Need management to call me ASAP as I have made several attempts at getting answers about my drill being taken, my nectar mattress ripped, furniture broken, gentleman did not finish job so I had to rent a uhaul myself and go back and get the rest of the furniture and boxes, items in closets. That’s when I noticed my safe was moved from my bedroom dresser to my daughters empty walk in closet on the floor. Didn’t think that seemed right and instantly had a gut feeling that something was up with that but I don’t ever jump to accusation with anyone. I even said to my husband why would they steal from me I’m sure they didn’t. Weeks after we got unpacked at new place I found where I had my safe key and my deceased grandmothers gold diamond earrings were gone out of the ring box from inside the safe. Now I understand why they were in a hurry to leave my daughters bedroom furniture unmoved and all the sudden they were tired and ready to leave in a hurry. Such a hurry they left hundreds of dollars in packing materials in my old driveway at house they moved me from. They even left all kinds of moving blankets inside the house. And they left one of their tools . They said they would come back the next night and help me finish. And to think I tipped them $100 apiece on top of them being paid over $1100 for the move I spent $50 on lunch at lennys. I gave them a $200 rug a $200 stove and gave one of the guys items for his daughters bedroom. I don’t believe it was that man, I have a feeling it was the other man that was his helper I believe. Tired of waiting on the management to call me back again I need answers now about my grandmothers earrings. I want my drill back and I want my mattress paid for. I’ve been so devastated. I should have known that stupid little safe you can carry with a handle wasn’t a good place for her Jewelry but I didn’t wanna lose any of it during the move. It was the only reason I locked it up. Never in a million years I would’ve thought anybody from a company moving someone would come in and steal from you.

I used Two Men and A Truck to move my stuff out of my house in October 2020 to a Climate Control storage unit. I paid quite a bit of money for the move and even the wrapping of the furniture. I didnt sign off on Mattress bags. Figure the guys would just pick those up. I went to my storage unit January 16, 2021 to move my stuff out and when I make it back to the mattresses I find my daughters mattress black all down one side and the front. These men drugged my daughters white mattress during that move. And now the manager Douglas is saying that are not liable after the door closes. Excuse me I trusted you guys to go to my storage and put everything in and I came when you guys called and said you were finished. Everything looked great as to what I could see. I did not see those mattresses because they were towards the back. I want something to be done or some held responsible for my 4 years old mattress. Because I am pretty sure none of these people would allow their child to sleep on something like this. I have asked for someone higher than Douglas to reach out to me and I also have reached out to corporate office.

The entire moving experience was smooth and easy. From quoting and booking to the move itself. Everybody did what they said they would do and our long distance move went great. Everyone provided professional services and took good care of our stuff. I highly recommend Two Men and a Truck in Destin for your local or long distance moving needs. I would give Two Men and A Truck 6 stars if I could. Both Autumn and DeeJay were very professional and helpful in the planning of our multi stop move.Trey and Brandon were prompt, courteous, helpful and professional throughout the entire move. They kept us informed every step of the way. Our move was complicated with multiple destinations. Trey and Brandon went far above and beyond what was expected. They were ALWAYS professional, courteous, helpful and cheerful throughout the entire move from packing to loading and unloading. Quinn was also very professional and helpful when he assisted in the loading process. Their attitude help relieve much of the stress and anxiety that moving invariably causes. I would request them again if I should have a need in the future.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with the Two Men and a Truck branch in Fort Walton Beach, FL and cannot in good faith recommend them to anyone after my horrific experience with them. In February of this year, the company moved my furniture out of my home and put it in storage. On March 8th, they moved my furniture back into my home and I noticed that a piece was broken off of my wall unit, my dining table had long deep scratch in it, several pieces were broken, and the center piece of my headboard was missing. Over four months later after multiple calls and visits, I have not been compensated in any way. After multiple phone calls and office visits, I am at my wits in and see no other remedy but to seek legal council.

