Very rude customer service and staff does not even know the products they carry. Also, prices are higher than listed on website. Will not rent from again.

Over priced $1000 to rent a forklift for 1 day! Ridiculous how some sunbelts are differently priced. In Cleveland rented one for $1000 a week!

We rent a scissor lift to change filters in the furnaces in our warehouse. The folks are always friendly and I have always gotten the equipment and trailer as promised.

Ive never been disappointed with Sunbelt in Fort Wayne, IN. While marginally higher priced than small, independent rental places, they will ALWAYS beat the big box stores rates if you simply ask them. They are flexible on pricing. I have used Sunbelt over the past 4 years for everything from 32-foot extension ladders to Bobcats and commercial concrete grinders.

Always super friendly. I’ve never rented anything that was junk. Good quality equipment. Delivered when they say it will be delivered.

Our company rents certain tools here. The employees more often than not are nice and helpful. A few of the tools Ive used were nearly dripping of tar; it would have been awesome if those were somewhat cleaned before I used them.

They offered me a full refund when the tool I rented didnt work out, even though I made the mistake of not checking before I rented it. Staff is friendly and knowledgable. By the look of it they have a wide variety of equipment. The staff even took the time to pull a groundhog out of the engine of my truck. Will definitely be returning.

I have rented with multiple companies across town with my father and I both owning barnwood companies. Anyways, decided to rent T190 for memorial day weekend. Friday night to Tuesday morning on one day rental. Saturday went great, Sunday track literally fell of in middle of open area about 2 hours in. No techs available, fine go up north and pick up another t190. Work for about 3 hours and the cylinder shaft snapped while push trees and brush out of the way. Nobody wanted to come out at 5 pm to fix, fine 7:30am monday tech was supposed to be out. Didnt show up till 1030, hill jack works on reinstalling track for two hours, gives up because doesnt have tools or manpower. Doesnt bring hydrolic to fix 2nd bobcat. So I waited around from 7am till noon and accomplished nothing. And tech let me know Ill be getting a bill to fix and hes going to be nice and not bill me holiday charge. Go any where else, Taylor rental, bobcat across street. Not impressed and will not be using rental service again.

Extremely unprofessional very hard to work with and dont really fix things they would go around the right way which would default in unsatisfied customers. this coming from me who has worked there over a year.... these guys will toss you under the bus first chance they get... bosses drink and do drugs at work.. place will never last.

Will NEVER use Sunbelt, and will recommend NOBODY use Sunbelt.rented skid loader & dump trailer. Sunbelt guy loading trailer rolled skid loader on its back, safety chains on trailer would not reach my hitch, so he put chain extensions on that consisted of chain about half the diameter of the safety chain on the trailer with a 5/16-3/8 bolt thru it. im sure there is a reason the trailer mfg used heavy safety chain for a dump trailer used to haul dirt & concrete. my 12 utility trailer at home has larger safety chain that their chain extensions. trailer equipped with brakes, but wiring harness was modified to a 4-pin plug. so no connection between my truck brake module and the trailer. questionable work all the way around, left with nothing in the end, i cannot believe the dis-regard for customer safety, and the number of corners cut by their service department. id hate to see where else theyve applied the same practices.
