My washer broke recently; while waiting for the new one to materialize, I had to make 2 or 3 trips to the laundromat (historically, not one of my favorite places to be). I found this one, just a few blocks from my house, and decided to take a chance. What a nice little place! The very friendly lady has the place decorated with personal touches, and the machines appear to be very well-maintained. Highly recommend!

Chong was wonderful to have providing laundry service for the two condos we owned at Fort Walton Beach. She is the absolute best at getting stains out! Rates are competitive in a tough industry in the service area. If you want someone who is honest and communicates their concerns to you, Laundry Land is the place for you!

I wanted to get my king size comforter cleaned, but we were running out of time and I saw great reviews for Laundry Land, so we stopped there and I talked to the owner and was able to drop off the comforter and pick it up 2 1/2 hours later!!! I was thrilled... AND when I opened up the package, my comforter was clean as a whistle and smelled wonderful from the laundry and dryer... thank you so much, I am so happy to have Nice people and clean place to go!!

BREATH of Fresh and Trustworthy Air, I experienced amazing, customized service far beyond what any other service would do for my Condo/Home Rental Business in Destin/FWB.My standards are very high and Laundry Lands standards met or exceeded them as they were always ready Before I requested; separated by property, folded and in covered containers making the job for the cleaning services easier than any other mgmt firm they worked for. Previous services we used before we found Laundry Land returned stained, torn and hair covered linens.If you have 1 or more properties for personal or rental use, I highly recommend you hire the BEST there is.Unlike most things, you will NOT pay more for the BEST linen service available! Do yourself a favor and make at least this part of your Property Management a breeze.

Mrs Chong is so nice and kind to me. I am here in town working due to Hurricane sally and I have a lot workers with me which makes for a lot of laundry. We bring our clothes to her daily as she offers a wash and fold service. Everything is always finished in just a few hours and she always sends a text letting us know when we may pick up. This is the best service I have had in years and will come back every time i am in town

Figured it was time to wash some comforters but took a bit to find a place that had the right size of machines. This place not only had the machines to accommodate but also excellent service. Chong greeted me as well as showed me the ropes (havent used one of these in a while). Definitely will come back if ever needed.

Awesome one-woman show! Chong has a great two hour turnaround drop off service and everything comes back perfectly folded. She’s gotten stains out that I thought would never come out! A real miracle worker

I was vacationing in Destin and was in need of a quick turn with my sons and my laundry. I saw the 2 hour turnaround and drove the 15 min to see Chong after reading the reviews. I was going fishing at the Okaloosa County Pier so the timing couldn’t have been more perfect. Chong was pretty busy that Friday morning, but still was able to get my laundry done in an hour and 30 minutes. I dropped off 15 pounds and she had it folded and put in bags. Couldn’t be more happy. If you need your laundry done fast, she is worth the drive!!!! Thank you Chong!

Stay away!!!! Chinese lady stinks an she doesnt clean. An if you have quarters left from exchanging cash she will block you from getting in your car until you sell them back to her. Crazy!!!

I had a huge off white shag rug and I took it to Laundry Land. The lady immediately helped me. She even put my quarters in because of my arthritis. She was so sweet and helpful. I really recommend this place. Very happy to get it clean once again.

This place is awesome! Used it multiple times while down in the Fort Walton Beach area on business. They have coin operated machines or wash and fold service. I used the wash and fold service... reasonable price and quick...less than 2 hours and the owner texts you when they are done. Thanks!

Very fast turnaround! I came in needing a good bit of laundry cleaned same day and with only two hours to closing they took care of me and got everything washed and folded. Good price, nice people and amazing service.

25 cents per 5 minutes for the dryers. $8 for the 3 load washer, no coin machine, & you get charged 50 cents for using debit card with out being told! Worse laundromat I’ve Ever experienced. This lady is ROBBING people blind! I will NEVER come here again.

On vacation, went in with 3-4 loads of laundry. I went in to wash my own, but the owner offers a drop off service. Went back and my clothes was sorted and folded. She even had 2 pieces pressed and on hangers. Great service, great price! Will be back!

This place is perfect for the out of town business person. I dropped off my laundry in the morning and received a text an hour later telling it was ready. Ive used them for the past 3 or 4 weeks and I come home on weekends. This made it so much easier for me. Now I leave my luggage with the hotel and I can walk on and off my plans with nothing but my laptop. The best thing about this place was Chong. She could not have been nicer. She is one woman dynamo. The service is always great, she always has a smile, and the quality is just as good as the service.