Superb quality workers. Never let up 7/8 hours. Constantly kept us informed and satisfied. Worth every penny.

The scheduling process was quick and easy. I called on a Tuesday with hope of them having availability on a Saturday. They had availability even when I inquired in such a short notice. On moving day, the movers called with their ETA during the time frame I was originally told. The movers, Anthony and Antonio, were on time and worked diligently with great speed. I feel like I had a lot of furniture and boxes to move with just two men, so I was skeptical at first. However, they finished the first part of the process in an hour and then it took them another hour of driving to the storage facility and unloading my items there. They finished around 11 am. A little pricey, but you ultimately get the service you pay for. I was really pleased with the entire experience. I will be using Two Men and a Truck again with any additional moving needs. I hope to have the same movers as well. They were fantastic!

The guys were great. They moved a piano and three other big pieces that we couldnt lift into storage. They were fast. Great value for the money.

These guys did such an amazing job in what was a very stressful office move for us. They came in with such great attitudes, worked their butts off. They were so helpful to one another, so respectful of the furniture, didnt leave until they had me walk through and made sure I was happy with everything. The positive attitudes each of them had is what really made a very overwhelming day much easier on my end and i appreciate it tremendously. Moved some of my elderly fathers furniture and household goods to a down-sized house. We needed the move to be paced and flexible as we made final decisions about what was to go and what was to stay. Quin and Marcus with TWO MEN AND A TRUCK were very patient, accommodating and took great care of us!

I called Office person who handles tracking of the moving crews. After 25 min late on a time frame of 12 - 3 waiting. The Manager of tracking did not have any information and his only offered to cancel my move. I did not even consider this option. The Manager of tracking had zero information on a ETA and was rude. I only wished to get moved. I tipped the crew. The crew were put in the middle of this by the Manager

I would like to commend the very kind young men that came out and moved my things to storage and a different residence. Their crew that showed up for the first 3 hours accomplished almost nothing. The charge was almost $1,000 over the estimate, they said because there was more to move than they thought. But, the workers had been working so many hours, that they were very slow. When they finished after midnight, they had another job the next morning at 7:30. That makes it impossible to give value for the charge. This was to move a 3 bedroom house. The local office will not make any adjustment and corporate said they would call back, but did not. Beware!

Two Men and Truck.. more like two men and a joke. I have never moved with a corporate moving company and now I know why. Where do I start? I moved from a 1 bedroom (669 sq ft) apt in the heart of Destin with an elevator to an apt complex literally 2 miles away with no elevator. The guys that showed up assured me they do “hard moves” all the time and that mine was a piece of cake. I had everything boxed up and ready to go by the door. I bought pizza and a case of water for the movers. They became frustrated because I have normal everyday furniture which was heavy and not to their liking. Once they moved me out of my previous apartment and arrived at my new, it began sprinkling which they stayed in the truck for what they said was 15 minutes which they stated “we won’t charge you for”. Umm, yeah, if you’re sitting in your truck, don’t make it sound like you’re doing me a favor. Once the drizzle stopped I went to the truck only to smell marijuana and to see the pizza that I had provided, crusts thrown onto the ground and water bottles thrown onto the breezeway floor, not even in the cooler that I provided. They took their time and I stressed the importance of getting the job done in 3 hours. Even so, I myself, rushed to unload the truck. Granted, my new place has no elevator which I disliked to them at my old location and they said that’s fine. I found that my 55” TV had a nick in the screen which I was not happy about considering all that I did to accommodate the movers. Even tipped them $40 each. I hesitantly called and spoke to a sweet lady named Jessica who directed me to DJ or RJ, the operations manager who heard my story and offered to reimburse me for my TV damage in the amount of $100. I moved 2/14/2020. I have yet to see any compensation of which I never asked for. Just wanted to let the company know my terrible experience. Called back a month later and apparently the check never got cut. I was told by said operations manager that the check would be sent. Annnd here we are in September and no check. I never asked for compensation but was told by the ops manager that any damage to property during the move deems compensation so I said ok. Never have received a dime. I may be one of the few that have had a horrible experience with such a “reputable” company but I know now to never trust Two Men and a Truck.

