Out of business. What a joke. Drive by their location and it is becoming a glass shop. Left a message for a call back and it never happened. The key employees have opened a new shop. This company is out of business. Maybe some of the owners will try again somewhere else but this business is toast. FYI. I just wanted my car detailed. I dont need all this. Everything in my review is true and accurate.

Couldnt be any happier with both customer service and the final results. I dropped off Black Betty for a makeover. She wasnt in rough shape being a 2020 Dodge Challenger, but after Austin and the team got got their hands on it, Im amazed. I wanted the Liquid Armor ceramic coating inside and outside because its a daily driver. I also went with the PPF for peace of mind driving 100 miles a day. I wasnt expecting the results to be like night and day. Heck, I thought she looked good already. This family owned business is one i will refer friends too as well as taking my vehicles in the future. When you love what you do, as this team does, its a win win. Its not like a JOB for your team, and the customer gets the best of their passion and skills. Thanks again, I cant find a bad view of her, and find myself doing double takes.

Platinum Detail and Shine did a treat job on a full detail with my 2015 F-150. Pictures do not do it justice! I spent an extra $75 for a ceramic coat and did not regret it! Out the door I was charged $325 (military discount)! You cannot beat this deal especially military.

This company is PHENOMENAL! I 100% will send family, friends, or anyone that wants a job done right with attention to detail here! Coming from me personally I do not say that about many businesses. Iv take all my vehicles to this family run business. Ive done Interior ceramic on the TRD 4runner, ceramic vinyl top on hood on the challenger, interior and exterior details, even did 1yr ceramic on the trucks. This team has taken the time to break down what is going to be done and why it needs to be done to help prolong my vehicle paint life. They have never pushed a sale on me or anyone I send them. They inform and leave it in your court. Not only do my vehicle look drop dead glamorous when I pick the up but they stay looking glamorous.

I went to Platinum Detail & Shine for an install for my lift kit, wheels and tires, as well as getting Liquid Armor ceramic protection. Very happy with the result. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

I spoke with Tom and discuss the awful smoke sell in my recent used car purchase. We discuss the procedure and I made the appointment, I dropped off the car for smoke removal service and waited outside. I watched the representative spray a small portion of the can product and let the car run for 2 hours. The service conducted was not the conversation we had and I was asked how much we discussed and I informed him the price and he changed the cost of what I owe because he deemed it was not necessary to do the main smoke removal method and wanted to try this method first and told me if it did not work, come back. Well, of course a scent can is not going to work, since I did that already myself, and no one wipe the dashboard or windows from the spray debris. I informed Tom that it did not work and that was not what we discuss. I would not recommend this shop for smoke smell removal.

I recently got my car detailed at Platinum Detail and Shine and I couldnt be happier with the results. I originally heard about these folks from a coworker and, after looking them up, was a little hesitant at first, considering all the photos I saw were of corvettes, lambos, BMWs, etc. I, as you can see, have a Kia. Well despite this the people at Platinum Detail and Shine gave the same care and attention to my ride as they would to the 6-figure type vehicles. The 5-year ceramic work AND replacement wheels I got look great and I am very happy with the finished product. As for the staff, you can tell how much Tom, Rob Austin and Sarah pride they take in their work. It was a pleasure to do business with them and look forward to returning again soon since, per a ceramic warranty (yes, the work is all warrantied), they request customers return to make sure the finished product is holding up and will take measures to correct whatever imperfections may have been overlooked. Which, from so far as my OCD-driven eyes have been able to gauge, I have yet to find any. Thank you again to the Platinum Detail & Shine family for their hard work.

WOW! Absolutely exceptional work. First, and very important, these guys clearly LOVE what they are doing so I felt very comfortable leaving my 2 month old BMW X3 with them for the day. Second, the completeness and quality of their work was stunning. Honestly it looks better than when I picked it up from the dealership with 25 miles on it! Phenomenal work. Third, the quality you get at their price point is very reasonable and very worth it. I will DEFINITELY be back, and if you love your car and want to keep it looking great take it here!