Very nice! Went with my baby and she helped me unload the car and even helped with loading after. She was pleasant and kept the facility tidy! Yes its pricey but the quality is worth it!

I came right at closing time and Chung stayed open for me to wash 6 large loads of laundry, she also helped me load them all, I left to start dinner & when I came back she had got the dryers ready for me helped me load them of which she did most of the work, after I left to finish dinner & after arriving again she had already started helping with folding my laundry! Excellent customer service she did not complain not once or treat me as a inconvenience to her (even though I was) I highly recommend this business for washing your clothes very helpful & friendly!

The owner Chong is pleasant and hard working. The laundromat was clean and stocked with lots of newer machines. A+++ service and great pricing. Highly recommend!

My normal spot on James Lee was crowded so tried this place. Wont be back. Owner asked me if my washers were overloaded (?) I said no- but she had to go look in for herself ( they werent). More expensive than the other place. Towels in the dryer for 30 minutes, still as wet as when they went in, owner tells me dryer is working fine, needs more time ( and $). Same towels always dry in 30 minutes or less at the other place. Another 20 minutes, still damp.Maybe the wash and fold service is better? She seemed to be working hard but the self service experience was not great. No A/C in there, it was miserably hot, had to go sit in my car to wait.

Mrs. Chong is nice and very helpful! Laundry Land is clean. I usually walk in and do my own laundry, but I have dropped off as well. Prices are great!

We have a condo on the beach and Laundry Land has been doing our sheets and towels. Great prices $1.29 lb. drop them off and pick them up next day.

I love this place. Chong is THE most helpful & kindest lady I have ever met. Many people drop off laundry but I stay to do mine. I thought that I knew how to do laundry but Chong helps out & my clothes smell amazing. Its nice to get comments about how good our clothes smell. Why go to a laundry mat that just wants your money? I come to laundry land every Sunday I go as soon as she opens, the place is clean, and mrs. Chong is friendly, and very helpful, she helps her customers, and guides them on what options to use for there money, been to other laundry mats in town there not so customer friendly like this, as far as price it’s competitive with everyone else, her drop off customers get there laundry in 2 hours or less Very much impressed ....

Went to Laundry Land after Hurricane Michael. Called to see if they were busy, since Destin was packed, Chong assured me that we could do our laundry immediately. Chong then sent me a text with the address. When we got there she greated me withA hug and saw how much we had and suggested the appropriate size washers. She was very sweet and helpful, when we were leaving she gave me a note wishing us all the best. The only negative I could say is I wish they had air conditioning .

Came in 30 minutes before closing. Not only did Mrs. Chong let me wash 2 Loads but she gave me a dollar back on a wash, let me dry and she help me fold my clothes. I dont know if I should say thank you chong or thank you mom!! LOL. Plus, she is a kick ass saleswomen.Tony

Terrible service worker was rude and unprofessional. Also dryers did not work effectively but robbed you of more money. And if possible would grade with no stars then definitely would do it.

I had a wonderful experience I came in with a lot of clothes I mean a lot and Chong was kind and helpful it would have taken a week of nonstop washing for me to get it done Chong knocked it out in a couple of hours. She was so sweet and helpful and efficient. I will now and always go to laundry land the price was also awesome totally worth it!!! Thanks Chong for being so awesome!

Chong, Laundry Lands owner, is amazing. We had vacation laundry for five and after I started my clothes washing, Chong finished for me...drying the clothes, folding, sorting and wrapping them, and even ironed my husbands shirts, leaving us free to have lunch and tour the area. The amount she charged me was too little to be acceptable and I had to force her to accept more! Wish I had a Chong back home!

Best decision weve ever made. You can either wash and dry your own items or have them done. Its was approximately $1.00 per pound to have our items washed, dried, fold and no wrinkles. Ive never indulged - allowing anyone do my laundry, but Chong was so nice and positive, we gave it a try. Chong texted me when the laundry was done and it freeded up two hours of our time to get other errands done. Great place, highly recommend them for self serve laundry needs or paying to have your laundry done.

Chong is awesome always super helpful and the facility is very clean for her regular customers she goes above and beyond. I go to LaundryLand even though theres laundry mats closer to where I live.
