Our dryer stopped heating the day we got home from the hospital with a newborn. I figured it was the heating element and we needed it fixed in a hurry. I called pro tech the next day and they were the only appliance repair company that could come out the same day. The tech told me he would be at our house at noon. He called around 1130 to give an update that he is running behind but he would be here at 2. Sure enough, he called again when he was on his way and showed up on time. The dryer was fixed in a timely manner and it has been running perfect ever since. I highly recommend pro tech for their efficiency, quality, and prices.

I really appreciate how responsive Johnathan was to my request for service especially since I work an extreme schedule. He came and diagnosed the problem with my gas dryer in a very timely manner albeit he had to leave to procure the part since it was an older model and didnt have it on hand. Told me hed return in about an hour. Ok, but dang I barely got my sandwich ate and here he was...talk about early bird gets the worm, Johnathan will win everytime. Our technician John has twice repaired appliances in our home. First he fixed our refrigerator when we thought we would need a new one saving us a very large expense. We also had trouble with our hot water heater. He checked the system and recommended we us a different setting on the control box and bang it was working like new. Very friendly. He was very careful to clean up after his work and put everything back the way he found it. Excellent service. I highly recommend him.

I just had a great experience with one of ProTech’s technicians, whose name was John. He was super flexible and adjusted his schedule to come over when I told him that our fridge was leaking water all over the floor. Not only was he polite and extremely punctual about coming over within an hour, even though it was almost 7:00 pm, but he was also a real straight shooter about what was wrong with my fridge, as well as what I did and didn’t have to have fixed (there were other non-urgent issues with my fridge). He laid out many choices for me, as well as how much each option would cost (and his prices were all very reasonable, especially for labor!). I will definitely be calling them again the next time a major appliance breaks. Thanks, John!

Called to set up an appointment to have someone repair our ice maker.John said he could be here in about 1 hour. He was right on time. Checked out everything. Turned out to be a minor repair and the unit was not dead.Have had other appliance repair companys come in before. They would be here about 5 minutes, say it could not be fixed leave and send a bill.I would recommend Pro-Tech to everyone

John has done work for me since the spring everyone else that looked at my unit said it couldn’t be fixed but John fixed it for a very reasonable price and later replaced the fan blade just added Freon to make it through the rest of the summer . He’s concerned about his customers and their needs I recommend him for any type of repairs

Ive had Jonathan work on several of my appliances now, and two of his best qualities are honesty and fairness, besides truly knowing what he is doing. He quit working for Sears when they were still in business locally because of the way he saw them taking advantage of people. Jonathan knows exactly what he is doing, and when he told me the repair would take about an hour, it took right at an hour. Jonathan made sure the appliances were working properly before he left, and made sure I had his number to call should any problem arise. Jonathan is my go to guy for any appliance repair! Dont call anyone else. They will save you much time and money. Sears had told me the compessor was bad on my fridge and wanted to sell me appliance insurance. Pro tech checked my fridge and found it was just a refrigerate leak.