Amazing how good they can make your car look. I heard a lot about them from friends in the car club I belong to so I thought I would check them out. I brought my work car to them, a 2009 Malibu with 103k miles, and had them do their tier 2 detail to it. They finished the car in 1 day (as promised) and it looked amazing. They even cleaned the engine compartment. I had NEVER cleaned the engine compartment on the car and it was in really bad shape. The car looked brand new both inside & out. It looked so good, and they took such great care of my car that I took my second born to them (a 2005 GTO w/ 32k miles) for paint correction and the 5 year ceramic coating. The car had been cross county (Atlantic to Pacific & back) and from North to South of the USA. It had some road rash and never really had a great paint job from the factory. It took them a few weeks, mainly due to the wet spell we had, but the car looked BETTER than New! Also no joy rides were evident with the car, which is one of my biggest concerns when you take a muscle car and leave it at a shop for days. These folks are well worth the $ and time to bring your car to for REAL Detailing...Like nothing I have experienced from any other place.A quick update. I was so impressed with the GTO, which BTW looks incredible and water dirt simply fall off of it, that I took our newly purchase, used RV there. It came out AMAZING! They got all the old, yellowed protective film off of it, buffed the hood, put new protective film on some of the forward facing areas, ceramic coated the whole front end of the cabin and all the chassis and detailed the entire exterior for a very reasonable price...It looks like brand new now!

These guys hooked me up! I needed a short notice ceramic topcoat to protect the exterior of my car for some racing. They got me in next day for a low price! Definitely gonna go all out and get their liquid 9H ceramic coating once I get my tax return.

Austin and his children own and operate Platinum detail, they do one thing thats very scarse today--- they really care about what they do and how well they do it. Platinum Detail and Shine is the only Detail service that I allow to touch my cars.

These people are amazing. I took Lucy, my cars name, in Wednesday for a much needed interior cleaning and she feels like a new car. Idk how but they were able to get years of dirt out of my carpet seats. I will definitely keep them in mind for all my future car work.

We brought our truck in to be detailed before we sold it; it was everything we hoped for. They made my truck look brand new and were super friendly, super nice, and easy to talk to. They did a full bumper to bumper job. Worth the price and worth going to!

My husband called Platinum to inquire about services for his 2020 Tundra. The owner answered and right away my husband was blown away by his awesome personality! He was such a nice guy and didn’t mind spending the time to answer every question my husband had. Good customer service is HUGE for us and my husband was sold on 1st convo. My husband decided on the 5yr package for his truck. Such an easy process for us...drop off on Monday and picked up the truck on Thursday afternoon. We were told it would take an entire week but getting it a day early was a bonus for us as we would be driving to TX just a couple days later. Upon pick up we saw the truck in their lot and it looked AMAZING and worth every cent!! Not only was it awesome on the outside, they took the time to ensure it was spotless on the inside as well. My husband has not stopped looking at it since!! His truck and tires literally look “wet” all the time! It has a mirror shine that is unbelievable. The entire team did an amazing job and we could not be happier! The owner took the time to explain the process and how to care for the truck after in DETAIL and we truly appreciated that since we knew very little about the process. The customer service, attention to detail, and the job itself was EXCELLENT!! Please go see Platinum and his team...you will NOT be disappointed! I visited location to inquire about detail services. We agreed upon a price and service. However they wanted a few hours to call me back to schedule an appointment. Its been a week and no phone call. How does a business based off of detail, not pay enough attention to detail to call an set an appointment.Thanks for the generic half hearted response. Why not finally call me to make the appointment versus coming on here to make excuses of why you cant set appointments

These guys are WONDERFUL. Brought my CX5 twice while my husband was deployed. I have two little kids that can really trash my car but every time I picked my car up it looked BRAND NEW, like the day I bought it from the dealership. Platinum Detail is simply the “Best” at what they do. My husband & me are the proud owners of a 2019 ceramic matrix gray metallic C7 GrandSport Corvette, named Trixi. Austin & his team at Platinum took our baby to the next level. We had the lifetime ceramic coating applied, and scotch guard carpet protection applied, requiring us to leave our baby 11 days, Austin sent us daily videos & updates about the process, it really helped alleviate our stress level. We were able to stop by anytime and see the progress. I can’t say enough about the attention to detail these folks put into the entire process, especially customer service. Well worth the $$

