I was able to get window tint included in the price of a new vehicle at a local dealership. A window tint shop in town was supposed to handle this, but apparently was booked too far out to get it done within 30days of vehicle purchase. Ziebart is who I was told would be tinting my windows the day I dropped the vehicle off. I had no direct contact with any employees at this location, as this was handled by the dealership. I read many reviews, as I normally do, and almost called to cancel the appointment after seeing all the negatives. Now I wish I would have....My Aunt tried to give me a heads up on the quality the day prior. She had a very poor experience recently with her new Toyota that was brought into Ziebart by a different dealership for window tint. If I could do it over again, I would have paid out of pocket, and taken it to a trusted shop Ive dealt with many times before. Said shop, actually performs exceptional attention to detail at a cheaper price.**Take a look at the water that had collected in the door handle, as shown in pictures posted. All four doors had water runs that could have been easily wiped clean with a towel. Considering this business details cars regularly, Id think this would be pretty straight forward? The imperfections pictured in the tint, are not standard bubbles that will cure out with time.As stated in a response to a separate negative review, We’re known for our exceptional attention to detail. This statement is comical at best... I will not recommend Ziebart to anyone, ever..

I personally will not be returning to get my car cleaned again by them. These pictures here show how my vehicle was returned to me AFTER it had been cleaned the very first time.. I was shocked and in disbelief to see it returned to me in this condition. Especially, for what I had paid to get it done (my teenage kid could have done a better job for a fraction of what I paid to have these professionals do it). I was smart enough to call them the very next day and explain my dissatisfaction. Emailing them the pictures. Luckily they too did not think a good job was done and I was offered to get it cleaned a second time. This is why I gave them two starts. They at least did attempt at make their wrong a right. However, it was still not perfect. Which is sad, since I had such great hopes.
If you’re looking for unreliable bed liner, over priced detailed paint protection, and terrible paint match for paint correction, then Zeibart is the place for you. Paid for bed liner, window tint, and paint protection on my truck and I am extremely unsatisfied with the outcome. Took it in twice for bed repairs and the second time was when the tailgate started to chip off. Was told even with the warranty that this is from “using the truck bed.” Zeibart then acted like they were doing me a favor by doing the pictured patch job for free…secondly I then paid for the “paint protection” which turns out they don’t have to get all the dirt off before applying. I had it sent back to get the dirt off I showed an employee and apparently they cleaned it in all of five minutes. Lastly had a door ding and some missing paint on the rear by the tailgate (also pictured) that looks as if someone took white out to fix and clearly doesn’t match my paint at all. This is the work Zeibart on Illinois RD Fort Wayne does. Apparently they are ok with their name on this quality of work. Feels like I threw away close to a grand and my truck looks like shit…Guess I should of went to Line-X 😔
Great staff, did a car wrap and diamond polish on my Jaguar. Very pleased but tell them ahead of time no Ziebart sticker on your car.
Diane and Tiffany are awesome ! They managed to get my vehicle in on short notice and not only did they do a fantastic job with the diamond coating . They also were able to squeeze in window tinting for me all in the same day ! Thank you all so much !!!
I got tinting on my land Rover discovery 5 driver and passenger door windows. They matched the tint to the rest of the vehicle. It turned out great. Dropped it off in the morning and was completed by the afternoon. Office staff was great to work with and very friendly. Definitely recommend for window tinting.

I consider myself to be a loyal customer so I am rating Ziebart 5 stars. The Ziebart Fort Wayne team is awesome. They listen to me and explain whatever concerns I may have. The jobs are scheduled and completed as expected.I have taken all of my Toyotas to Ziebart. Most recently a 2020 Avalon XSE. As recommended by Dianne@Ziebart, my wife loves the 40% ceramic tint. The Avalon needed tint to reduce glare while driving. Ceramic may cost a little more, but worth the results.Additionally, I got the Ziebarts Paint Correction Polishing Process to eliminate some scratches by using their specialized equipment. It looks great.

Top notch service! Got a trailer and remote start for my girlfriends RAV4 and they honestly couldnt have been more professional if they wanted to be! Showed me how the remote start works for both their fob and the cars fob and even helped me get the rack put on the hitch before I drove off! Will be back for the next car!

