Customer service is so-so for a black business but the work is awful. I paid a lot of money for the work over $100.00 and in the end I could not wear the boots ever again. If this is what people accept in Fort Washington there are better places.

I went to the shoe store on Tuesday, March 13 at 2 PM and the sign said open but yet the store door was locked! I knocked on the door several times and I called and there was no answer. Obviously the store was closed. I will find a reliable shoe repair store that is open when it says on its website that it is open.

Took both a pair of Louboutins and a pair of boots here to have the heels replaced and he did a great job! Also really sweet and friendly guy

I like the owner as a person. I have left work early on two separate occasions to ensure I arrived before the shop closed. Those two times, the shop was closed earlier than the advertised time.
