This has been a HORRIBLE experience!! We bought a 10k jacuzzi that is still under warranty. Started having trouble in June and it is still NOT fixed. Lionel is great and very professional and the ONLY good thing going for this company!! Had we known then what we know now, we would have NEVER purchased from them.

Was shopping for a pool. Got sticker shock at inground pool prices. Found Patriot Pools and Casey. Was able to get a large above ground pool at a reasonable price. The whole team from start to finish was excellent. We got an above ground pool liner replaced. The install had some hiccups (not their fault) but Josh worked with our schedule and got everything set up perfectly. They worked with us to come up with the right chemical solution for us and were super friendly. I’ll be doing business with them for years to come!

The sales staff is very knowledgeable and helped me makean informed decision on a new Sundance Optima Spa, whichis on order and set for delivery late August. Included in their price is set up and delivery. True to their word, Patriot honored the initial price quote, even though it took me several weeks of contemplation before making a final decision. Also, if you have a disability and a Doctors Px for a spa, there are tax benefits to enjoy. Kudos to the staff for their integrity!

I basically went into the store to get a hot tub, and the staff knew every model and size. After giving them my dimensions as to where the tub would be placed, a tub was found on their showroom floor. Delivery took two weeks and setup was done with no problems. Two follow up visits later to tweak it, the tub is a welcome addition to the family. Patriot Pool and Spa has it together, highly recommend them.Pain free literally, from the store to relaxing in the tub. I got a Bahama Radiant tub, kicks butt. Cheers

Great experience with Patriot Pools. I shopped around locally to other pool places to have an above ground installed. Patriot Pools was the only company that really took an interest in helping me and discussed the pros and cons of having an above ground pool. The experience was great from start to finish and they were able to have the pool completely installed during the peak season within 2 weeks. Honestly they are probably the only pool company that I will trust.

We first made a call in to them and spoke with Cody about purchasing a hot tub. He was very polite and answered all are questions we had.We arrived at the store and were greeted by Cody and Maggie. Poor management. Rude on t hff e phone. Incompetent workers. Dud not know how to order a liner. Lied about it afterwards. My family witnessed this. Cannot trust. left a pebble under the liner on a seating area. Had to empty the pool some and take liner oaertuallt down to remove the wobble weakening the structure.

Patriot Pool and Spa has been our go to place since they installed our pool about 8 years ago. Today we had them replace the liner in our above ground pool. They have done fabulous work! We are pleased with their work and the price.

Not only was he very professional and friendly, but he was able to easily fix the issue I had with the spa, explaining everything in easy-to-understand terminology. A few days after the service visit, the technician called to follow up and see how things were going with the spa. That impressed me very much! I like this company and their attention towards taking care of their customers. Highly recommend!!

I purchased my Optima 880 in July of 2015 from Patriot Pool & Spa and had “zero” issues. Late 2018 I had a problem with the top panel of my Optima 880 stop working. Patriot replaced it very quickly, but unfortunately, I had another problem with it a few months later. It was determined it was the circuit board, and that it made sense to replace both the top side panel and the circuit board at the same time. I was told at the time of the call that they had a fire at a facility and that some parts have been delayed as they catch up on manufacturing and shipping. The circuit board came in quickly, but the tops side panel took about a month and a half to come in. Neither the fire or shipping delay is something Patriot could change, just unfortunate events. Patriot was very responsive in communicating the status of the parts. The last two parts were mine and another customer, not something that could be helped. My part came in on a Monday, and both were changed out on the Wednesday. A few days later my red light came on along with a “Flo” error. Again, on a Monday, 8Apr. They were able to schedule a tech for the Wednesday. Well, he came out today and it turned out it was the flow switch. He had one with him and changed it out. Although, there were unforeseen circumstances that created delays, Patriot Pool & Spa customer support has been second to none. Thank you to everyone at Patriot Pool & Spa for getting my spa back up and running.

Bought my first pool and spa from Patriot. I bring my water samples in every two weeks and my pool and spa are sparking from the time I open my pool till I close it for winter. Spa is just as easy thanks to the staff. Delivery and set was stress free. Thanks guys.

I’d like to thank to Josh for fixing our pool leak!!!! He was very professional and knowledgeable. He found and patched the leak, which had been a thorn in our side all summer. I’d also like to thank the ladies who scheduled the appointment for their professionalism and follow through. I had originally called weeks earlier and later found out I must have talked to a salesperson, who had answered the phone. He took my information and told me it would be about 3 weeks before someone could come out and they’d call me. So I waited over 2 weeks, expecting a call when it was closer to my turn. I decided to call to check where I was on the list. Our pool was loosing about 4 inches of water a day, so it was a VERY expensive leak. After talking to the right people this time, I found out that my info was never passed along because they had no record of me. She sincerely apologized and scheduled an appointment for me with an actual date this time. Within 2 weeks of that call, my pool was fixed by Josh. Overall I am happy with my experience with this company and will definitely call them again for future needs. I also plan on requesting Josh to replace our liner when that time arises. Thank you again for helping us be able to enjoy our pool for the remainder of the summer!

