Exceeded my expectations for a quick haircut. She didn’t cut too much off like most high volume haircut spots.

I have been here twice. Great atmosphere and nice wait time technological capability on the app. BUT…. $30+ for a military haircut at this place is completely unreasonable and not worth it. Yes the people there are nice and cut it even. A skin cut should be as smooth as a baby’s bottom. Pricing is way too high. I can buy three of these haircuts on the base.

Got a medium fade and a trim on top. The hair on top was uneven and the fade, you could see the lines of layers and it was also uneven, like a wave. Ive been going here for a while the haircut are very inconsistent.

First time visiting Sport Clips today, and I must say that Im disappointed in myself for not venturing in sooner! Heatherlyn was excellent all-around. I received the MVP Treatment for free since it was my first visit.. I will most certainly be paying the $5 for the same wash, hot towel rub, and shoulder massage on every consecutive visit! I even got some great tips from Heatherlyn on how to maintain healthy hair and scalp. Thanks a ton for showing me how a haircut is supposed to be enjoyed! You gained a loyal customer today and I will be recommending you to all!

I have been going there for sometime and always get the same high and tight flat top. Well today, Heather gives some type of high and right fade that the only way to correct is to finish shaving it. I get it from time to time you get a bad hair cut but normally the response you get for the stylist isn’t It must have just been a communication error. I still recommend this place just not their stylist Heather.

My son went in for a trim and had his hair completely hacked off. The stylist gave him the haircut she wanted even though we showed her a picture of how it was supposed to look like. She didn’t listen to our instructions at all. Now, he has to outgrow a bad haircut.

I showed a picture of a haircut I had this summer and asked if they could just cut it like that again. I noticed it wasn’t looking right, so I showed her the picture again, but she kept going and said “this is how it’s supposed to look”. It’s not anything like I wanted it cut, but she just kept going when I told her I didn’t like it. By far the worst haircut I’ve ever received. I guess I will wear a hat for a month or two.

Unskilled workers have given me bad haircuts the multiple times I’ve been there. It required me to fix their low quality haircut myself. If I knew it was going to be that bad for the price you pay there, I would have just done it myself like I have so many times in the past.

I literally just went in there to get a hair cut, I was the only one in the waiting area and sat for more than an hour watching them take people who came way after I had already been there. I was told about this place through a friend and never got to experience anything, besides poor management and awful customer service. NEVER coming back. I’ll go to cuts by us. A place where the actually acknowledges YOU.

I had an awesome experience here. I opted for the VIP service and I wasnt disappointed. I got an excellent haircut, shampoo and condition, and they even gave me a back massage. Everyone who works at this location is extremely professional and they keep great conversation. They also recommend the best products to keep you looking your best.

We arrived around 6:50pm they close at 8pm. There was one person in front of us waiting and three ladies working. Two ladies where cutting hair when we got their and one lady had just gotten done with a little boy. The lady checked the family out and called the guy back. About 5 min later the other lady got done. And went back to the back and never called us. It is now 7:20pm. We walked out! Just wasted 30 min just waiting don’t waste your time

Ill try and make this short. Been here 2 months now for work. Got my haircut 2-3 times since then. Great experience. Nice ladies working. Today I just got out from my most terrible haircut experience Ive ever had. The lady cutting my hair smelt of about a pack of cigarettes. Was slurring every word she said. Dropped her scissors on me. Luckily the handle hit my head instead of the tip or blades. Then proceeded to bring me back for the MVP package cut which I did not ask her for. As we were walking back to the chair the do finishing touches. She was tripping on her feet like you were just stumbling out of a bar. Found all the spots she missed. Tried to correct. But it was getting worse and worse. So I just told her it was fine. So I could end this experience. Im sorry if the lady gets in trouble for this, but you shouldve taken today off. Other than this experience. Great place. Nice people. Until now great cuts for men. Especially military.

The staff here are very friendly and professional, never had a bad haircut from any of the stylists here. Nicole is pretty cool and does some great work. The staff have soild recommendations and can help u get what your looking for.

