Unreliable transport is more like it. They took my disabled husband and put him in the lobby by the front doors on a stretcher while they waited for a vehicle to arrive. Considering consulting a lawyer for this incomplete disrespect for human decency.

Called Reliable Transport for an event and paid for 4 hours of transportation service plus a nice gratuity. Once picked up, we were 15 minutes into ride and realized something was forgotten at home. Asked driver to turn around and he insisted I needed to pay more money because he turned around. I told him I paid for his services for 4 hours and shouldnt be charged anything unless we went over the four hours. He argued with me for 10 minutes on the phone, even after I offered to split the difference of what he asked for. He was not flexible at all and unprofessional. Passengers got out of his vehicle and called Uber.

Personally, I feel that Reliable Transport is a up and coming brand of transportation service that is dependable and very affordable with each experience!
