Sweet sweet espresso and a delicious biscuit sandwich.My wife and I stopped at Utopian on our journey from Madison, WI to PA. We were so pleased to meet incredibly friendly people (hats off to Devin and Logan) and to taste wonderful espresso and locally sourced food. I had an Ethiopian espresso and it totally hit the spot. My wife and I both had biscuit sandwiches and thoroughly enjoyed them.If you dont know the story behind Utopian Coffee as a company, Id recommend checking out the website and reading up on them. Theyre a lovely company thats making the world a better place.

Coffee is good.. breakfast sandwiches are disgusting. The sausage is unseasoned hamburger. Online it says its a brioche bun but it was a super sticky and dry biscuit. So gross.

Coffee was good but chai and hot chocolate were only Luke warm and order took forever

Utopian is top notch! The space and feel are awesome. Great outdoor seating in the summer. The team is amazing and kind. The coffee is pretty solid as are the pastries/desserts.

Incredible establishment!! I love the staff who are so sweet and accommodating--plus the coffee and food never disappoints. I had a ham and cheese quiche today that was beyond perfect...I just wish I really was as urban chic and cool as this place makes me feel.

Tried Utopian while in Fort Wayne and its top notch. I always start with an Americano at a new shop, and they made a great one. Went home witb a bag of beans too.

Great place, atmosphere, and people. We get there coffee delivered every month and proudly proclaim we have the best office coffee in Fort Wayne.

Outstanding customer service, excellent food.

We love this cafe! The food is incredible, the coffee is delicious and the service is quick, thoughtful and so helpful. I bring my young boys in a lot and each person working there is so kind and welcoming to us.

The shop itself was nice, and the drink was tasty, but the service was disappointing. The employees were not attentive to the counter, rarely made eye contact, were slow at filling orders, and missed my friends order entirely (until we said something about 20 minutes later). Hopefully it was just one of those days for the staff... because I cant see this place thriving in the long run with that kind of apathy. However, with an improvement in care, friendliness, efficiency and appreciation, I could see it having a brighter future.

Utopian coffee provides warm smiles. A comfort like home, that offers, a diverse and clean environment, with plenty of space on the inside, a breathtaking patio view, witch allows you the warm rays of the sun or a breeze on the outside. Its doggie friendly and the people are always friendly, not somedays everytime! Great service and good times i can have coffee or a glass of wine. Next door offers cold brews and food to die for! Top flight coffee and light fare

Really awesome people that work here. They care about great coffee and people. They provide a good variety of single origin beans. Thats awesome for people who want to try some of the funkier light roasts or go with a really great more traditional tasting bean.Encourage you to go in and talk to the people working. They are willing to discuss the stories behind where the beans come from and the relationships they are building across the world.

The new Utopian Roasters coffee shop on Columbia St. Is just what the city of Fort Wayne needs. Set in a old building that has been completely restored and restructured, it gives one a feel of yesterday with modern comforts and fixtures.The staff? One of the few coffee shops I have been, and I have been to hundreds, where customer service is top notch. Always a smile you can see even when they are required to wear masks due to recent health concerns. Prompt, professional, and courteous. An excellent all around feeling, like you just know you are in good care.The coffee? Quite possibly the best coffee in the city depending on your personal preference. I would put it up there with local Legend Old Crown Roasters, and the always excellent United Coffee who serve imported coffees of fine quality. Utopian coffee by my experience has a rich and flavorful body to it, and yet a smooth and robust finish, with a truly enjoyable aroma. Im a connoisseur, I have had coffee in nearly half of the states, and always local, there are few that compare and so far none that surpass.Overall? The interior is clean and nicely designed. The floor and common areas are kept clean and spotless. Tables are wiped down after each customer. The seating area can be a bit loud when full but that can only be marginally controlled and I do not fault the business for the customers carrying on. Despite best efforts to make the most of the space they have, the demand is high enough that you may have trouble finding a seat at times, but the people lining up out the door is more proof of what a excellent experience Utopian Coffee really is. You cannot ask for a better place to support a local business, at least not that I have found. 10/10, five stars simply does not do it justice.

Their coffee is incredible and the space is modern and very fun. I live on The Landing and its so great having a coffee shop right on the first floor.

I have been a barista for 4 years and I respect these guys sooooo much. They are doing something new and amazing. When I came in they were swamped (20+ people outside for an event) and they were handling it so professionally and managed to be friendly as well. Thank you for all you do! We’ll be back:)

Tied for the absolute best coffee roasted in Fort Wayne. Their only peer is Conjure, and while Conjure is amazing, Utopian is the most ethically sourced coffee Ive heard of, and their Cocaine to Coffee program is amazing.

The local pick up option really makes Utopian an affordable luxury. Plus, youre going beyond supporting a local start-up; youre also helping to directly support the communities around the world who grow the coffee we enjoy every day.

My husband and I were so pleased with our online purchase of Utopian Coffee!When we received our order, we were first captivated by the detail that went into the packaging. It looked like we had received million dollar coffee beans! You could smell the freshness of the coffee from the moment you opened the package. If I could capture that scent in a cologne, Id make my husband wear it!The best part came later when we brewed it. Not only could you smell the freshness, but you could taste it.
