Very easy and pleasant experience, I scheduled my appointment online and even though it was 3-hour glucose tolerance test, my visit was smooth and comfortable. Everyone I met at this location is professional and doing their absolutely best to get you in and out quickly.I’m highly recommend online appointments as well as mobile check ins.

The guys that work there are awesome! In and out in less than 15. Made my daughter feel very comfortable. She wasn’t scared at all.

My appointment was at 9:45, I arrived early and was in/out by 9:34. Quickest visit to any lab Corp or Quest lab. Technician was nice, quick and to the point.

Excellent customer service and ability technician. I am a difficult stick and she was quick and professional. Thank you for a great experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Unfortunately, Tricare has labcorp as the lab of choice so I am forced to send my patients here. They refuse to draw labs all the time despite the order being put in online or if patients have the paper copy! FYI EHR means paperless that is the whole point!

Kyle was the best blood draw I ever had, didnt hurt And. Hes funny, competent and efficient. There were 6 people ahead of me and I was done in under an hour.

Just had my blood drawn this morning and it was literally the fastest, most professional lab visits Ive ever had. They had me in and out in less than 10 minutes, with several folks already in the waiting room. They were extremely friendly, and I honestly didnt even feel the needle go in either. Was great! Ive never been to this location before and only did so due to another appointment nearby, but I will probably go out of my way to visit this location again in the future. Thanks to the staff for the wonderful experience this morning!

There are no customer service customers sitting in the waiting area or walk in with no direction nobody is available to talk to. Its ridiculous how the do business. I will even sell my stock in this company I will not be affiliated with this type of service. I am even standing there looking at the phone I called the # it went to to vmail

Arrived early for some routine blood work and was in and out before my actual appointment time. Very quick and efficient! Literally the first time I didn’t bruise after a blood draw.. that deserves 5 stars!

I went in November 27, a Monday, at 11:12 a.m. I was gone by 11:30. The young lady at the front was very nice and proficient. Im sorry I didnt catch her name. Kyle did the draw and at the age of 56 years old, I can say he did one of the best blood draws I have ever had to endure! My experience at this Lab Corp location has always been good and Ive been going there since 2004.

I just had some routine blood work done at this facility. The girls were super nice and welcoming! And I was in and out within less than 10 minutes! Great experience!! Thank you!

Staff was friendly and professional. I was seen before my appointment time (though I did have a 0715 appt) and was out very quickly. This place is much better than the other place I used to go to... Including the fact that they use the bandages on your arm and not the tape that takes a layer of skin off.

This morning on 10/23/19 around 9 in the morning, two ladies I’ve talk to were nothing but rude to me, I don’t know what there problem was. We had a confusion on why my paper work that my dr sent to get my blood work done and LabCorb hasn’t receive. These ladies could of been helpful and nice but wasn’t.

Staff was very pleasant and courteous. Blood draw was done professionally and efficiently. I was in and out in 15 minutes as I had the foresight to make an appointment. As an RN by profession, I would definitely go back again if the need arose.

The staff at the Racetrack Rd location were professional and efficient. Their teamwork and thoughtfulness to my personal preferences is why I go to LabCorp over any others. I am the type who likes the same person and same company to draw my blood each visit, they were respectful to my request and reassured me that all of their phlebotomists are skilled, while accommodating my request. Loyalty has its rewards, I try to always make an appointment and double check fasting requirements etc...

This was a very good experience considering...having blood taken.The lady that assisted me was very respectful, considerate all was clean great! no problems no pain my results came back then next day. I will use this service again.Thank you

Good luck trying to talk to a human. Its never going to happen here. Patients are obviously not important enough to hire a real person. Just leave s message at the tone .

Im not sure about the negative experiences other had -- I have absolutely NO complaints! Walked in 5 min. early for my appt. - went right back & the nicest lady did my blood test. No pain at all & she couldnt have been more pleasant. Maybe it makes a big difference to make an appointment - Ill sure continue to do that...

