The only Attorney that cared about the clients in this firm is gone and she was told not to bother even talking to me. She did anyways. Helped what she could. Never saw Tracey Rosswurm. These attorneys are not aggressive criminal defense attorneys, but they are rude to their clients. And not one Petition was even filed. Took me weeks to get my paperwork back. Girl at the front desk said it wasnt there when it was there all along. So unorganized. Who do they think pays their bills? What a rip off!

I did a phone interview/hiring consultation with this law firm. Tracy, the owner, was very helpful and told me that one of her associate lawyers would be able to work on my case and be at a hearing. I went to the court for a continuance request and a very nice young lady THAT WORKS FOR THE COURT warned me not to hire the firm! Tracy does not do law practice any more and her sisters ex was hired by the firm after it took him 4 years and 7-8 tries to pass the Bar Exam!!! I then called back and was told Tracy does not go to court! I went elsewhere! You should too!

Highly recommended the law office of Tracy L. Rosswurm LLC Ive used their services and Im highly satisfied. Theyre very experienced lawyers and have friendly staff! Office is very nice as well they are very professional and will help you to the fullest with your legal needs I cant thank them enough for their help and services. 5 stars definitely will use again if needed!

Went here for very simple legal representation. Paid over $2,500 and they did absolutely no exploration and only came to 1 court appearance, so I didnt have to see the abuser in the court room. Took phone calls with the defendant who would randomly call my lawyers to whine essentially. Calls I never asked them to be responsible for and then they charged me for the calls they took from the abuser without my knowledge. $300 per 10 minute phone call. I had to do all exploration myself and present it to lawyer as if I was their paralegal. I should have been the one being paid. Go anywhere else or represent yourself like I did and save yourself the nearly $3k!

We hired them for a personal guardian matter and we were promised that we would win our case. The staff member who started our case ended up leaving the firm and our case was turned over to another individual. We ended up having to check in on our case as nothing was getting done. Then they “forgot” to assign a Guardian ad litem. This said Guardian ad litem took another 3 months to get out to investigate situation. Needless to say we lost our case because of this Guardian ad litem and lack of follow through. But they proceeded to charge us full price for little to no work and piss poor work at that!! Would NEVER recommend their services!

Do not use this firm. They do not truly care about your best interests.

I was going to hire this firm but THANKFULLY a person at the court told me that one of their lawyers failed the bar exam EIGHT times!! (I checked it out and its true!) Buyer beware! Avoid.

IN MY OPINION: Honestly, don’t waste your money. I never leave reviews but I spent $1500 for them basically to do nothing or something I could have done myself . No attention to detail. I understand it’s not their family or personal case but show some humility or some type of compassion. They are like computers. I can’t even explain it. The Lady at the front desk is nice though. My experience with this firm exceeded expectations!! When you have a loved one incarcerated and being charged with something you KNOW they didn’t do, it’s hard! Especially when their are children involved. Stephanie in particular was a wonderful person to deal with!! When my family was down and emotionally drained her words encouraged us to keep of faith and stay strong and persistent through this hard time for my family and I! I never felt like I was “on the back burner”. Whenever I had any questions she answered with the truth even if it was hard to hear. What made her more special was that after she delivered the seemly harsh truth, she always followed with words of positivity! Words can’t say how much I am grateful for Stephanie and Rosswurm! They keep their word!!!

Not even really worth a star!!No Im not a client thank God but a close friend of mine is an I have never heard of any law firm taking peoples money an not representing them the way they should!!That being said I think its time for the Indian bar an the better business bureau not only investigate this firm but make them pay back the clients they basically stole from!!Granted I realize if youre hiring a attorney its not always good but as for anything in this country when you pay someone to do a job thats whats expected!!! AVOID THIS PLACE. Even the google reviews are a sham! Candace Heller is the owners mom who gave their best review! One of the lawyers husbands told me! They took my money and did NOTHING! When I brought it up the owner wouldnt talk to me and just sent me a letter getting out of my case. UNETHICAL!

Horrible, they do a poor job at representing Fathers in Divorce/family court, they withhold valuable information from your case and leave you out to dry and get chewed up by the court system.Pathetic law firm.

These people are saying that they are aggressive defense attorneys its false avertisement. Ive paid them $1500 dollars to represent me in my case which is happening right now and I had set an appointment for today a week ago to meet with my attorney their going to call me and tell me that they cant even see me unless I make another payment. They have done nothing for me at this point but just take my money when I called them back i asked, if i make a payment today they said that they would agree to see me mind u my last payment was just due 2 days ago and my appointment had already been scheduled for a week. One of the attorneys is going to tell me 3 weeks ago not to worry about the payments to worry about my bills that they would not drop my case, but now they dont even want to do their job they were even paid for. Must be nice to take from a single mother and 3 children, when it was already hard enough to even come up with the $1500. I would never trust anyone in this office their frauds. They will take ur money and keep comparing ur case with everybody elses. Every case is different, with different people in them. They try to tell u whats going to happen in ur case before they even have the evidence. Attorneys are not sycics. Thats not defending anyone. They were not defending me. Would never recommend them to no one. Bad communication with clients. Thanks.

My former attorney warned me against this place! I should of listened!! They have spent my retainer doing busy work only to be getting their butts handed to them by my husbands lawyer! AVOID!

The lawyers there were not professional in any manner. Even the principal would not address my concerns on billing errors with her business. Mrs rossman is not a person that can be trusted. She made to many errors that the courts even frown upon on me and my case was total loss. Mrs rosswurm is not a person that can trusted. Do not use this business. My case was March 2015 and rosswurm lawyer have NO fiduciary duties to their client only too over bill by claiming tht mrs rosswurm does all paperwork to charge you full amount when clearly its a template the reuse.
