Has cleaned our hood on a regular basis and done a great job. Even when there was a mishap, took care of it quickly and professionally.

Today (08/11/17) is the 3rd time I have called to request a cleaning service for my business. This is also the 3rd time my call has gone unanswered and unreplied. On previous occasions, when we do get ahold of someone and get an appointment setup. Degreasing engineers has called us last minute, to cancel. The department of health requires us to maintain a clean hood system. At this moment degreasing engineers is the only company available in my area to provide this cleaning service. I will be finishing out the 2017 year with this company, but at the beginning of 2018 I will be looking for others to service my needs. It is unacceptable that a company will flat out ignore requests for their servicesIn the past, when we are able to get a crew out and have the work done. They do fantastic work. The men that come out to do the job have always been respectful and knowledgeable. They take extra steps to seal off any area that shouldnt come into contact with the work area. They work fast and clean up once they are done.Its a shame that a company that is capable of doing such good work, is also the same company that has horrible customer service.Update: on 08/14/17 I was able to schedule a service for one of my restaurants. The cleaning service was to take place on Thursday (08/17) after business hours. The day of the scheduled cleaning, Dave (owner) notifies me that they will be running late. I am a very understanding person and did not make this a big deal. Then later on that same day. Dave again notified me that they will not be able to service me that night, and he was going to reschedule for that Sunday. I immediately canceled any future appointments and will not be using degreasing engineers. Constant cancellations and lack of customer service has made this decision for me.
