Fantastic store! Everything stocked up and plenty of Sams Club employees to assist at checkout. I wish I had a Sams Club closer to where I live.

Change policy about self check out if you have flat cart. You have to go through checker line which keeps you longer inside risk of covid. Needs to be posted if change policy and have friendlier worker instead of rude one tell you.

No stock on a few items they normally have, I’m sure because of Covid not really Sams fault. Spent about a $1000 and took longer than usual at exit because employee had hard time / difficulty finding $6 worth of chips on our receipt until I had to finally point it out.

One of the worst managed Sams clubs Ive ever been to. Constantly moving stock to different places so much that even they dont know where things are. It takes a long time to find anyone for help and, when you finally do, they dont know where things are or if they even have it or they send you on a wild goose chase. It has consistently gotten worse over the last few years. Seriously, they cannot tell you what they have and dont have nor where much of it is. They obviously do not care how much time you spend (waste) there looking around. Oh and they always put the slowest person on the final check out spot, which they should do away with and just get some security people. Always a long line just to get OUT of this place! And frequently they do not have anyone at the self-check out place to assist when the check out fails or gets locked up. Just very poor management of the whole place. Im sick of it. But they have a monopoly and the Waltons use their influence to prevent any competition like Costco from coming to Arkansas!

I have been a loyal Sam’s customer for almost 30 years. I have always been satisfied with the customer service, until yesterday. I went into the Fort Smith store to grab some 8 foot folding tables. The item was out of stock in its normal location so I went to customer service. A very polite young lady got on the radio and dispatched an associate. His name was Marshall. That’s when things took a turn. Marshall walked up, scanned the item and walked off. Didn’t say a word. About 5 minutes later Marshall radioed back and said to meet him in the back corner. I went and got a flat cart and made my way back there. Marshall and two other associates proceed to get the items down from the top shelf with the forklift, pushed the items out of the aisle and simply walked off. Again not saying another word. The entire box was still factory wrapped in cardboard. I only needed eight not an entire pallet. I walked three isles back over to where Marshall was at and ask what the deal was on the tables? He said just load them on your cart. Never even bothered to look in my direction and have a conversation with me. Marshall is one of the most rude employees at a major retailer that I have ever witnessed in my life. This review platform will not allow you to leave a video just a photo. I have a video if anybody at Sam’s is interested. Costco can’t get here soon enough.

I usually use the Scan and Go on the Sams App, but today I had to use check out because I had a card that cannot be inputted as payment on the App. In my order I had three cases of water, plus several other items. I stood in line at the self checkout lanes for several minutes being watched by one of their associates. When it was my turn, I proceed and swiped my Sams Card and started to ring up my items. The associate proceeded to come over and tell me I was not suppose to be in self checkout lanes will with big rolling carts and that I needed to go to a line with a checker associate. My question is WHY? and why wait to tell me after standing 10 minutes in self checkout. Also, how was I suppose to know.

I love to shop at Sams Club. Love the meats, fresh cakes and pastries. They carry name brand and quality products.

I enjoy wandering through and seeing whats new. Im rather selective because large bundles or packages are not that useful for a smaller family. However you can still get some good deals. I highly recommend the scan and go app. Scan your barcodes as you pick up the item and when you finish you pay by phone. No more standing in line for a register, no more handling all the items again. Just walk to the door and get the barcode on your phone scanned. Saves so much time!

I love Sams club I have four teenage boys at my house everyday and they can eat a lot so a trip to Sams is necessary its also very clean a little hard to find employees for help

First time to visit. So many choices and excellent prices. People were knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely will go back.

Product News! 2/2021Sams Club in Ft Smith now carries a line of spices that can help you save some money compared to smaller sized bottles of organic spices. Here are 3 - labels say they are USDA Organic and cost is about $8 including taxes here, for 8 oz. You will just need to transfer a small amount into another spice jar with sprinkle top for spices, since these have none.

Sams club has a good selection of merchandise. Of course most things are in giant sizes which is fine if you plan for it. I prefer to go there in the evening on weeknights to avoid the huge weekend crowds. Like Walmart, they are trying to make you check out on your own which is a bit annoying but not hard to do. Also annoying is the fact that you must stand in line to leave so the generally distracted and uninterested employee can scan your receipt as well as a couple of items you bought. They used to say they did that to make sure you got everything you were charged for and were neither charged too much or too little. Really? Im sure it has to do with loss control but it can be very inconvenient if its busy. Regardless of annoyances, I keep going back. So, 4 stars it is.