I used these guys on a Saturday, which is more expensive than a weekday. The two movers, while outwardly polite to me, did end up damaging my furniture. Apparently there was a damaged furniture form to fill out, but that never happened. The operations manager is very helpful in helping me try to get the furniture fixed, so I will say that. My service was good I guess, but I dont think it was worth the $1000 and 7 hours. If I had known it was going to take the same amount of time and way more expensive than it would if I had just grabbed a few friends and their trucks, Im going to be honest I would have just grabbed those friends. If given the chance to go back in time I going to be honest, I would not have chosen this If Id known that I would be forking over a grand for service thats about as quick as paying some friends with some beer and pizza.

The Fort Walton branch was a pleasure to deal with from the personnel in the office who set up and organized the move to the two men who did the move itself. Their process is straight-forward, efficient, and in my case, fast.

Great moving experience! I called around to a few places inquiring about price for a short distance move with just a few larger items (washer/dryer, mattress, dining table etc) and they were by far the most affordable. All had a minimum of three hours charged for work, but most other companies wanted 800 - 1000 for those three hours while two men and a truck was only 405. The moving team that came out was polite, prompt, and fast! They worked together as a great team and were super friendly! Will definitely be using this company again and recommend them to anyone who needs a moving company!

We had several hiccups, but they more than took care of us and we greatly appreciate it. DJ and Matt (managers) were super customer oriented. Our packer team lead, KeSean (sp sorry!) was fantastic, really just top notch and professional. He was training packers so things took longer, but he was on top of watching the guys and helping them learn. Delbert and Travon were just as nice and professional. So nice especially in this time of anti customer service. Matt showed up to bring extra boxes and jumped into help make up the time. Great team and very careful.

Great experience, especially compared to our last moving experience with another company. Team at the Fort Walton Beach, FL, office was super to work with and the guys that moved us were rock stars. This was a local move so priced by the hour. The estimate was for 4 men, 2 trucks, 7 to 10 hours. They did it with 3 guys and it took exactly 7 hours, so came in under estimate. We highly recommend Two Men and a Truck.

We had a terrible experience with this company! They were suppose to pack us on Friday and then move us on Saturday. They did pack us on Friday but then called us Saturday morning and canceled last minute so we couldn’t move. And all of our stuff is packed so we had to continue staying here with no stuff because it’s all in boxes. Also they did a poor job packing. They don’t seem like professionals. They packed the pantry and threw all the food on top of each other in a tall wardrobe box. I don’t know how we are going to get everything out of the bottom Of the box and there are glass jars that were just thrown in there. I just would not use this company if I could do it over again.

Worst experience when moving EVER! 9 hours to move 2 bedroom sets, a few larger pieces of furniture and boxes/totes. Then the amount of damage to my furniture and walls is crazy & no one at the business has even contacted me about the photos of the damage. NEVER use this company!

They arrived 10 minutes prior to the move. Von, Omar, and Christian assessed the situation, made a plan of action, and then executed the plan quickly and carefully. We were very impressed as we had a lot of tools, clothing, shoes, and more. They also helped us from move site to the destination at storage units. They were a pleasure to work with and handled everything delicately and without breaks. We would have never gotten through the move without them.

DO NOT hire the Ft Walton beach Two Men and a Truck on Eglin Pkwy. The movers were very unfriendly and unprofessional. My move was stressful, chaotic and super rushed. I have so much damage to most of my furniture. I have quite a few missing things like Scentsy warmer, treat jar for my pet, one of my stereos wont work, ladder missing. Busted totes and torn boxes. Things that were packed arrived out of totes dirty and torn. I even have wood busted off one of my speakers. Power cords and chargers wrapped around the legs of dirty porch furniture thrown in a pile in the garage. They left so much stuff including a piece of furniture I had to move back into storage and get a U Haul to finish my move. They sent a repairman to fix but there was so much damage he only could do a fraction of the repairs. Sent pics to them and 3 corporate offices, no replies! Horrible and heartbreaking move!!

