Kasey who was the driver for my tow was absolutely amazing! Super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t recommend him enough. Thank you Kasey for going above and beyond and being so helpful.The dispatch service on the other hand was horrible. Told me they would be out within the hour. I called close to the hour mark and they told me that they had said they would call when someone was being dispatched and that it would be another hour to two hours. They did not call when the driver was on his way. Thankfully Kasey called me to let me know he couldn’t find me and I was able to direct him to my location. Dispatch could really use some improvement but again can’t thank Kasey enough.

They wanted $500 for the same service that I was quoted $175 by three different service providers. Also I had to call them back an hour after I was told that they would have to call me back in 5-10 minutes with the quote, I wont be calling on Parker if I have any towing needs...

Illegally came onto my property and towed my car away without my knowledge while I wasnt home. It is legally registered and plated and was parked on a cement driveway off of the street. Ive spoken with my representative and will take this further. They want $70 just to get my personal items out of the vehicle.

My car broke down last night and Parker Service was quick to help me. The tow only costed me $50. I’ve never gotten my car towed before, so I felt a little clueless. The woman who helped me over the phone was very patient, kind, and informative. The guy who towed my car was professional and made great time. I would definitely consider using this business the next time my car breaks down!

Crooked, lying, dirt bags. Towed vehicle from accident to lot instead of the body shop requested, so they can charge storage, another tow to the bodyshop for real this time, or pay them 45$ to let another truck come get it from their lot. If you have a choice who tows your vehicle chose some one else.

Needed a tow because of a dead battery. Made a call, tow truck beat the estimated time of arrival, went out and handed the (masked) driver my key and said you need me for anything else? He said Nope, were all set. Reasonable price, no hassle.

I needed a tire change, I called another towing company, they wanted to charge me $85.00 just to change my tire. I was unable to be with my car at the time of service, the other company would not allow that and couldnt schedule a time to change my tire. I called Parkers on a Saturday evening to schedule a time Sunday morning. They went and changed my tire without me being there, only charged me $45.00 on a Saturday evening, and I asked if they could put something under my tire so the fix a flat i put in didnt leak all over, they are very professional! I had my 2002 BMW E46 M3 towed by them to get an airbag recall done. My vehicle had the battery taken out because I do not drive it often and was doing some exhaust work to it.. When I received the vehicle, the center shift console was taken apart, the glove box had grease and dirt on it, the tow hook was left on front bumper and worst was that the car would not shift into gear. I left everything how I found it and called this business. I sent photos to one of the workers and days later the boss, Mark, left me a voice-mail stating and I quote: Your center console being pulled apart, not sure why that is, it was put together by our drivers. To move a BMW there is a neutral release switch, waaay back underneath the center console that needs to be released when you dont have power to that car... I challenge anyone reading this to look up neutral release switch for an E46 BMW M3 ill save you the hassle, IT DOSENT EXIST! There is a neutral SAFTEY switch but thats not even on this car because its a auto-manual or SMG (sequential manual gearbox)... This man lied to me not only about the job one of his workers done but what features my car has. I work on cars and bikes and I especially know how my car works... They had the car sitting in the middle of our driveway so I decided to just inspect what the worker had done.. Come to find out, the worker broke a piece off the socket connector that allows you to shift and never plugged it back in. I was then able to move the car... By this time I returned Marks voice-mail and explained to him what has happened and that they need to replace it... During the conversation he agrees and gave me his personal number and such. I did have a slight sense of him patronizing me when I mentioned the year of my car and he mentioned my vinly wrapped trim... the year of my car and trim had nothing to do with what his worker had done... I am sure he would not say the same thing about a 69 Mustang, not saying my car is worth anything near but it has a cult following just as well and the value is going up, look it up. Anyways, im still awaiting for this issue to be fully resolved and my car to be back in the condition it was in before it got into the hands of Parkers Service.

You wouldnt think I would give a company five stars who towed my vehicle... Quick story vehicle was towed because it was stranded on the road I had ran out of gas... Partners was called they towed it I pay my fees I go to get my car .. somehow truck driver had broke my tie rod... Obviously I wasnt very happy... Achievement parkers handled my issue with professionalism and class my vehicle was working and delivered to my driveway the same day thanks guys

Life savers. Rescued our disabled vehicle (flat tire) and took it to a tire shop. Friendly driver, and the wait for arrival was reasonable given the situation. If I ran into trouble again, I’d be very comfortable calling for help again.