They need to build a bigger car wash Im a plus number and also have their credit card my patience is going down

Sams has descent food products which are very reasonable. Heres a word I wish their greeter learns...PLEASE. Maybe Im old fashion but watched as an 80 plus woman heading out the entrance door. Sternly he says..YOU GOT TO GO OUT THE EXIT DOOR RUDE!!!mistakes are made, respect is earned...enjoy your day ❤

Always find what we need at Sams. Got a hot dog and drink machine was not working for drinks. But next time hopefully.

Shopping is the same as always. But this is now the 3rd time we have come shopping, went to grab a hotdog afterwards, and the Soda machine is out of order, the ICEE machine is out of order, and to top it off its 1pm and they dont have hot dogs ready!!! Absolutely ridiculous 🙄

It was HOT inside! Why not turn the thermostat down a little Corporate!Other than that we did get what we need d like always…

Just went to get a Hot dog. Sold out. Change to pizza, cherry Pepsi. Walked around for exercise. Went home.

Every time its clean and the employees are so nice. Usual markdowns on different items every week. Exceptional deals on cereal chips candy.. and the sams club brand is really good.. meats are fresh cut and taste much better than Walmart but you can go broke in here so dont go without a list.

I like their poultry selection. Their brand name clothes is good price. And I like their jasmine rice cheaper than Asian store.

I love most everything at Sam’s; however, this is the second time I’ve paid $25 for a pack of pork chops. The top layer is great. What’s underneath is garbage. I thought the first pack I bought was a fluke. After buying a second pack, I realize it’s intentional.

Previously being someone who was big time on Costco, was skeptical when I was trying the Sams membership. To my surprise, they do have some competitive pricing on par with Costco. Store is very well maintained even during the peak of the Covid season. Hassle free shopping. The best part of Sams is the on app scan and billing without having to wait in the lines. With all the perks with plus membership which include gas, free car wash every day, and free delivery via app, definitely a must to have if living in Fort SmithThe car wash lines could get pretty busy actually but well planned can beat Em

Sams is super dooper if shopping for large family items...little disappointed to see that they dont do deli trays anymore...

I love Sams Club and I love buying my paper towels and toilet paper there.

This Sams Club location is always very, very crowded. Went at opening (Sunday, pulled into the parking lot at 10:02 am) and the parking lot was already very full, gas pumps were full with lines of 2 and 3 cars each, and many items completely out of stock that we needed (which I understand isnt on the store or the employees, just a statement of fact). Plan on being in line for a good while if you dont order ahead or use the app to scan and pay as you go.

Everything I mean everything you could ever need is at Sams club. From gas for your car to milk for the baby. Clothes, games and books for the kids. Food galore. Fresh to frozen to pre package. Well worth the membership.

The scan as you go in app worked great. Saved check out and restacking time. The order I had made and paid for ahead of time for curb side pick up did not go as well. App wouldnt let me check in so I had to go in to get it.l

We went to get the four cans febreeze that was on sale. They didnt have any on the Shelf someone told my husband that they had a whole pallet but the four Lyft driver was gone to lunch and he would be back at 3. It was 2:30 at the time so we went ahead and waited 30 minutes and we went back to get the Febreze there was no one back there there was still no Febreze. So we ask someone for help. A manager come out and talk to my husband. He said he was pulled from a meeting to come and talk to him didnt seem too happy about it and was pretty snobby. Very unhappy with our experience at Sams

So we went there Sunday and they have MORE self checkouts. In order to buy medicine an employee had to walk over to the checkout and verify your checkout so it’s not self checkout despite the name. There is like 3 checkouts with employees.

Some good deals. The best deals I find are on clothes. The produce and meat are worth the membership fees alone. If you use the app you can skip the long lines. While you shop you can eat. Try the hot dogs. They are good. Theres just so much ! Friendly staff

The prices are not competitive or“cheap” anymore. I used to live sand club. Now the workers are rude, unfriendly, and scarce everythings you needed help. Also these new hours they keep are terrible no one even has time to get there.

The cashiers are not friendly here at Fortsmith Sams Club.

Employees need to take their job more seriously & with higher integrity & to stop running their mouth about their guest shoppers & maybe freshen uP on some social skills lesson about how to properly offer assistance to customers & when to Mind Their Own Business.

Love shopping here however some of the merchandise is overpriced. They dont check the merchandise to see if it is too flawed to sell. They do have some really great items though.
