Amazing place to rent a pontoon for the day! As a boat owner who was super sad to not have their boat while in Destin, Jennie Lou’s provided quite the experience!Jennie Lou’s had the best prices in town for a full day. We spoke to other people at Crab Island who rented from other places and they paid more for a half day than we did for a full day.Rob did an amazing job orienting me to their boat and tailored based on experience. He made sure I knew of all the best places to check out. He was available by phone during the duration of the rental in the event anything went awry (which it didn’t).I had the best time with this rental and highly recommend to anyone who wants to get away from land for the day! 😊

The parking attendance and Barry, who signed us up and gave introductions, were tremendous. They were very courteous and good at their jobs. Our pink pontoon was clean, spotless and ran well. Our experience couldn’t have been better. We highly recommend Jennie Lou’s.

We love Jennie Lous! I saw a price online that looked too good to be true through a third party, so I called and Jen confirmed and booked that price for me directly! Jen and Jason were super friendly and helpful. We had a great time on the nice clean boat! The only downside is that we went out on a day when they were really busy, so it ate into quite a bit of our time to get someone to load us on the boat and get us out into the water. I would advise getting there early to get to the front of that line. We cant wait to return -- maybe when the water is a little warmer to spend more time in it!

The staff and service was impeccable and really kicked off our experience in a positive way. We were given sufficient information and had easy contact with the staff members. Even though it had been quite some time since my husband and I operated a boat, they were patient and respectful. It was a beautiful day on a beautiful boat with some unforgettable memories of my children giggling as the wind blew their hair everywhere. The icing on the cake was that my children could not stop talking about how much fun they had and my family all agreed we can not wait to do this again. I will be reliving this moment for a very long time.

We had searched for something to do while on Spring Break and ran across Jeannie Lous through a third party. We couldnt believe the price so we called and spoke with Kelly. She was wonderful. The experience was great. We had never taken a boat out but it was explained and made very easy. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to all our family and friends.

Great day at Crab Island. Boat was new, clean and ran great! Had blue tooth stereo, built in ice chest and a ladder to assist in getting back on the boat. Owners were easy to deal with and made accommodations for us on pick up times and drop off.Highly recommended!

Very professional and friendly. My family had a quick vacation planned to Destin. Unfortunately the day we booked the boat, there was a 90% chance of rain. A rep from Jennie Lou’s texted us to reschedule the next day same time. The boat was clean, they have us clear and precise instructions on how to get to our destination. They helped carry our belongings off the boat and even all the way to our car. Seriously can’t wait to book with them again when it’s a little hotter!

Great time, easy to book online. Filling out paperwork was a breeze & we were out in the bay in no time. The rep talked us through the basics of the pontoon & told us where to meet him 4 hours later. Gave us directions and a few ideas of what to go do. He even was happy to take a group picture for us! The pontoon was in great shape & we listened to the radio & cruised through the bay to Crab Island. 4 hours went fast & we had a wonderful time. Great customer service & friendly staff. Would absolutely book with them again!

I wanted to take the family out to Crab Island while we were vacationing in the area so we called Jennie Lous. We got lucky and were able to get a spot the next day. The staff was great and Mike really took care of us. The family had an awesome time on the boat, and we definitely plan on renting one for the whole day next time. My girlfriend and I rented a pontoon for my birthday in July. Jennie Lous was excellent to deal with. We looked extensively online and found Jennie Lous to have the best price for an 8 hour rental. When we arrived, Jennie Lou and Mike were very pleasant and welcoming. Completing the paperwork was very easy. Mike gave us one of their newer boats and also gave us all the basic instruction we needed. We spent the day at Crab Island and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. When we came back, Mike was waiting to greet us. We cant say enough good things about our experience with Jennie Lous. Definitely a family run company with customer service as their top priority. True southern hospitality. We will rent from them again when we go back to Santa Rosa Beach next year!

Awesome experience with Jennie Lou’s! Easy, fast check in and out. We had a reserved time of 8:00-4:00. We were running a little late so my wife called to let them know. They accommodated us saying our time would start when we left, without hesitation or without us even asking them to. So we ended up leaving about 8:45 or so. We had a great time at crab island, great time in the harbor and great time on the boat. That afternoon i got a text from the awesome staff saying we could stay out til 5:30. Great experience. Will definitely be back next time we are in town!

Rented with this company today and it was such an amazing experience. They were so welcoming and kind. It was our first time on a pontoon and they made us feel comfortable and confident enough to handle everything. The boat was very clean and modern and they were very helpful in giving directions when we couldn’t find our way to crab island. Brought the family to crab island over the weekend and asked around for the best place to rent a pontoon boat to go to crab island and kept hearing Jenni Lou’s from everyone so decided to give them a try and we are glad we did we were running late for our scheduled rental and they said no problem and even let us keep the pontoon for the full amount of time we paid for. They boat was clean and nice a lot better then expected for a rental boat. The owners were nice and helpful very down to earth . Their son Kyle Kyle went through all the rules and walked us through checking the boat and everything we needed to know.. they even gave us a military discount. We’ve already made reservations for our vacation next summer to have a boat booked. Was able to get a last minute rental for Memorial Day weekend and had the best price around! Even as a local their prices are hard to beat compared to other rental companies in the area. We had a small hiccup with a discount but was fixed in under a minute which speaks to their customer service. The service was awesome from the time we checked in, they helped carry stuff to the boat, helped us carry stuff off the boat once we came back to the dock and even after we got off they were friendly and courteous! Definitely will rent from them again!

We got to Jennie lous at 9:15, supposed to be there at 9:00. No one was there. As I was getting ready to call she starts walking our way on the phone and whispers me to hold on. She was very rude. You’d think we are scheduled for 9 they’d have everything ready for us as soon as we get there. Well no, we didn’t leave the dock til 9:40! So we return the boat at the time we were told and my husband gets a text 3 hours later saying “you need to call me right away you have my boat” They are unprofessional and all over the place! We won’t be using them again nor would recommend them to anyone.

We rented a pontoon for 8 hours from Jennie Lous Water Sports in Fort Walton Beach.They were friendly and did a great job making sure we had everything we needed including carrying our belongings from our vehicle to the boat. Excellent communication and the process from parking to the boat took us only 10 minutes. Great people, highly recommend renting from them and we are looking forward to our next trip.

The family that runs this business are so kind and helpful. Very eager to help get set up on the boat and brings a wagon to your car to carry all your items to the boat. They do the same as you return the boat. No stress or hard work on us, just a relaxing boating experience.

Jennie Lou’s treated me great when I rented from them there boats are always clean I’ve rented 3 times and I’ve never seen any trash on them. Every time I’ve rented I’ve always felt that my service to them was really important.