Boat: 22.5 ft. 20 years old lots of oxidation.They overpromised, underdelivered. Estimated time to complete project: 3 days. Actual time: 2 weeks. They required full balance paid up front but I refused and against my better judgement paid 1/2 with remaonong balance to be paid upon compleltion. No contact initiated from the company throughout the 2 weeks except for the day I was notified to pick it up. Upon completion, I was very unsatisfied with the results for the cost incurred $500.00 and most importantly the utter disasterous customer service and professionalism. I was pomised a good washing inside and out, wax the outside with emphasis on the sides. Basically got a good washing for this price, supposedly 2 coats of wax down each side minus the gunnel cap, stern, and bow, however no oxidation removal was incorporated so even if true, provided no change in appearance, loss of use of my boat for 2 weeks, and verbal abuse from a rude young man who was later idd as the business owner by his father who apparently is the manager as he was always the only one I dealt wth peviously when I initiated status checks via 4 phone calls and 2 times in person. Upon arrival to pick up the boat, the business owner rather than his dad gave me the boat which did not meet my expectations. When this was conveyed, he instantly lost his temper, became very rude, stormed off and said he was going to bring his dad out. In attempt to discuss things with dad, he too became rude in short order. Several f bombs later and no offer to negotiate a solution other than upcharging to over $1k to do more work, I begrugingly paid the balance in full to mitigate possible legal and finacial frustrations from these guys. If you own a boat, stay away, very very far away. They have no clue what they are doing. You can have your boat washed for about half the price in less than half the time and less than half the attitude and frustration. I have recommended to everyone I know to not bring their boats anywhere near this place. Even if their other services they provide are indeed of Platunum status, their lack of professionalism and complete lack of customer service will entirely negate the potential benefit of utilizing this business.

These guys take the time to learn what you really want. They know about cars and how to take proper care of your paint. They also touched up my paint that someone else tried before but used the wrong color. They found the right color and made my truck look amazing

I would like to give them a zero but there isnt a space for that, this company is a scam, they promise you they can fix all scratches and your vehicle will look brand new with their new ceramic coating. They promise you anything to get you in the door but then you get screwed/ DONT take your vehicle to this place for detail, ceramic coating or anything. They are a rip off.

Im every happy with the results on F450 2011 .Everything was very simple they show what they could do to the truck and we agreed to a price . They told me the work would take up to a week they finish in time like they promise. They stay in touch through a text massages and they when extra mile every area to make me happy some stuff is out there control u have to be understand. Some reviews i read did not understood, first u have to understand the process of the work u want a new paint job u r on the wrong place is simple dont forget how ur paint used to look like . I highly recommend the ceramic coating is worth every DOLLAR . Now i like to say THANK YOU to the TEAM for the HARD WORK . I will b back soon

I brought my vehicle to another detailing company and wasnt happy with the end result so i took it to these guys and they got it right. I went with their full detail package and surprisingly they were able to remove the stains that the other guy couldnt. Awesome team, they really know what their doing and you could tell their really passionate about their work. Would recommend to anyone!!

Owner of a 17 Holden SSV VF Commodore/Chevy SS.This family business took care of me and my car, communicated throughout the process and returned the vehicle ahead of schedule. The work on my car was beautiful and I couldnt be happier with the job and experience. From dings to touch ups to the amazing lifetime ceramic coating, these gentlemen made it happen. Dont buy a black car but if you do, see them immediately. Check their Facebook and the lineup of cars they perform maintenance on is spot on with the performance of their products and skill. Will be returning with all vehicles for power or ceramic.

The son quoted me prices that were fair, but then the dad was there after completion and told me my bill was $100 more than what the son quoted. I chose these guys because I was looking for a professional detail job as I was looking to sell my vehicle, but when I arrived to pick up my car there were 3 teenagers doing all the work. Not sure if they were just overloaded and had too many cars to do or what, but what I wanted for the $250 that I spent was a professional detail job not a bunch of teenagers of which I could have got down the road for $50...literally

We agreed to a drop off day of 28MAY2019 to do my truck in a week. A week later(04JUL2019), they had done nothing, so I took my vehicle back and asked for a refund. They agreed to the refund that day. They have since been refusing to refund my money saying they had done work. Get everything in writing from these guys if you choose to go through with them. Im out $700 currently and am still trying to get funds back as of this posting.

I was on vacation for a few days, bought a truck on the way down. Called and spoke to Tom he said bring it in, he looked gave an estimate completed job truck looked great, took my other suv in as well while I was down did great job.

This company is amazing Im a pipeliner by trade and my trucks stay in the mud, snow ect I brought in my 2001 f 150 that had spent ruffly 8 months on the row and was completely covered in mud and winter slush probably a inch of mud in the floor board . This truck looked better than it did when she rolled off the show room floor .