I have used Patriot Pool and Spa three times for repairs of my 2007 Sundance Marin Spa. On all three occasions I dealt with Casey who answered the phone. She was very professional and personable. She researched and provided me with information that saved me hundreds of dollars on the parts needed. As for the technicians who responded, they were on time, professional and also very personable. On this last repair, Josh, the lead technician was very honest in his assessment of the problem and said he would not be able to get the part required for at least 6 to 7 weeks from their supplier and it would probably be more expensive. He advised me to see if I could get it sooner by ordering it from the internet. He told me how to install the part if I was able to get it and that if I had any trouble to just give him a call. I was able to get the part in two days and had the spa up and running. The company is very honest and customer service oriented.

My pool was installed by Backyard Outlet. They are the most professional and courteous team I have met. Anytime I have gone into the business to purchase chemicals or accessories for my pool they recognize you immediately and welcome you by first name. They know their customers, the pool business and how to treat the public. Love doing business with them. The whole sales staff is friendly and easy to talk to.

Went to Backyard outlet to seek help for my parents pool...they needed something simple as far as water maintenance went they are in their 70s and have numerous health problems and couldnt keep up with it. I came to ask for something...anything to make this lighter and simple. Megan told me all about Pristine Blue so here we are today getting it set up. Fred was extremely helpful too...we have been customers with them for years now...and we couldnt be happier for all the help they have given us...AND saying THANK YOU!...is just not enough!

Well my 13years with them have come to an end. Apparently being a long term customer means nothing. The new staff seems knowledgeable but are not. They have had me sink all kinds of money and time and given me a run around on how to fix my problem with my pool. Done!! wont be back.

Went in to get advice on salvaging my friends pool in Panama City, after half a pine forest landed in it during the hurricane. Lots of helpful advice without any hard sell for products. Very pleased with the quality customer service.

From the sales consult, through design and construction of our inground pool, to living with the finished product, The Backyard Outlet provided me with an experience we could not be happier with.Weve also purchased a Marquis spa, outdoor furniture and a Fire Magic grill from this company. We have our water tested at their store weekly and always get good service and advice. I find their prices to be quite good. Overall, we have been very pleased.

I would go elsewhere if you are looking for good service.I purchased my pool in June, the sales girl told me it would be able to be installed that week.But Mid July, they were finally able to send an installer to put it up.I am on my FOURTH liner,First one the pool was completely filled, and a seam broke. They told me manufacture defect. The second liner broke in the same place, the pool was 1/2 way full when this happened. They stated the same manufacturer defect, and scheduled a THIRD liner to be installed. That one filled completely again before the seam gave way. I requested that I get a totally different manufacturer for the FOURTH liner.And requested the owner of the company, Fred, to be present during the installation. While he was here he agreed to reimburse me for water and chemicals that were used for the two completely liners.I sent him my water bill, to the tune of 300+ dollars, only to receive a check back for 100 dollars, with his letter stating it was for 1 1/2 pool filled gallons, along with no mention of the loss of chemicals.He was very unpleasant to deal with throughout the process of his “failed” liners.Save yourself the headache and go some where else!

Great customer service - they really helped us out with balancing the chemicals in our pool! Our pump broke and before we realized it, our pool water went from good to terrible - it was a disaster. We were able to get the pump fixed but everything we tried to clean the water just made it worse. We took a sample of our water in and they were able to test it and tell us exactly what we needed to do to fix it. They were great!

THIS PLACE IS GREAT! Our rental houses pool was unusable nearly all summer because of an incompetent local pool service that thought they could take advantage of renters, telling us we were pretty much S.O.L. with getting our pool up and running again after the pump broke and algae got in (yet they took the landlords money every week!). Anyhow, we decided to take the matter into our own hands. Fred and Megan are SO knowledgeable and extremely professional. Fred spent over an hour teaching us about our pool system, the chemistry and exactly what it would take to clean it up and keep it maintained..AND step-by-step how to do it! Low and behold, following their specific instructions, we were able to get our pool clear in only an afternoon of a little hard work. Something our illusive pool guy has been working on for weeks! We couldnt thank them enough and wish we would have come to them sooner.

They did not have the filter I was looking for but I noticed that the average price of the other filters was around $50 for one. I looked online and found two for $25. Also they were hesitant to help me. Other than that they have a big selection of spas and hot tubs.

Worst customer service possible. I replaced my 11 year old above ground pool with what I thought was a good deal on a showroom kept demo priced at $400 less than brand new 24 round 52 deep above ground pool. This was approximately 3 years ago. This supposed bargain probably cost me twice that in shoddy installation. Everything installed by the contract crew sent out by the owner, Fred Williams, leaked from day 1. This includes the combination light / water inlet, all the PVC plumbing connections, (wrong glue used), to the cheap $75 liner used to replace the one that could not be re-used from the showroom. Anytime, I expressed my concerns about this leaking pool, starting at around 1 month after the initial installation to around 2 years later when I gave up and began fixing it myself with the help of Pinch a Penny pools, I was given the brush off by Fred. If this were the only pool store in Florida, I would drive to another state to get my supplies or order online.

Had them come out to give an estimate on my pool repair. Followed the owners advice aquired the equiptment called them to instal. Was told they dont install equiptment they didnt sell to me ...by the same person who told buy the equiptment and call them.. even though that was his advise..
