Don’t know if they were busy the last time I came in but the multi point inspection they supposedly normally do was not done. I love that they add air to my tires each time and make them even. That wasn’t done which makes me assume the rest of the inspection wasn’t done. It was the quickest oil change I had since coming, so I assumed they just wanted me out of there. I’d just be careful that they actually do the services you ask for.

Took my car into get a driveshaft replaced. They did the job at an astronomical mark up, did not complete the shifter assembly and shifter cable isnt correct completely as my car does not read thats in park. Then the sales team assured me over the phone that they could pay off my loan and get me into a nicer newer car at a lower interest rate. Which happened to only be a brand new car and couldnt get approved to buy out my current loan. Wasted an 3 hours with them trying to shoehorn me into a new car.

My second car from Grote, came back and did a trade in, Justin was absolutely amazing, wasn’t pressured at all… I’m kind of picky. Haha. He showed me several vehicles and was patient with me the whole time. I decided on the Sonata. The process was easy and smooth. I always recommend Grote to others. 5 stars always.

My sons Outlander broke down while traveling through Fort Wayne. I had it originally towed someplace close to where it broke down. I bought a car at the Coliseum Blvd establishment. So… the process to get the car was fine. Evan was great and the man that works the loans out was also great. The first problem was my front driver’s side tire. The low tire pressure light was on when I test drive the vehicle. I asked Evan to have it looked at. Evan told me that the service department did not find anything wrong. So, they filled it up and I took it home. The next day, I got in my car and the low tire pressure light was on again… my tire pressure went from 36PSI to 22PSI over night. So, again, when I brought it in for the detail I asked that it be looked at. They said nothing was wrong with it AGAIN and sent me home. I brought it in for an oil change and FINALLY the guy in service told me that there was an old patch on the tire and it was leaking, probably from the previous owner and it’s been leaking since I bought it. He said that the tire cannot be fixed and that a new tire would be needed.So I decided to call the sales department and I spoke to a manager, Justin, on August 6th. He wasn’t exactly pleasant. He basically told me that they couldn’t fix it, but after I gave my argument he took my number and told me he would “get back to me”. I’m guessing it was to shut me up. Today, august 20th, I called in because I hadn’t received a call in 14 days. I spoke to the other manager Mike. He was the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in sales. The way he spoke to me made me feel like I was stupid for bringing up the issue. He told me that the service depart probably didn’t find anything wrong with it when I bought it in January and that the “cold weather” probably made the PSI drop by 14 over night. I’ve NEVER experienced that.. maybe a few pounds but not 14. To the end… he told me that he wasn’t going to pay for a tire that was probably damaged in the months that I was driving it even thought it was obviously leaking when I bought it. The best part was the fact that Justin was standing next to him. He apparently told mike that he never told me he’d call me back. Being lied to is not my favorite. I was a bit upset and used a choice word when telling him that Justin was lying.I was sold a car with a hole in the tire and MIKE decided it wasn’t his problem. All Mike did was try to talk over me and make my argument insignificant. I can’t believe I ever bought a car from them. It’s all perfect, and then you drive off the lot. At that point they’ve got your money and nothing else matters.

I like my new car. I really do, but I expected to get to choose a vehicle I wanted. I went to the dealership and was greeted quite nicely. I was taken to a comfortable room . The dealer asked what I was looking for. I had it wrote down and gave it to him. Gave him information he needed. After some dancing around for financing, they came back with the payment they could give me, it was a lot higher than I could afford, and it was for the car they chose for me. I didnt even get out of the building to look at any other vehicles. I dont know, usually when I go shopping, I get to pick out what I want, not people pick it out for me. Oh well at least Im back on the road.

Would have given a zero star if I could. Where do I start. First off my salesman Jason Humbarger was horrible. He came at me with a price that was higher than the price on their website. I thought my trade in should be worth a thousand dollars more. He said hed make it happen. Came back with paperwork still at the original trade in value not the thousand dollars more. He never went over the vehicle with me like showing me any functions. I asked him 1 question about it that he didnt know or offer to find out. It came with only 1 key. Which, as we all know the vehicle originally comes with 2. No offer to get me a second key.It was a Mitsubishi Outlander. So, it went through their Mitsubishi certified inspection. I had it less than 48 hours and it broke down. They had it a week and a half before it was fixed. They have no communication or follow up. WOULD NOT recommend buying from them. To many other dealers out there that may care about their customers. Never offered any real apology or any compensation for my inconvenience.
