Extremely disappointed! They charged my wife $159 to inspect our failing gas log fireplace. They were present for < 10 min and did absolutely nothing to help fix the problem.

I needed quite a bit of chimney work done on a recent house purchase. Dusty Brothers fixed the exterior brick and repaired the crown. They also ran a new gas line and outfitted the fireplace with a vent free gas log. All of this at a much better price than others, with a high level of professionalism; prompt and courteous. I highly recommend Dusty Brothers.

Look elsewhere, trust me.Edit: I feel this needs a little more explaining than 4 words. I’ll try to keep it short. These guys came out (creepy af btw) to do routine maintenance on the stove and fireplace. They gave the fire place a clean bill of health but had serious ‘concerns’ about the stove. They said they wouldn’t even clean it because of liability concerns. Of course, the tile was bad and it needed a new liner which they’d be happy to do to the tune of thousands. But wait, the outlet on the stove isn’t compatible with that new liner. I would need a new stove. No problem though, they have a top of the line floor model that just went on super sale and would work perfect. Needless to say I declined the close to 5 figure estimate and got a second opinion. The other guys said everything was great and actually had nothing but good things to say about the stove. Have been burning like crazy and using them ever since.

Had them out due to failed chimney inspection on our real estate deal. we found out after some research that few companys in town are actually certified chimney sweeps and dusty brothers came highly recommended from the inspector. they were able to give multiple options and were very informative. couldnt be happier with the outcome. a++++...
