was done, just not that deep clean I was hoping for. This was ultimately the case with the rest of the house. Everything had been done, just not to a level that really got in all of the nooks and crannies. Ill have to go back through myself to take care of a few areas. Ultimately, if I had paid for a basic cleaning service, I would be more pleased, but this just didnt feel quite up to a par with a good move out clean. Everyone that I interacted with was polite and professional, but in the future, I would probably try out a different company if looking for the same service.Note: This review was deleted and reposted, as it was originally uploaded from the incorrect email address. The company had responded to my original review, which I wish to address. They stated that they do not clean freezers, as the cleaners and towels will freeze up, and that that was explained to me during the estimate. Unfortunately that was not explained to me. Rather, the gentleman essentially said well clean the inside and out of all of your appliances gesturing to everything in the room. Additionally, Ive cleaned my freezer on multiple occasions, and its bizarre to claim that that cannot be done. No cleaning products or towels are going to freeze in the time it takes to clean. If this had been explained during the estimate, I would have found this to be extremely questionable and gone with a different company.

We had our house done recently for the first time and I am completely blown away!!!! After they left that day, I was noticing stuff the entire day that they had taken care of. Appliances wiped down, windows washed, beds made, dishes done, baseboards wiped, dusting done...the list went on and on. So, so, so happy we decided to use them. Definitely did not disappoint and will be using them again in the future! Thank you Peg, Tisha and Emily! Yall do fantastic work.

SOO much better than MERRY MAIDS! We hired Youve Got Maids to clean our office and warehouse restrooms. They showed up on time and got everything clean quickly! Wow! Youve Got Maids is awesome! The process was professional and easy from start to finish. The owner came for a very brief visit to give us our quote and explain that the company is bonded and insured and told us when to expect the crew and what they would do. They only took just a couple of hours to clean our entire house after move-out, and it is sparkling and smells so fresh!! The ladies were very nice, and we thought the price was reasonable, too, for all they did...wow. I recommend this cleaning service with no hesitation.

I love how Rachael is the team lead and is always here, the rest of the crew is pretty consistent, sometimes different ladies. Bethany, Peggy, Mikayla, & Rachel have done a wonderful job at our office. We have been using their service for over a month now and have really gotten the office sparkling. That was no easy feat considering we are in the construction industry and drag in all kids of dirt, soil, and concrete debris. Both times they were professional, wore coverings on their shoes, needed little to no assistance, and were quick and efficient. They asked questions regarding how I wanted certain areas handled so that we both have clear expectations of what is being done and they communicate well. Finally, their prices were comparable and favorable to the other service providers.I would recommend Youve Got Maids, Fort Wayne to anyone looking for professional, thorough, and reasonably priced home cleaning services.Personally, I would like to thank the staff that is assigned to my home, Bethany, Peggy, and Mikayla, for not only their expertise but also the added challenge of working in my home while I have been been working from home and am constantly in critical meetings. This crew Team Charlie is very professional, focused, detailed. They communicate well. I look forward to each visit and the good work they do.

We had them clean our home we had purchased but not moved into yet. They might be okay for a regular weekly or monthly maid service cleaning but I would not use them for a move in or move out cleaning.The shelves in kitchen cabinets were not wiped out at all, the stove and microwave were cleaned but still had grease and food in/on them, hard surface floor corners were not cleaned. Hard surface floor open areas were lightly wiped but when I re-cleaned after they had left my white rag was filthy after a couple of passes.Refrigerator still had food/sticky stuff in bottom, on sides, and on shelves.They offered to come back out and reclean at no additional charge but we had carpet and window cleaning scheduled for next day and then we were moving in.If you do engage then to do a spring cleaning or move-in I would advise you are very clear on what they are going to do.

I never even had my home cleaned by this company. My review is solely based on the customer service that I received when I called to get an estimate for their services. The representative was unprofessional and the way she talked it made me think she was a young child. The rates were $60.00 difference between the estimates and and when I stated that was a big difference between the two, she laughed and said I know right. They lost out because I am in the market for a new cleaning service for every other week cleanings. They need someone more professional and with knowledge about estimates answering the phone.

Ive been so bogged down with moving from Indianapolis that I just didnt have time to clean my new house before moving in so I made an appointment with Youve Got Maids for their move-in service. To be honest, they did a much better job than I ever would have. The house was pretty much spotless and move-in ready when I arrived the next day! They cleaned everything, including inside drawers, cabinets, the oven, and fridge! For everything they did, the price was more than fair! I will definitely use them again in the future!

Not a good experience for us. They came out once and did a 52 point cleaning. Then as previously set with the owner Chris, for us to have regular cleanings every 3 weeks. We had been told that we would have a least one same person on the crew who knew our home. When the crew arrived they had not been to our home before and did not know the home. When we called and spoke with Chris, he was rude and stated that because we had changed the date so many times this is the crew we got. So the interesting thing about this is:We called and set the date, which when Chris came out to quote the job it was discussed with us that it would be a Wednesday or a Thursday. But when we called to schedule those days did not work and it needed to be on a Friday. We said, okay. Then a couple of days later they called and needed to change the time, again, we said Okay. No one ever told us that the crew that would be arriving would not been to our home before. Then to top this off, Chris was rude when we called to discuss. I also find it odd that the 888- 624-3969 for the corporate office is a non working number......

Teasha and Team Bravo are doing a great job helping me battle dog hair while going to school and working! I have been using this company for over 2 years now, and have had many teams. Denise set a ridiculously high bar to reach as my first Team Leader (seriously, ah-maz-ing), but the service has been consistently wonderful. As soon as I am out of school for the summer and can get on top of the clutter that has accumulated, I plan on setting up another Spring Clean (highly recommended). Thank you, ladies!
