This school provides the most effective self-defense classes offered in Fort Smith, in a safe and family-like environment for both adults and children. With every class, you will find how you can become the healthiest version of yourself both in mind and body. This will be my sixth year with Fort Smith Martial Arts School, and I am still discovering self improvement with every class!
