Very helpful, was just one employee there when I came in, brought 4 phones to get upgraded. Absolutely great service at this location. Been using Boost since April 2020. Phone service is good as well

Jeff is great to deal with even if things dont always go right he will solve the problem for you. I couldnt ask for better service.

My first complaint was the store employee arrived 20 minutes after 10am opening time. The employee was not prepared to help customers when she did arrive. She couldnt access the computer without calling a co-worker for a password. The manager called while we were discussing new phones, and they discussed scheduling for the next day. When she printed out the sales form, I questioned the $7.00 increase in my monthly bill. She had added insurance that we had not discussed and that I didnt want. She assured me she would remove the insurance charge. The next day it was still on my account. I had to then call customer support to asdress the issue. Customer support was great and recified the issue immediately. Beware

Jeff was a big help. Good customer service is unfortunately rare these days, but Jeff was on it. He even got my dog a bowl of water.

In spite of technical difficulties beyond the staffs control(a truck) destroyed all power to the store) they hung in there and made it happen!! Really nice guys that put in great effort to provide the customer with the best results possible. Thanks Boost Mobile Team!

Paid bill 2 days ago and watched 2 - 3 minute news clips and Boost said I have already used up most of my data. Went to Boost store to try and pay for more and was told I would have to pay entire month again for more. Nope not going to pay double for 1 month.

I am only addressing my experience with Boost mobiles service coverage and network speeds in the FWB area. I understand that user experience can vary.That being said if I could give no stars I would, because thats how much coverage boost has in this area. I deliver pizzas for a living and rely on my phone. I hit every corner of fwb on deliveries. Maps works 25% of the time. No one can hear me clearly on calls. Music streaming is choppy with anything less than full bars and you will never find that in fwb. Messages take a full minute to send. Images are about 5-10 minutes if they dont outright fail. Switching asap. Idk how they can legally charge money for something that only works 25% of the time at best. Zero stars. Once again I understand that experience may vary, but seriously Get it together.

No inventory. Silly mask requirement. Will never patronize this location again. Frankly, boost mobile stores are HORRIBLE.

Unfortunately, my stay was extended by 30 mins due to someone deciding to harass the only worker in store. When it was all said and done the worker didn’t let that negativity carry into our interaction. Good on her.

Closed for the 3rd day in a row without a sign nor reason for closures. Me a few other customers sat in the parkinglot for an hour or more waiting for an opening that never happened would not recommend

The lady behind the counter was very kind and helpful. She listened to my concerns and aided me as much as she could.

Its 10:43am on Saturday and the store is closed. Its says online that it opens at 9am. The sign outside says 10am. This isnt the first time. Boost stores are a joke. Thanks for nothing.

After calling customer service several times and getting no where with my Boost Mobile Hotspot I decided to go in to the local store. It was on NYE and despite my concerns I received OUTSTANDING service and assistance from T! Thank you T, you saved the day!!

I was told by the lady behind the counter, that removing the lock on the bootloader on my moto e was impossible and that I would not be able to use it or sell it. I went home and found videos on YouTube that shows you how to unlock the bootloader, which I did successfully. Either she had no idea how to unlock bootloader, or didnt want to be bothered with unlocking and buying the phone back. I no longer have a use for the phone, Metro PC gave a great deal on a galaxy J3.Unfortunately Metro cant buy my moto because it is a Boost phone. I hate to throw away a good phone, but unfortunately the lady on the evening shift doesnt like being interrupted from being on her phone.

They suck with customer service and are rude I pay 120 a month for mine and my husband phone service with unlimited everything and we had to be connected to WiFi to use our phone and they wont even fix the problem !!

Some of the associates cant understand what we are asking therefore its a waste of time to go in there