On every new vehicle Ive never purchased through the dealer, any protection package, until recently. They use a ton of salt on the roads in Allen County and my previous vehicle was only 2 years old and had a lot of rust. Traded it in on a new one, this was going to get rust proofed and undercoated I didnt want to see rust ever again on a 18 month old vehicle and paint protection was part of the deal. Yep, expensive through a dealer, they lowered the price but was determined to take care of it. Set it up with Tiffany and Diane at Zeibart, they are very busy and booked. Anyway, had to leave it overnight because of all the work, rust, dust, fabric protection as well as tint and a tonneau cover. Dropped at 8am, picked up next day at 4pm, and was pleasantly surprised how good it looked. The work was like factory, paint protection (sealant) good no burn marks or missed spots, the rust proofing was good, the undercoating was better than expected 👍. Overall 5 stars, and will return for future followup and inspection as recommended. Diane and Tiffany are easy to work with. THIS IS A BUSY PLACE and they are busy. They cant spend 30 minutes with each customer so they have to move through things quickly so DONT take it personal. They did everything as promised. So yes 5 stars. Sorry, I didnt mean to write a novel. BTW, Im not an employee or related to anyone there, Im not doing it as a favor, this is MY review and have no problem dropping someone in the grease on poor services.
They crew at this location is absolutely hysterical and made everything a breeze from getting my appointment set up until I picked up my vehicle. The manager was very informative as far as what my annual service would entail and listed great options if I needed further service done. I will definitely be taking my vehicle back soon so do some deep cleaning on the interior.

Diane apparently has the same skills as Kamala Harris. She stays employed here how? See above, KH skills. This is the biggest scam location I have ever had my vehicle at. You want warranty coverage of shoddy work, be prepared to fight for months. Take your vehicle somewhere else. Zeibart does not help either, you on your own. I would trust Walmart lube service more than this place.

Incompetent and rude are not words that should go together in a business but here they meet in spades. I came in for my annual rust protection and paint diamond gloss. Shame on me, I let the sales person talk me into getting the front windows tinted. Not only was I told to leave the premises but when I returned I found that the windows we tinted 15% darker than promised. When I called to voice my concern I was told toget used to it and then Tiffany cursed at me. I called back a second time and spoke with Doug. He told me again that it was the closest match. It was not. They refused to see me unless I decided that I wanted to pay all over again for the job they did incorrectly in the first place. When I came in to speak with someone in person, for which I had called and made an appointment, I was yelled at by two sales people and then accosted from across the room by the manager who refused to give her name. I was told about many things that happened which were all fantasy. It was shoved in my face that they had my signature which was not the case until after they did the job but before I was allowed to see my car. I truly hope that they do record everything as it would bear out the truth. I hope you can learn from my mistake and go somewhere else where you will be treated like a person.

When I take a customer’s car to them I know it’s going to be done right and if and when something comes up ( THEY) are always on it. Not gonna lie, was a little nervous taking my vehicle here because of some of the reviews. Bought a 2021 Highlander and got the full treatment on it. I dealt with Diane, super nice, greeted me with a smile, answered all my questions that I had.
I spoke with a sales representative from Ziebart over the phone this afternoon and it was a very negative experience. The sales representative interrupted me mulitple times while I was trying to explain my reason for wanting to use their business. They also hung up on me because I said I would have to try else where due to the fact that they are booked for two weeks. I was not mad or short with them because I understand we are trying to get a service done last minute. All in all, very rude customer service which is the face of this company. Unfortunately, because of this experience I will not be bringing any of my vehicles to this establishment for any type of service.
Dont let them scam you.Edit: the employees at Ziebart told me over the phone that my vehicle smelled like a dead animal and that they recommended a full detailed cleaning. The car smelled fine when I dropped it off and it smelled fine when I picked it up. Likely not a dead animal and more likely an attempt to scam me into buying a several hundred dollar detailed cleaning.

I cant thank this company enough for the excellent service they provided. Not only was I not charged for an inspection the personal attention I received from Diane & Tiffany was top notch. They kept me informed through out the day and both of the ladies had the most pleasant personality. I will be recommending Ziebart to all my friends and family.
If I could give this Ziebart crew a rating greater than 5 starts, I would! They performed services far beyond any expectation I could have had.
Coating is great and the service was good. My only complaint is that the odor from the coating was so strong that I had to park my vehicle outside for almost two weeks. If I parked my vehicle in the house my entire house smelled like chemicals and rubber.

Have been going there for 5 yrs, this was first time I had bad experience. Paid for interior detail, work was very shoddy, hit and miss, you could see the swipe marks of where they cleaned and did not clean. Very disappointed. Assistant manager very rude.