Moving across the country is never easy and we hired Two Men and a Truck to unload us at our Niceville location. Keishawn and John were on time, courteous and took great care of my things, didnt ding any walls, assembled some furniture I needed help with and unloaded a very disorganized, disaster of a moving truck in short order. This was not an easy truck to unload as I did not have professional help loading it and it was a mess. They kept on plugging away, no complaints, gently calling my attention to items that had gotten broken in the cross country move. Keishawn and John earned every penny that day as I would not have wished the unloading of that nightmare of a truck on anyone. Professionalism, integrity, value. Highly recommend! We will be moving again in another year, (not across the country) and I plan on hiring Two Men and a Truck (hopefully the same 2 guys) to load us correctly this time. Thanks again guys!!

Service very good and very bad - my furniture was moved twice - into storage last yr by Two Men & A Truck and again this past wk. by same company. The latest move was fine EXCEPT the previous team had ruined several of my items, furniture not properly covered was scratched, a table top broken, collectibles shattered. I am hoping that Two Men and A Truck will make this right but I have not heard back since the damage claim. This move - except for my disappointment in the condition of my items as they were left in storage last year - was very professional. I cried about the damage and they were kind. Admit to be hesitant about filing this review - it could go up or down depending on if and when they handle the damage claim.

My friends hired two men a few weeks ago. I was there helping and was impressed with the attention to detail and how fast they got every thing into the truck! One particular guy was very nice and seemed to do most of the work, forget his name but he was medium build with glasses and I think his name was Trey or Troy. Will definitely recommend them & Trey/Troy!

Movers damaged brand new flooring by sliding their hand truck out from under boxes instead of manually unloading the boxes from the hand truck. On January 30th, 2020, Two Men and a Truck of Fort Walton Beach provided a moving service for our relocation. Prior to the move, we laid card board along some of the floors (which were brand new installed in December at a cost of about $8000). We could not put it everywhere, but we were trying our best to protect the floors. I witnessed the movers on multiple occasions unloading the hand trucks by tilting them forward and dragging them across the floor. I warned them not to do that as it would damage the floors. However, they ignored my warning and ended up scratching 2 planks of the LVT flooring. These hand trucks have absolutely no protection on the metal plate at the bottom. Because the movers were lazy and negligent, our floors were damaged. The manager, DJ, agreed to have a flooring company review the damage. The flooring company suggested a simple repair, but didnt think it would work. I knew it would not work, but agreed to let him try it anyway. Unfortunately, it did not work, and the scratch is still visible. He worked up a replacement estimate of $450. The moving company is now claiming it exceeds their limit sighting a statement on a Pre-move Confirmation letter. They are also claiming the flooring companys first attempt which charged a service call of $125 was the most they could do. We were never told that repair would be their only attempt to fix the damage. We were only told this information after it did not work and they got the real estimate of repair. It is very important to note the damage waiver seems very specific to the goods that are moved, not the residential property, as it talks about paying out at 0.60 a pound. There are other BBB claims of residential property damage that were definitely repaired. Also, if this were a rental property, they absolutely would be held liable for the damages. I see no difference to treating me differently, because Im the owner.UPDATE: A check was provided to cover the damages, but well be hard-pressed to find an installer to do the repair as most people around here do not do small jobs.

Movers were friendly and arrived early exceptional and professional service. My movers were Jason and John they moved my household items fast and cautiously I was pleased with how fast they completed the job they moved a complete two bedroom apartment in a short amount of time. Moving can be stressful but they made it a great and timely move and assisted in putting my furniture together. I will use this company again in the future they are the most affordable in the area. I will recommend this company to my fellow soldiers in the military.