Walked in, was not greeted or instructed. I hand to ask how signing in works. Was directed to keyboard and touch screen which asked me for way more information than should be needed for a hair cut. Was served quickly, staff was extremely impersonal and unprofessional. Haircut took 5 min (just got the sides cut short) if not less. Was charged $20 for an $8 hair cut after standing in one of the weirdest most unorganized lines I have ever seen. Whole experience was uncomfortable and clinical. Will never come her again or recommend to anyone.

Worst haircut i’ve ever gotten hands down. literally looks like someone played a prank on me. and that prank was to cut random patches of hair off and take over $20 away from me. i called and asked if they could just shave it all off and they said nah. don’t come here, you’re better off letting LITERALLY anyone you know, cut your hair

All I wanted was a simple under cut. I told her to use a 1 on the sides and to take inch off the top. This Hispanic lady grabbed my bangs measured out an inch and just cut my bangs straight across. I went to to this place because I really like these stores but this lady does not meet your standards. I am leaving in a few days to go see my wife graduate from basic training and now in all the pictures I’m going to look ridiculous because this worker doesn’t know how to cut hair. I Will never return to this location.

My husband got a hair cut here last week. Hes still talking about his experience he had at sport clips, the professionalism was outstanding. Greeting clience as we walked in, we felt very welcomed. His hair cut was outstanding, they did a better job than where he use to go and i can say we will be back again!

Really depends on who cuts your hair. Tabitha and Kristen are really good and cool. But everyone else can’t seem to make the distinction between mid, low or drop fade... they always end up looking like high fads. It’s very aggravating. If you want a BX quality hair cut for 10-15 dollars more this is your place.

Took my youngest son to see Angela yesterday. He is very ticklish so he clinches a lot. She was very patient with him and took her time to accommodate him. We will definitely go see her again.

Ive been going here for years now and I wont even think to go anywhere else. I even moved and still take the 40ish minute drive to get a cut. Kristyn is absolutely the best. From the moment she saw my beard she was excited to work with it (where most barbers in the area were very hesitant or even flat out refused). As long as Kristyn is there, I will never go to another shop or barber.

Butcher shop!!! I said a medium/low fade and get a high and tight not even a good one! my four year old could use a pair of scissors better! Then after I think it can’t get any worse it’s 20$. I’d go back to get it fixed but I’m scared I’d come out worse

First time here and I got this awesome MVP treatment for free. They put a steamed towel on my neck, shampooed my hair, and gave me a neck and shoulder message! It was quite the experience! Very clean building as well!

Decent haircuts. Not big into the pushy sales side of the shop . If I need hair supplies I will get them dont need the push every week. Kinda annoying and stopped going after our barber got a job on base .

As far as quick and easy haircuts, you’ll get easy ones here, the wait has been up to 45 minutes the last few times I’ve come in.

The people here apparently like give you whatever they want instead of what you ask for. I asked for a mid-fade and apparently that means just trimming around the ears. The cuts were uneven and the stylist spent way too much time trying to get one little part of the bangs when they were fine. This is all without mentioning that you pay top dollar for a sub par haircut. You are much better off going elsewhere.

So, I will start off by saying, I have had great experiences at this sports clips, however, I had my first bad experience today, the lady shaved above my ears, when i asked to just even out the side burns, one side is higher then the other and people are pointing it out, its extremely irritating, I paid $30, 25 and 5 for tip, just because I always tip, but having to pay someone for messing up is disappointing, I am going to start looking for a new haircut place.

5 stylist 2 customers, I sat there for 10 minutes while the 3 not working took a break, and I left. Thats the 5th time that or something close to that has happened here.

I have been going here since they opened and have always had great service.

Twice in a row, my son has walked out of here with a terrible haircut. For the amount of money they charge to cut a childs hair, I expect not to have to take him somewhere else to get it fixed. So frustrating!!! We wont be back.

Awful, sat there for 30 minutes after my husband was told it would only be a few moments. 5 employees and only one cutting someones hair. All the employees ignored him after 35 minutes husband decided it was time to leave, employees were rude and decided to clean instead of helping customers. Worst place to get your hair done. Will go somewhere elese from now on.