Booked an appointment online for Saturday and apparently they don’t do employment drug screenings on Saturdays. I had a confirmation and everything!!! I walk in and the guy tells me that they can’t do it. He knew my name right away because I was the only appointment that day and didn’t have the decency to give me a call before I drove 40 minutes to get to this facility!!! When I asked him why he didn’t call, he just acted dumb as if he couldn’t do anything. He was pretty useless and did not care that I was upset.

I was the first patient in for the day and I did not arrive until 6:25am, they open at 6am. I was shown to the bathroom to give a urine sample and the toilet was full of urine and there was urine all over the seat. When I told the Lab tech, she said “well I don’t know who was responsible for my room yesterday”. Unacceptable answer as far as I’m concerned!

Friendly staff, quick and easy procedure. Was in and out within minutes. Had blood work done and wasnt painful, got it on one try! Thanks LabcLab!!

This was the most horrible place I have experienced. Very poor employees. Noone what so ever say hello, good morning/afternoon or I will be right with you . I this was my place of business (and yes I have one) they would No longer be working there. As I was there I saw 1 person working, lobby was filled to capacity. She was the MOST unfriendly employee I have ever seen. I think it is time for your Corporate office to make a visit. I so wish I owned this company and I was going undercover. I would fire all.

This was the most unorganized waste of time Ive ever experienced. No one ever even came to the reception desk and the people that filled the waiting room had been waiting for hours. I yelled back to the employees after about 20 minutes of no contact and said excuse me? Is anyone here? And someone yelled back were with a patient. Then the employees kid came walking out. This place is a joke, youd be better off taking your own blood.

Went to have blood work drawn. Im new to town and am not familiar with the area, or the medical facilities. The waiting room was quite full, no biggie, these things (blood draws and drug tests) dont take too long, right? Wrong. While I was checking in I mentioned the traffic to get from my home was bad, and asked if there was an alternate location in Gulf Breeze. I was told I could go to Pensacola and their wait time was usually 4-5 hours. Wow, ok. When an older gentleman asked why two men who came in after him were taken back before him, the same employee told him they are just here for drug screens and she can get them out quickly. After I completed my paperwork and payment I had to wait for those men (who also came in after I did) before the other girl could draw my blood (why was there only one person doing blood draws and drug screens?) asked if they commonly took people out of order and she snakily replied we do when they have appointments. I guess she didnt hear what her co-worker said in regards to the same customers. She then told me that they would soon be going to an appointment only system. Dont worry, I will not be going back. I am not used to such substandard customer service, especially in a medical facility. If there is that much demand, staff appropriately. If your staff continuously gets poor reviews, pay attention. I will now drive further to the hospital for any future blood draws, and pay extra to have my blood work sent out to LabCorps for processing to avoid going back to this dreadful place.

Not a good experience at all. She jammed the needed so hard into my vein. I was in a lot of pain while she was drawing the blood. Its been over a week and when I move my arm a certain way or lift something I feel a wierd sensation in my forearm. Hope I can find another lab corp close by.

My doctor sent me to Lab Corp to have blood drawn.. I was told that it was a walk in clinic. I waited for over 2 hours. Only 2 people were working... Not friendly at all!

Horrible everything! Staff is very rude and unprofessional. I had to give urine and I asked for some water so I can go and the lady was extimly rude and basically made me to shut up and try give her some no matter what and she didnt iven think about giving me no water, Ive never been in such rude medical places!!! I wish i never went there, the lady who was getting my blood was soo rude, she stuck that needle in my arm like i was an animal, it hurts so much!!! Had to put 1 star to write this review. Please dont go there, keep yourself far from unprofessional places like this cause you might get hurt like the other girl in the review, she sad that her arm feels weird when she moves it. I made a mistake not reading the reviews before I came to this place. Please read the reviews and go to the right place.

Staff was rude to multiple customers during my >1 hr wait to submit a drug screen. If you hate your job that much, do us all a favor and go to work some place else. Perhaps you ladies can find something else not dealing with customer service!!

Horrible business3 lab techs standing around talking about their personal lives for 15 minutes while the waiting room was packed. Extremely long wait times!!!!!!
