There are one or two drivers that keep leaving my packages at the far end of the porch all the way down by the garage when I specifically put delivery instruction to leave all packages by the front door. Why can’t they just follow the instructions?

Buying process was bad at first, the sales rep literally said I know you need this couch and I need this sale - Luke Rittenhouse. False buckeroo, already got furniture, just want new ones. However they had a couch that I really liked. So I decided to try again (Youre welcome) and spoke with Valerie Chappel (We requested not to have Luke again) and she set me straight with what I needed. I then waited 2 weeks for my sectional to arrive, and the delivery guys were great! There names were Andy, and I cant remember the other guys name. Ashley had shipped the wrong feet with my chaise that came with it and Andy MADE SURE he didnt go home that night until I had the right ones, he came after hours on his own time. If it wasnt for Andy I would never buy Ashley again. Youre the man! - Justin Haynes.

First time buying from them. Glad I only bought one small reclining chair and not the rest of our furniture from them! Very rude customer service wont be buying from Ashley Furniture again!!!!

After waiting a month for 2 barstools....drove almost 40 minutes to pick them up. Repeatedly asked the man if both were in one box. He swore they were. I asked to inspect them and he said no worries you can return them up to 7 days if i was unhappy with the product....got all the way home and opened the box to find only 1 barstool. Will be returning to the store later today anf WILL NEVER shop at Ashley furniture again.

Staff was very friendly though I went to the wrong place. Discount furniture is also sold here on saturdays. Its a ware house I get it, but that doesnt mean mice traps and raccoon traps should be strewn about. Im glad I picked up my furniture instead of it staying there one more day.