Stay Away from this Ziebart location in Fort Wayne, IN.I bought a 2018 Corolla from Toyota and they sent me over to Ziebart. I had my windows tinted and an interior detail completed. The interior detail was completed fair at best and not worth the money I paid. I had to spend another hour cleaning the areas they missed. A week later I noticed some debris between the tint film and windows.On 5/5/21, I returned to Ziebart to inquire about having the film replaced to correct their errors since they claim to have a lifetime warranty. One female manager came outside to look at it and said this was normal since it was a 2018 vehicle. Why would the year of the vehicle matter? If they had prepared the windows correctly it should have no debris between the tint film and the glass.We went back inside, and this manager told another manager named Dianne Copeland (30-year employee). Dianne quickly came around the counter in a very aggressive manner and confronted me trying to explain why this is normal and not their fault and not covered by their warranty. Dianne grabbed this large sign and said see our warranty does not cover imperfections if you can’t see them from at least 10 feet away. I explained it could be seen from 10 feet away. I kept asking Dianne to just come outside to look at it. Dianne apparently didn’t like the fact that I was correct and that is when she referred to me as an “Asshole”I was in disbelief that anyone would act like this when I just inquired about a warranty repair. At this time both female managers came outside with a male employee. They pulled out a tape measure to see if they could actually see the imperfection from exactly 10 feet away. This was so comical that I pulled out my cell phone to get a picture and at that time they said “no” you are not taking our pictures. While the two females ran back inside the store the male employee got in my face and said you need to get off this property right now. I thought he might hit me. I asked him to step back. He went back inside the store and locked the door. I got one picture and got back into my car and left.When I got home, I googled this business and found they have numerous negative recent reviews on Google and Yelp and they specifically called out Dianne acting in an aggressive and rude manner and impossible to deal with.If you want to waste your money and time dealing with these employees that go crazy when asked about a warranty repair then visit them at Ziebart in Fort Wayne, IN. I would highly recommend staying far away from Ziebart.
Detail was not what i paid 125 dollars for... Engine was still filthy. Car has dust in every possible crevice. Looked like they just wiped the dirt once and smeared dust across my navigation. The management acted like im making up dirt. Terrible management and customer service. Now it looks like they scratched the seat, vacuuming the wrong part. Then he tells me hes hiring if i think i can do better. Except nobody paid me 125 dollars to clean their car. Way to lose a lifelong customer with your bs. Thats not dirt, its an emulsifier. Even if if was, if was supposed to be cleaned off.
Buyer beware! Diane (manager) is someone you want to avoid, so avoid this location if not Ziebart entirely. Reviews are easily swayed by employees writing them, so read the bad ones too!Left my newer car with no damages for a yearly service. Dropped it off the night before and picked it up days later since they never finished on time.At pickup, there was no walk through. I didnt know this was a thing, because Ive been with them a few years and theyve never done one. Drove straight home and parked it outside to see my shiny new car.The scratches and cracks were ridiculous. It was on the passenger side, so I didnt notice when I got in to drive home. I called and was met with immediate rudeness and blame from Diane. My husband and I talked on speaker with her.She read the report off noting tiny scratches that Im aware of and a scratch on the drivers side near the fog light. I told her that this scratch is on the passenger side and she said oh yeah, the passenger side. She refused to give us a copy of the intake report or any security camera footage. She said the report is in house only. She tried to tell us that shes an expert in this and can tell us what the scratch is from. Im curious to know what the training she has to qualify her to say that, yet not show us the report or cameras.She told him that I probably hit the car earlier and never told him. She suggested that I was a liar. She said that if we take it to an autobody shop, theyll say it wasnt from Ziebart. They said that it could be from pulling out of our (home) garage. Did they not work on this in a WHITE garage? I highly doubt that they do all intake reports in the parking lot in poor lighting, storms, etc. I believe that this damage happened upon pulling into the garage (too wide of a left turn), and before the intake report.Avoid at all costs.
Amazing! Spent $90k on a truck I intend to have for a LONG time. Called Ziebart for some info on several items to include Ceramic Coating, paint protection film, rust proofing, inner guard, and mud flaps. They worked up a package deal for me that saved me hundreds! They got me right in and was done exactly when they said it would be. Tiffany was amazing, helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and more. The Female Mgr was also awesome!!!

Would have given zero stars. Was going 2 have them tint my windows. Got a call back Diane who said my appointment was incorrect n to change to following week AFTER I had just dropped my car off. She got very aggressive n rude. Wont be letting them do my car because of her attitude. She makes doing business with u unbearable.
Amazing company! They are my go to with anything of my auto needs. I’ve done tint multiple times in different vehicles. The diamond cut in the past was perfect not sure if they still do that detail. I’ve done nerf bars or running boards on multiple vehicles. Check out the raptor lifetime warranty as long as you own the vehicle amazing. They have a new girl named Tiffany that hooked me up last time she is amazing!

