If I could give negative stars, I would. This lady named Bless was so terrible and very apathetic with our situation. My parents and my sister went to the Philippines and my mom ended up being sick there. We called Bless to ask if we could reschedule her flight and she was upset. We had to pay almost $500 to reschedule her flight the first time around. Then, the following week, my mom ended up having surgery and we called Bless and asked if we could reschedule her flight again because my mom needed surgery and to recover. Bless sounded upset and annoyed and kept asking “is this not done yet? Why is this taking forever and you keep calling to reschedule and look for different dates. The flights are all booked because it’s the holidays”. My mom ended up having surgery and she didn’t even care! She didn’t appreciate all the people that we refer to her to get her more customers. All she cared about is her commission. Terrible customer service and it’s sad because she’s Filipino too.