This is beautiful city, sad part is theres a small Indiana city connected to it and when you have that connection from conservative Indiana to progressive and diverse Louisville Kentucky it cant be anything good at that border.

Definitely not the cheapest in town. However, My experience with the towing side of this company has been, smoking fast in arrival after my calls to pick up various vehicles over the last 3 yrs.Everyone has been friendly.

Manager is nice. Tow guy was nice enough to help us get our 4x4 unstuck. Without charge. Great service. The girl answering the phone for towing can use some help with customer service. She was just rude. Otherwise I would have rated them 5 stars.

Never have had a good experience with them and every time they go threw my apartment complex they think they own the road. I hope they lose the city contract and have to start over from the bottom up!

Our car broke down and we called a few local places and no one answered. We called here and they were great! We had to wait a bit being out of fort wayne but they arrived when they said they would, the driver was great, very reasonable price from Avilla back to Fort Wayne. They are definitely my first call next time.

Made the call and very professional and nice lady on the other end...Most affordable, hand down...Then I ubered the family home...less than an hour later got a call and met with ...very professional and gets the job done...NOT ONLY THAT....One time, ran out of gas on at joe....A very nice lady from parker seen us, she was off shift..offered help and bought a gas can, put like a gal. In the tank, took us to the gas station and filled my tank....gifting us....God bless parker and their employees.

I normally dont post these things but my car stopped on side of the freeway so i called this service at 3am, gave my information and was told a price and a time seemed OK so I waited an hour went by received a call there running behind I thought OK it happens, police pulled up 2 and a half hours after the call, car was foggy so cop was understandably caution I explained what was going on they called to make sure someone was coming they told him 20 minutes 45 minutes later I was call and told they cant pick up my car i had to call another company to get picked up as I watch there drivers go by. i was very upset your company should have list of cars you cant tow and if our a towing company that cant or wont tow a car 3.2 miles you shouldnt not be in business

Boo.... My husband and I were stranded today when the motorcycle stalled and wouldnt start. Parker quoted us 85$ to tow, Im sure because of it being a Sunday and Im good with that... but after telling me they would be 1 1/2 hours then when I call after 1 1/2 and Im told I would have to wait another hour or SO!!! Cancelled! BAD BAD customer service... No call to tell us after waiting and hour and 1/2! I had to call... really??? Really?? Ill know who NOT to call!!!! Seriously, Im calling in the morning to ensure they dont charge my account!! Boo Parker!

Slid off the road into a yard and mailbox and Michael saved the day! He was on scene within 10 minutes and could not have been more Courteous and professional. Got my car back on the road in 15 minutes and didn’t even give me a hard time about my failed drift maneuver that caused this to happen to begin with. Dispatcher was also very helpful and friendly. Not a better wrecker service in town, Parker’s always will have my business!

Tonight my family came very close to a very bad situation but my luck we are all safe we are from three rivers mil, we hand gone to get my grandson from KY today on the way back at the Fort Way Travel Rest Area we had a tire and tie rod break we are lucky we were not driving on 69 when this happen we were 1 and half hours a way from Mi, I called and got Parker withing two hours they were there loaded our truck and took it back to Three Rivers MI. i just want to say thank you so very much of getting my family home safe and i have nothing but great things to say about you Again Thank You very much, by the way the driver was more then profesional but took the time to learn about me and my family again Thank you very Much Chuck

Outstanding customer service. I dealt with Madeline who could not have been more courteous and friendly on the phone. They worked around my situation, allowed to coordinate the whole thing from work, were quick to get the job done and gave me a courtesy call when it was finished. The whole experience was easy and stress free - HIGHLY recommended!

You would be better to get a chain and pull your vehicle to the nearest repair facility. I was not informed on the possibility of doing more damage to the vehicle by towing it based on the reason I called them in the 1st place. They pulled out the side of the body over the wheel well and put the blame back on me for not getting my vehicle in when I should have noticed symptoms before needing the tow service in the 1st place.Keith is the driver manager and was confrontational when I asked about getting my vehicle repaired based on their negligence and telling me their is a state statute protecting them in damages like this that makes them not liable for additional damage.When you google a tow service, do whatever you can to avoid this one

Called for a tow truck and told itd be about 2 hours before any could make it. Sat waiting an 3 hours went by no call or tow truck. So called back and was told some one would be out within an hour sat waiting again for 2 hours still no tow truck and/or call. Had to call someone else to come pick my car up. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Tow truck driver great. The bullpen people suck. My car was in an accident, and they would not let me get my stuff out of it. Insurance Company had to call them so I could get my stuff, and the lady was rude to the insurance lady, the insurance lady was so mad I had to calm her down, and the lady at the bullpen had the nerve to ask the insurance lady if I had full coverage. The insurance lady told me if I didnt have full coverage she wouldnt be talkin to the tower company.

