Jerry, at Bobs Upholstery was a hoot! The replacement of the headliner on my Tahoe was pristine and looked so much better than the factory original. I was referred to this shop by a satisfied customer who had a convertible top repaired. Id recommend this shop to anyone needing this type of repair and the price was very fair compared to another company I had estimate from, 3 times the price!

They do quality headliners and convertible tops

Brought my daughters Mercedes in for a headliner that was falling down. Great price on the estimate, said he could do it in day. True to his word, one day service. Estimate was right on the money. Hard to find people in business that stand behind their word and behind their work. Bringing in my wifes Buick for a falling headliner next. Good guys, very professional, my daughters Mercedes headliner looks just like it came out the factory. I am a very satisfied customer.

Does excellent work

After placing a stop payment on a check for a portion of a repair because the convertible top was leaking when it rained a woman in that business proceeded to call me and threaten to arrest me and put a lien on my car.. when I called them she informed me that I was a criminal and she had looked me up stating I should be shaking in my boots because I was released from prison over 3 years ago.. all I had asked was for my top to be on properly..I went in to show them and when I did she was never once concerned about the bad job but about the fact I was a prisoner and that she knows about me and that she knows people that know me and that I would see..threatening me when all I was addressing was the problem and had money with me but wanted it fixed.. she told me how I robbed her! I was told I had labor and a manufactures warranty but she wasnt giving me that now..she threatened to not take the money and just call the sheriff.. never in my life has my past been used at a place of business nor have I been threatened that I would soon see who she knew.. needless to say I would never want then to do a repair now or in the future .. this was a personal attack of every sort.

Bobs uplostry shop i would not recommend to anyone, the customer service was horrible. He did a honda pilot for me about two years ago, so i brought a second car to him in september 2017. The way he spoke to me was not customer friendly, and he acted like he didnt want my business, like he was the only shop in town. I told him i could go to Garys uplostry shop and he said go, i dont know who Gary is and he might have been in business for two days. He bad mouth Garys uplostery shop, come to find out Gary use to work for Bobs uplostry shop before Bob past away and the guy thats running the shop now took over. GARYs uplostry shop i highly recommend, outstanding quality and customer service.....Stay away from Bobs uplostry shop costumer service is not warranted!!!!

Went in for a quote. Then made an appointment. When I went to pick it up he charged me $20 more then added sales tax on the total. In Florida you only pay sales tax on goods, not services. When I explained that to him he said that is too much for him and he just taxes everyone.Ended up paying $50 more than he quoted me...wont go back!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! This is absolutely, the worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair ( or any other service experience). Jerry was the most unprofessional, person I have ever met and should be incarcerated for his actions which included an assault on me which required the presence of law enforcement and will result in a major civil suit I am filing in court today. Jerry continually cursed and disrespected my wife and myself and the manufacturer of the convertible top.The top was not installed properly, leaving gaps on both side of the car which leak rain into the inside of the car. When asked about this, Jerry became argumentative, assaulted me, and told me he would not correct the mistake.I am appalled, shocked, and quite upset that this type of person is allowed to conduct business with the public. He is an amateur, hillbilly, thug, and should be in jail. He obviously doesnt know anything about convertible tops and definitely doesnt have a clue about customer relations.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!
