This is a lovely space for meetings, events, bridal showers or baby showers. I have attended several events at this location. I am always impressed.

Nice set up. Very clean. Parking is limited though. Good for small gatherings with less than 50 people.

Lashona the owner did an amazing job for my daughters sweet 16 last month. We held a small party and safety concerns from the beginning were discussed during our meeting and throughout. Lashonas eye for detail, bringing you have in mind to create a beautiful event. Blending everything together along with my decorations. The night was amazing. She has everything you need for your special event.

Worst service ever. Sadly to report she uses her deceased husband as a prop to garner business and neglects to fulfill her end. She stole $2k of our hard earned money. Id rather have a party in a shed filled with blind clowns and chainsaws than have to deal with her. Beware stay far away.

Ok, where do I begin? I was in search of a venue for my retirement party and I ran across The Event Room. I scheduled a consultation with the owner LaShana, and from the moment I entered the door, I was amazed...(I dont impress easily but she did that!) She was so warm and welcoming and the place smelled absolutely Heavenly. I knew at that moment this was the perfect location for my party. Fast forward a few months down the line, I had to postpone twice due to Covid and LaShana was very accommodating and understanding each time. I finally had my party and it was a huge success. LaShana and her team definitely came through and helped it to be a night I will never forget. Thanks LaShana for everything! I might be having my divorce party there too😊!

STUNNING venue on the emerald coast! The owner is absolutely AMAZING. She has such a beautiful heart and goes above and beyond to make sure your day is everything you’ve ever dreamed of and more. LaShana is amazing!

The owner is wonderful she worked with us and everything the event room did the celebration of life for my sisters passing and she was more than accommodating and helped us very much wonderful place I would recommend it to anyone that is looking to rent a space for any event and she also has a personal caterer to and the food was wonderful

The Event Room is the premier event location for the Ft Walton area. The management is second to none and the facility has everything you need for a corporate gather, birthday party, or wedding. I had a corporate gathering for about 75 real estate related individuals from two counties and everyone raved about the facility and the service. I highly recommend the Event Room for your next gathering rather it is large or intimate.

What a really nice place to have an event. The owner was very friendly and had everything there for our daughter-in-laws baby shower. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Nothing special nice location small space good for 40-50 people. The decorations were nice. Everything needed was there at the location.

This is a wonderful venue for a mid sized crowd - up to about 150. The facility is well decorated, extremely clean and well organized, and is conveniently located. Owner Lashanna is the consummate professional.

Nice place. I do a lot of Airport shuttle(All Beach Taxi) runs to and from here and visitors have good things to say about it.

The event room is the Premier place to have all your private events functions and just a place to come up with a nice atmosphere when you can kick back and enjoy a nice setting the owner is very friendly she caters to the military and also has monthly events where you can go and have a great time

The place is absolutely beautiful and would of loved to have had my wedding there but unfortunately the owner has no heart. Long story short my family and I (including my 2 year old son) became homeless when the house we were renting got forclosed on at the same time our lease was up. We had 24 hours to move out (on my sons birthday). After 2 months of having no luck with help getting a roof over my sons head I asked lashana (the owner) for my deposit so I can get a house for my baby. She refused stating it was inconvenient for her. Its not that I didnt want it there its that I needed a home for my child. So needless to say she has ripped me off $2,300. I wish I would of been more careful with choosing where to have my wedding but as a new bride I was full of excitement and didnt pay attention. I would just hate to see it happen to someone else.