If i can put no star on this people, I would doIt! This people are scams and stilling a money from hard work and honest people. We agreed on one price and they charge me for towing a truck just across the street for 450$, this is ridiculous! People like this shouldn’t have a Bussines at all!!!!

Can I rate a zero? I would never use Parker again! Called on Sunday to have my car towed to a garage Monday morning at 9 am. They picked the vehicle up at 6 am and when nobody was there to deliver to, they called the owner to come open up and pay for the tow. When he declined, they took it back to their shop. Once I found out about the whole story, I called them at 10:30 am and was told they would get it out quickly. Two hours passed without delivery so I called again and again was apologized to and assured it would get taken care of quickly and some feathers would be ruffled. Come 2 pm and still no delivery, I drove out to Parkers when I was finally told that it just left and was on the way. When I asked if I would be expected to pay since I had a mechanic waiting on it for 5 hours because the guy I talked to on Sunday was too lazy or stupid to put the right pick up time down, the guy at the front desk asked his boss who said that I did have to pay because the vehicle was delivered at 6:30 and it wasnt their fault nobody was there to pay for it. The manager or whoever then refused to come out and talk to me, continually sending out the guy from the front desk, to eventually agree to cut the fee by 1/3rd and not charge for the second tow. I cut my loses and took that deal, but the fact that the plan was to charge me $90 for two tows is outrageous. The lack of care, courtesy, dignity, and correct business practice is appalling at this place.

Extortion is this companys bread and butter. Should not cost well over 200$ for a tow from an accident. Terrible customer service.

Absolutely terrible service. I requested a tow about 10 days ago because my car wouldnt start. The receptionist on the phone told me it would be about an hour to an hour and a half. She didnt take my name or phone number but quickly got my credit card info. I waited until 2.5 hours had gone by and then called back and they said it would be another hour or two due to a high volume of calls from the police. After another 2.5 hours had gone by, I called again only to get the same story. I waited an additional 2 hours and called back, ready to cancel the service. I was reluctant to cancel because they had taken my credit card information up front and I didnt want to somehow be charged by them and another company. When I talked to them this time they said theyd have someone there within a half hour. 1.5 hours later someone FINALLY showed up to tow the car. Once the car was delivered, I asked the driver what took so long. He gave a completely different story than the office gave, saying people were calling because of the rain. After the driver left, I realized that he hadnt given me the key or left it in the car. I had to call the office and have the driver turn around, which took another 30 minutes. DO NOT use Parker if you need a tow within a reasonable amount of time. P.S., check the yelp reviews. Their average is 1 start on there. I have no idea how they have anything over 3 stars on Google unless theyve recently gone downhill.

Had parkers tow my van to my mechanic not even 2 miles from the pick up spot, they broke a part in my van that we knew was not broken (we had to use to add fluid to my van prior) in 2 miles this magically broke with a note to my mechanic that they couldnt try to jump start because the hood rope was broke.. the manager then used every excuse in the book saying his driver didnt do it.. even from age of my van to saying my mechanic did it to parts just wear down.. I dont care if my van is a brand new 2020 van or a horse drawn carriage if you break a part own up to it. Never will my family use parkers.. I wouldnt use them if I were you. You run the risk of paying their drivers to break items and then pay for the part/fix on top of it. So nice huh!

I was involved in a no fault accident in Fort Wayne. parkers is contracted with the city so they towed my vehicle to their lot without alowing me to direct it anywhere else. I contacted them shortly after and asked for the vehicle to be released and they refused to release it until Monday. on Monday they charged $235 for the tow to their lot $75 of it was for storage that i never wanted. absolute skum of the earth.

I just had my car towed with it missing,a wheel due to a snapped axle. Kevin was more than expected as for helping get it situated even after it was back on the ground. I would Definately recommend using Parker and especially Kevin to move your vehicles.