I called for a quote to move a couch from Destin to St Pete, total of 460 miles. Just a couch mind you, probably about 200 pounds, maybe 7 ft long. Quote was $4000!? Really? For one piece of furniture? No thanks, Ill use my two arms and a trailer from U Haul for $150.

Had a terrible experience from start to finish with Two Men and a Truck FWB crew. From the team engaging in an actual FIGHT in front of my home, family & neighbors which led to everyone on edge to the massive hole in the roof of the moving truck to the “missing” payment and the time of arrival discrepancies...made an already stressful move in to a massive headache! This experience was a total nightmare! Hire @ your own risk!

I have used this company 3 times and each time these men were very professional and were enjoyable. I recommend them highly!!! About to refer a family to use them.

Movers were friendly and worked hard, but they damaged the wall of the apartment we moved into (which well have to fix) and they damaged our brand new (approx one month) mattress. The mattress now has a number of stains that are not cleaning off and a scratch down the side. This is an expensive memory foam mattress and this damage is not reparable, nor is my confidence in the company. They also apparently tossed our pillows in the same dirt pile as they are also filthy but will hopefully wash. In light of this were now having to go through all of our packed boxes that were marked fragile to make sure there was no other items were damaged even though wed hoped to leave them packed for the year we intend to stay here.I am very angry at this and advise against them unless they make this right (well see). I now fully regret the tip I gave them as well as hiring them at all.Update: not only did they not make it right, someone in their office stole my CC# and tried to make a $500 charge in Orlando. When I paid for the move my card number and DL# were hand written on the invoice, so anyone in their office could have done it. I filed a police report but after getting the run-around for weeks I finally gave up. I will never give this company another penny and I strongly suggest you also avoid them.Terrible customer service, terrible reimbursement policy in the event of damage, untrustworthy office personnel, and lack of accountability.

Our experience with the company surpassed my expectations. When originally scheduling this move I was worried about the amount of time it would take to get things done. To my surprise they worked extremely quickly and were more than eager to help us with our move. We werent even sure if we would be able to fit all of our belongings into our storage unit but sure enough they fit every single thing and even left space! Our movers were Josh, Trystea, and Donell. Their long drive from Fort Walton all the way to Panama City was done in a timely manner and with excellent customer service. Will we be more than happy to use this company for all future moves.

Trenton Wise and Matthew Riley helped me out yesterday morning (4/22/17) with a big move from 2 different places into a new place in Destin for me and my girlfriend. They were extremely professional and efficient, making our experience highly satisfactory. Well definitely recommend Two Men and a Truck to all of our friends, as they exceeded our expectations!

I have used Two Men and A Truck in Ft. Walton Beach twice and both times my furniture has been damaged. The movers failed to wrap my furniture then tried to say I asked them to remove drawers, absolute lie. I simply asked for the item not to be turned on the side. The Manager DJ said they would not be paying for damages, and also lied and put words in my mouth. I would recommend using anyone but Two Men and a Truck in the Destin area. The worst movers ever! I would encourage you to use another company like Professional Moving Services or anyone but 2 Men and a Truck.

