I was stoop up the this company 3 times, they told they will show up to give an estimate, never show up or respond to my text, calls. Very unreliable.

Had issues with how rough the floor was, plus some off-coloring. I called and e-mailed 5 times. Each time, I was told that Doug would be out the next morning. Never happened. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Pick someone else.
