A SNAKE IN THE GRASS! Took my car there for something and he said it was going to be over $300, thought that sounded extreme, took it somewhere else and it was $80. I guess they take advantage of women there.My son took his car there by accident and did not tell me he was going there. They told him they could look at it for no charge but then charged him $50 to just look at it when he went to pick it up. A charge of $50 for a kid and repairs were exaggerated again. Snakes!!!!!

Dropped my 2003 Cadillac off Sunday night. Received it back this evening. Shes just like a new car. Smooth riding. Thanks to all of you!

After taking in for just an oil change they Said a lot of things was wrong with my truck took to my normal Mechanic and found none of the things they said was wrong

I spent decades in the auto repair industry and can tell you that this is a shop you would find 30 or 40 years ago with guys that know their stuff.Mel has extensive knowledge and great diagnosis skills (most important in my eyes) Fact is you have spend some time with a car and take things apart to find out what is wrong and what it will cost to fix.. That is just how auto repair works.. This is where trust is the biggest factor.. I trust them with my cars and glad to have them so close to the house..

Took my car in for an oil change. They tried to tell me I have a major leak in my radiator and it would cost $700 to repair. Never had a drop of fluid come out of my car and radiators dont cost that much. Im not stupid and NEVER going back there again.

I took my car in for a bolt extraction on a broken intake manifold bolt for a l76 6.0L v8 . I would have done this all myself if i had a welder So i know what the job involved. But ended up getting charged for a whole intake manifold gasket replace charge which was 330$ in labor. They tryed to tell me the gaskets have to be replaced when removing the intake even though all the LS manifold gaskets are reusable. But The guy Mel that worked on my car immediately got loud with me when i asked him about this charge and told me labor is labor. He didnt even try to work it out at all and was rude. I would hate to see what extra charges they charge people that dont know about cars.

My husband went there the other day to get his car fixed. My husband is well versed in cars but doesnt have the tools to do some of the things himself. We tried Hendricks and when all was said and done, we didnt understand why we were being charged so much. When we attempted to get an explanation, the guys who worked for Hendricks got loud and defensive. He never was able to tell us why. He (in a loud voice) tried to say that hes been doing this for 30 years and stands by his work. If so, why couldnt you explain what you did and explain the charges? I feel like he knew we were right and just wanted our money. We will NOT be going back here again.