Anyone moving in the near future, please do not use Two Men and a Truck!!! My husband, Garett, and I used them a few years ago for our move and had a great experience, so needless to say after buying our house we decided to use them again! Garett and I tried to stay out of their way and let them work, that was probably a huge mistake! First off, I was at the new house working while Garett was at our old house with the movers. I stayed in contact with him throughout the day to check on progress. About 2 1/2 hours into the morning Garett said the movers were heading here. Garett left our old house after the movers and got here 30 minutes before them! We were never informed they would be stopping for lunch. I did not know they had stopped for lunch on their way to Crestview, so I offered to go get them and my husband lunch. One guy only wanted gummy bears. So, I went to Zaxby’s then to a gas station and headed back to give them all food. I assisted my husband in unloading his truck with boxes and various items. As I was carrying our printer upstairs to the office, the movers were carrying up our washer. I hear one guy say oh, s*** and they both start giggling. One guy asked the other guy, did you just do that? The other guy responded, yeah I think so. I immediately look for damaged walls, nothing YET. After the movers finish up one of the guys tells Garett the total. Garett pulls out his phone to figure in a tip. As Garett is figuring in a tip, he notices that the tip portion says zero. The guy asks my husband what is he trying to calculate and my husband tells him a tip. The guy tells my husband, oh I put 0 in the tip line. Garett asks the guy if people generally do not tip them and the guys response is they tip in cash. He goes into a big ordeal about the fact they do not receive tips when they are done in credit card form as opposed to cash, he said that if a customer tips $20 then they only receive $10. He then asks if we have cash instead. So, my husband asks me to run to an ATM to get a cash tip for the guys out of curtesy. I end up spending 40 minutes of my day going to 3 separate ATMS looking for a working one to pull out cash. The credit card tip was originally going to be $100, but since we had to do cash my husband said to get $80 since it is easier to split in half. I get back to the house and the movers are sitting on our front porch, finished moving and waiting on their tip. As I hand the tip to one guy, he begins counting it in front of me! It is not until they are gone and my husband and I go to start organizing everything that I see damage to multiple items including walls. I am also missing my vanity stool. Garett calls the mover and is told he will call us back Monday morning about my missing stool (when he can check his truck). We never hear from him, so my husband calls the company and speaks to Stephenie. She is apologetic and ask him to send a picture of the vanity stool that is missing. I decided later that I would email her pictures of the damaged walls and furniture. We are both told by her that the manager, DJ, will be contacting us that day. This was yesterday and we still have not received a call from him! We paid $652 plus an $80 cash tip for professional movers. Two Men and a Truck’s motto is movers who care! My husband and I have brand new furniture or less than 2 years old, we also take care of our stuff. I am not saying anyone else’s stuff is less important but the fact that we had flawless furniture prior to them moving us and the guys did not have the integrity to tell us they damaged anything! We are very understanding people and get that accidents happen, but this is unacceptable. Just look at the pictures of our walls (they even propped an adjustable bed base up on the wall where the metal mattress rail was hitting the wall), our stairwell has multiple areas of damage, my makeup vanity leg is scuffed and missing the stool, our bookcase is massively scratched, our new washer is scratched all over one side, two living chairs....

Too expensive for what I needed

They are the worst company that I have ever used. Would not recommend them to anyone. Dont waste your money. Learned my lesson.

Rates are way to expensive. $135 an hour 3 hour minimum. No military discount even though the military contracts out to them and gives them business. I’m moving a house and they could have got my money but not now. Rude customer service too. Other movers are doing it for less and just as good of a job but I was trying to be a loyal customer since they moved me when I got stationed here 4 years ago. Smh

We had Two Men & A Truck move us from Shalimar, to Milton, and they were great, very professional, and took great care of our items. Josh & Tresten, were very friendly and wonderful employees, would highly reccomend this company

The movers were nice, and moved quickly. However, I did not like the fact that they damaged a piece of furniture but didnt tell me until the next day. This is furniture that Ive had for less than two years. Wood is chipped on both sides of the one of my dressers and a foot piece that screws in came off. The holes are stripped. When I removed the drawers a piece of wood that separates the drawers was cracked. The bedroom was bought from Havertys, so that alone should tell you why I am pissed every time I look at the dresser.

First they already had a price wrote down so if you use them ask to see the paperwork and youll see they try to push for a bigger ticket scam artists and during the move my leather sectional got a large hole in it due to packing the wrong things against it. Next reporting this to the branch will just get you pushed arou d nothing will come of it. I signed a damage report and they this guy cant find it. So guessing every person that says something was damaged is a liar. Third they will never get back to you and will always blame someone else just so you give up and they win. I know why they dont want to repair this the 750 dollars it cost to move my stuff will be cut in half because of the repairs needed to my couch. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THIS IS A WARNING OTHERS HAVE POSTED MESSAGES ALSO.
