If you value your time this is not the place for you. I had an appointment time that I specifically chose so I could still have time in my day to get to work. Not only did they start 40 minutes later than my appointment time. After I asked how long the entire process would take all I was told was not too long. During this whole process you have to wait outside in 80 degree weather. Will never return just off of the wait time alone. A better system needs to be in place.

Outstanding customer service. I went to Pro Audio with my 2019 Toyota Tundra Crew Max 4x4 with JBL Sound System w/ 12 speakers w/ 10” Subwoofer. I need to punch it up just a little. Pro Audio wanted to change the whole system for $4200. No sale for me.Made my way to Exclusive Concepts and spoke to the owner who stated that all I needed was a Kenwood Excelon XR600-6DSP and an amplifier for the subwoofer.After installation, you can now “Hear me rolling.”Thanks Exclusive Concepts. Job well done for $1300. I’ll be back for my waxing.

I called last minute this past Tuesday for a tint, detail and headlight restoration... i dropped my car off at 12 and it was finished at 6. When I tell you I couldn’t recognize my own car! They bought “Maxine” back to life...So please great customer service and very knowledgeable... Will definitely be going back even for my car washes!

I took my 2020 Camaro in to get tinted.... my driver door has a dent in the bottom driver door. I took my car back to the shop and they were trying to say something back in to my car, but they would look at the video. I called back to ask if they watched the video they hung up in my face. My friend called and they hung up on him. Now I have to go to small claims court to get my brand new car fixed.

Came from North Carolina carrying a group on my 56 passenger charter bus. Radio wasnt working or the audio video. Called Exclusive concepts and they told me to come in. Great and quick service! I recently got graphite tints put on my light blue Sonata and it looks really nice! I stepped next store to do a little shopping to kill the wait time and it was done and sitting pretty before I even got back :-). Ive gotten my alarm and remote start installed a while back and they still work perfectly. I also got H.I.D. headlights installed. I admittedly had a few issues with those, but I went back for help and got everything worked out. I recommend Exclusive Concepts to all my friends and family and always get a thanks for the recommendation! They can do just about any customization to hook your up.

Dont go there UNLESS, you want it done correctly the first time! All that a bag of chips and 12 Snapples to go! Really has a great attitude and gives far above what you expect! A true All Star in my book. My 370 Z loves him as well! Not EXCELLENTbut far above that!

Walked in for 20% window tints on my front windows they said it was a bit of a wait and I didnt have time to stay long so as I was going back to my car, the guy told me he could do it in 15 mins. Took it back then came back with my windows tinted in about 20 mins. Fast, and great customer service from Jay at the service desk.

Called to get tint and was able to get in and out. Jeff tinted my windshield and did a vehicle wrap.

This is the worst place I have ever been to. Do not take your car here u will regret it Im telling you. I have experience my tinted windows Peeling after just a month . They also dont believe in cleaning there own mess up after working. They left trash and glue all on my seats and back dash board. Next was my lights I ask them to tint out the lights the owner was responsible for this he Left my lights loose and try to say he didnt do it SMH they charge u a arm and a leg. It was over 600 dollars just to do my light and tint my windows. And lastly I saw 2 unhappy customers leaving The store but I didnt listen so Im trying to get u to dont go here.

ABSOLUTE WORST! SCAM ARTIST! I am an 18 year old female college student, I asked for my tints to be made legal meaning atop the factory tint that comes on all cars, I wanted my tints to even out to the legal limit of 35% they were 32% and I was pulled over the same day I got them and issued a repair order. I was given a warranty on my tints so I went back to see if I could have the problem fixed. THIS MANIAC told me hed charge $45.00 to remove them, and another $150.00 to put them back on which was crazy to me because I only paid $135.00 to originally have my windows tinted. He refuses to refund my money and I am now @$$ed out of $135.00. DONT GO UNLESS YOU ARE ROCKAFELLER AND HAVE MONEY TO GIVE AWAY.

I bought a new car the next day i took it to Exclusive Concepts and they wrecked the front of my Car. The owner has refused to fix my car and has many excuses for his employees wreckless behaviors. I am now forced to take this issue to court.Update: i won my judgement in court and he still has not paid. I will be garnishing
