I was highly satisfied. Wayne got in touch with me in a timely manner. I was given a quote, and he was honest about the time frame of getting back to me. The deposit is reasonable. I was called back in each step - what was wrong, if I wanted it repaired and when it should be ready. The price was reasonable and the customer service was great. I was nervous about putting my computer in the shop. Wayne made me quite comfortable that it was okay to leave it. I appreciated that comfort. I would recommend this shop for your computer repair.

I highly recommend Gadget Guy, Wayne. He is so incredibly reliable and talented. He can fix anything. I have brought him several computers, mac laptops, everything, old ones and hes fixed everything. No job is too big for him. Hes a genius. My computers were operating, slow, and my kids had dropped syrup in them. He fixed them. My PC laptop completely crashed and, despite having some technical ability, I was unable to get it to work again. Luckily, I found Gadget Guys and now my laptop is like new again. I was very happy to find The Gadget Guys after being very dissatisfied with another local computer shop. They were truly a lifesaver especially during this pandemic when a lot of places are closed. Wayne was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and very accommodating to my sense of urgency in needing my laptop back quickly. I dropped my computer off on Monday and got it back a few days later. The prices were very fair and the customer service was great. They kept me updated on my PC and the cost of what needed to be fixed. I will defeintly come back here if I have anymore computer issues.

Dropped my computer with my thumb drive in it. Of course my drive was damaged. Gadget guys helped me get my information off the drive. I had EVERYTHING on that drive. What a lifesaver they were to me!! Excellent service and good timing. I recommend to everyone.

My HP ENVY Laptop computer needed the hinges repaired. I called several places and they all told me they would have to send it out for repair and I would get it back in about two weeks. I called The Gadget Guys in Fort Washington, MD. Wayne told me to bring the computer in and he would fix it that evening. Wayne got my computer at 1:30pm. He fixed the hinges and returned my computer to me at 4:00pm. Wayne fixed both hinges and charged me for just one. The service was excellent, the price was very reasonable, and the customer service was the best.

So this is a delayed review, I brought my gaming PC in prior to Christmas. This was after i brought it to another PC repair place, they could not figure out the issue after 3 weeks. Gadget Guys had my PC for 48 hours and found out the issue was my CPU. Once they figured out the issue they had a CPU ready on hand to install. Then proceeded to call me and give me options of what to do next. Overall the experience was excellent, I hope I have no future issues with my PC but if I do I will 100% be coming back.

Wayne is an electronic wizard! He just replaced my cracked screen :-) I dropped it off, ran my errands and scooped it up! The Gadget Guys do excellent work at a great price. You won’t go wrong with entrusting your device to Gadget Guys! I worked with Wayne to try and save my newly purchased MacBook that had liquid damage (I spilled coffee all over it). Although it couldn’t be repaired, Wayne went above and beyond to get it working—including purchasing additional pieces and even shipping it to Florida (none of this was an additional charge). Also, Wayne did very good with providing round the clock updates. Although I plan to purchase Apple Care for every device I purchase from here on out, I’ll definitely be returning to Gadget Guys whenever it seems fit. The customer service and customer care is remarkable!

My All in One Desktop computer was moving extremely slow and was having trouble loading. Took to Wayne and he was able to get system cleaned up and moving at a speed I was more accustom too. I took my HP touchscreen laptop to Wayne at Gadget Guys about a month ago and please believe me when I say: HANDS DOWN BEST REPAIR EVER! I cracked my screen and was calling around for quotes and I am sooo glad I landed on Gadget Guys! He fixed my screen in an hour MAX! I am alwayssss super nervous about going to third party electronic repair shops because I almost always leave with more problems than I came in with but not with Wayne at Gadget Guys! I have had a PS3 for 7 years and finally had some issues with it. I decided to bring my PS3 to get fixed here. I went there to get my laptop fixed. Very simple actually, just needed a key put back on. I went to another computer store that wanted a 100 dollar diagnostic fee before they would look at the 5 cent key and see if it was broken. Then out of desperation I contacted the Gadget Guys in Fort Washington. They said come right in and I did and it turned out not to be so simple. The hook was broke on my keyboard, that held the key in place, but I needed it fixed quick. They took it right in and fixed it immediately. When I tried to pay, they said they couldnt take payment for something so simple and refused to take my money. Believe that in todays world?!?!? It is similar to when you find that mechanic that you can trust. You stick with him. These men knew I was desperate, could have charged me like the other guy tried to and did the honorable right over the easy wrong. Thank you sincerely! The keyboard is holding up perfectly!

Came by with a busted chromebook charging port and was told it could take 4-5 days or so to repair. I got a call after I left informing me they had to order a part so it could be ready towards the end of that range. Nope, it was fixed the next day, and I was charged less than the quote. Highly professional, courteous, great experience overall and highly recommended.

We purchased a computer from them Wayne said it would be wireless that was a lie. His idea of wireless was drilling holes in our desk which he didn’t get permission to do. When we told him we were unhappy with the computer within a decent time he said it’s not refundable but how when we never received what we wanted. Also if it is a new computer how does it have a virus? And why are you asking for an extra $160. He has no sympathy for his and his company’s mistakes. Even when I called the office they were rude. Never again will we use them!!!!! We try to support our own and get poor service in return. Use at your own disgression smh. I wish I could give 0 stars!

Imagine the panic of your out of warranty laptop going pitch black out of the clear blue, youve got an assignment due in two days and your money is low. Thats the panic I felt when I walked intimate this shop on a humble. I still dont know what was wrong but they did and fixed it waaay sooner than I expected and the prices were in my price range. Sold me a computer which is now a huge paper weight. Smh Whitin the first week of prlurchasing I let them know I had a problem. They advised me I put a virus on it and I had to pay to have it taken off. HOW WHEN IT NEVER LEFT THE HOME SCREEN???? WHICH IS WHY I CALLED THEM BACK???? Buyer beware!!!Oh did I mention this was the second time I let them burn me, trying to support a small and local business. The first time I brought my HP in to be cleaned. Granted it came out at least able to half way function but after the free 30 day virus protection they installed expired so did my laptop. Smh. I still decided to try to give them another shot.