They did a great job. I had them detail the interior of my 2015 Ford Focus. They unfortunately werent able to get all the graphite from my driver seat from a job I did awhile ago, but considering, they did a good job and they did inform me they might not be able to get it completely. They were honest and did a good job.

Diane took really good care of me the first time I ever visited and now on my return visit for my annual application, Tiffany did a fantastic job with being up front and transparent with all of my questions. I have taken all six of my vehicles that I have purchased over the years to this Ziebart. They have always done an outstanding job of scheduling my cars in, the work performed is excellent and they are always done on time. In addition, they are very professional in recommending options as well as providing flexibility in working with us. You cant go wrong using them.
The staff at Ziebart are extremely friendly. Upon arriving at the store I was immediately greeted. Cameron was the gentleman assigned to walk me through the process. He explained the different window tints to me so I could make the best decision for me. The tint on my Ford Edge turned out amazing! I highly recommend Ziebart!!
The folks were friendly enough but they just would NOT help me with a warranty problem for a product that they installed. After a visit, I was promised a follow up call. After two of my return calls, messages left and no response, I gave up. I know they would rather sell new products and services, but the follow up services are important as well. Id recommend going elsewhere.

I called and spoke with Tiffany to get a price for a remote starter. She asked for my make and model and placed me on hold. She came back and asked me if I had a half circle and informed me that I already have a remote starter! I love that she did her research before throwing out prices.Ziebart is the bomb 💣.com!!!!
They wouldnt stand behind their product/service.Cab corners rusted on my truck. They had me get estimates and told me they actually like to have vehicles repaired to show people that they really do stand behind their work.The repairs are expensive and require new cab corners and rocker panels. Well, they say they will repair not replace. These parts are required to repair the vehicle. Then they say I brought the vehicle in a little late for a couple annual inspections..... Dianne ghosted me. I get the message, theyre not going to pay for anything.Very easy to deal with if you dont have a claim. Live and learn, I guess. Their promises were too good to be true.Edit:I contacted customer service like the owners response requested. Got a response from them that its all on the franchisee. They forwarded my info to them. They have both told me its the other guy who needs to take care of my problem.Round and round it goes. Where it stops, nobody pays.

I have been a customer for 15 years and they have never let me down. I just got a new truck and took it in to have window tinting and rust proofing. They did an awesome job and were very professional. Customer service was A+. I would highly recommend them!
Because Covid, they make you sit at a picnic table out in the sun. Gave them my car for a day and a half told to be there by 445pm. Car wasnt ready until 530pm. Never offered a customer a bottle of water or anything. Just left you to be in the sun

The work was done well. I bought a 10 year warranty package. No waiting room so I sat on their picnic table. I was asked to leave the area. I feel they wanted the table to take their smoking breaks. Dont think I want to go back. Public is not allowed to use their restroom either.

Brought my almost 11yr old Suburban in to get the inside detailed. Essentially for the past 6 years, weve really neglected cleaning the interior. We live on a gravel road with lots of dirt and grime, and I have 3 large, shedding, and frequently muddy dogs, not to mention 3 teenage boys. So you can imagine the state this car was in! Im extremely happy to say the car looks immaculate and the employees gave GREAT customer service. Total win.

Called in for some pricing on window tint and Sierra was very professional had great product knowledge. Dropped off my truck later that week and got a call a few hours later letting me know it was finished before the promised time. When I picked up the vehicle she walked out to the truck with me to assure I was satisfied with the work performed. The customer service and quality work was top notch all the way through. Will definitely be bringing my truck back to Sierra in the future for any accessory needs!
They destroyed parts they were to remove for use later on my Jeep. They did not call me when work was complete and when I called them to confirm work was done, they did not bother to mention it and told me they did it that way because it looked better- like it was up to them anyway. When I asked for a replacement part for what they destroyed, they refused. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. THEY DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY THEYLL DO.Update on July 16, 2020: No one ever called me back or anything. I will never go back.

Had my interior detailed and exterior washed. Interior looks great but there is a dime sized dent/scratch in my door that wasn’t there when I dropped it.Offered no help with repairs. I was a big advocate for this place and have lost all faith

Great experience! Everyone was professional! I had a remote start installed around the Christmas time crunch and it went flawlessly! Ive had 3 trucks either tinted, detailed or remote starts installed and have never had an issue ! Dian the GM never disappoints, and her customer support team will always overachieve!
