If it had a zero star option thats what theyd get! Im not happy at all I order things from Amazon often and theres one delivery driver who always marks a package as delivered but it actually doesnt get delivered to me. Today he was supposed to hand me a package with one item in it and a package with six items in it well I did not get the package with the six items in it and he marked it delivered. I am so POd because they have a 1-800 number that isnt going to freaking help me solve my issue when it was directly from my local UPS store who is the problem. This isnt the first time this type of thing has happened and I have let it slide the past time or two and now Im just not letting it slide. UPS needs to make sure their employees are delivering the right products and not marking them as delivered when they werent delivered

Horrible! Absolutely no way of getting ahold of the location. Even the access points near by cant get the number. Just a 1800 number that cant even get you to a live agent to help. Definitely loosing my business. Not just personal but commercial also. My advise is make your stores post their number and have someone from corporate try calling to get an agent. Then they might understand how to fix the junky robot line!
Absolutely useless. Scheduled a pickup nearly a week ago. Never picked up, never contacted. They were happy to charge me, though. Could never get in contact with a live agent to help resolve the issue after three days of trying. Never received a tracking number and surprise surprise thats the only way they can help with their services. I wont be using UPS in any capacity any more. Waste of time and basically theft.
I went on 7/20/21 to look for a package I put in their receptical by accident on 7/3/21 and the second shift lady said that they dont handle other companies mail that my package was in a bin out back and she wasnt going to look for it then I went back at 9:00 am on 7/21/21 and was told that my package was picked up at 1 pm on the 20th and was at the post office on 74th Street when I went there she told me that it was probably in Fayetteville already. So yea as per usual UPS sucks.

Im in a wheelchair and I have the package to be delivered on my front porch and everytime they put it where i cant get its. They did that today and it supposed to rain and it will get wet. I called the upd they said they would do something. We will see.
I had 2 packages that were originally to be delivered Friday but unfortunately were behind schedule. These are extremely important packages containing equipment to be set up at an IT meeting this morning at 8:30 AM with my company. I track them at 6:00 AM and see they’re at the Fort Smith store. I call the store right when they open at 8 AM, and Amanda answers the phone. I ask her if I would be able to pick these packages up and she very rudely tells me no, and that “if i would’ve called earlier maybe it could’ve happened”... the store doesn’t open until 8 AM, so please change your hours on google if that’s incorrect.I ask her if there’s absolutely any way I could pick these up at the store. she says “probably not” as they’re “likely” already on the truck. I very nicely asked her if she could check where my packages were or if it was absolutely not possible. She is very short and rude with me and says “I have a line full of customers and the packages are probably already on the truck” to be delivered.As a customer service manager, I’m familiar with customer service experience standards and Amanda was subpar on all levels.Thank you UPS for being so very unhelpful.

They ignore your complaints on their drivers. And they will lie to get you off the phone. The photo is where they put it . Not on the porch or front door like the driver put in his handheld.
We keep asking them to put our packages inside the containers that we have at our gate and I continued to lay them on top of them and then the dogs get them and tear them up. Thats why we have the containers to put our stuff in so the dogs cant get to them!
Hate the hours. At least Fed Ex is open. No phone number for ups direct. The 800 number is a joke.

My ups driver in Riley farms is great picks up my newspaper in yard and puts on top package and puts my parcels in corner of porch I appreciate him
I have to say, this wasnt a very pleasent experience to start off with. the lobby is entirely too small to service the amount of people who were dropping off packages and there was only one representative. however, the representative was extremely helpful and even though it took awhile for my package to get back to the store, I was able to pick it up the same night. this was extremely helpful because it was very important. also, the drivers and the night dispatcher/manager were all very friendly and warm to my son even though it was 11 pm.
UPS have always been great but this time I went to pick up a package and the employee was no where to be found for good 20 mins. I just hung out with more customers until someone (customer)decided to go in the back and get him. No biggie had no where important to be at that time.lol
I hate their hours. What do the people do, take a 3 hour lunch. The only other store is way across town and those people are very helpful.

I have been home on numerous occasions (expecting deliveries), and watched as theyve driven right past my house. The tracking information then reflects that they attempted delivery when they did no such thing. I have called customer service and have been treated like trash. Just yesterday I was expecting a package. I was home. However, the truck drove right by with no attempt at delivery. The tracking information now states that the package is being returned to sender. So confused as to why they work so hard at NOT working. Ive had wonderful service from UPS in the past in other parts of the state, but Ive never had good things to say about the Fort Smith location. There may be a few good ones who work there, but on the whole, they are rude, hateful, and lazy. I wish that corporate would do something since it appears that Im not alone in my opinion.

It says they tried to deliver a package twice on the same day and hour apart! I was not only home at that time but so were two other people!!! Do you not knock or ring door bells? Do we have to have ESP and feel your presence on our porch??

Idiots. Seriously, just trying to help lighten your holiday delivery load. Package arrived at the Ft. Smith Facility early this morning. Not going to be delivered to Greenwood until tomorrow afternoon. I work in Fort Smith, so I called to see if I could just come by and pick it up. The nice lady said theres no possible way I could do that. Really?? Makes no sense to me.

Worst delivery service ever! Even after complaining, they still wont ring the doorbell. Sat a $700 TV on my front porch and didnt even check to see if anyone was home, which we werent. Lost a $400 item today by delivering it to a different house. When the main office tried contacting, they were not available. Awful customer service! This place needs to be shut down!
Awful service, called ups in ft smith, they gave me another number to call because they couldnt help, and then that person couldnt help me either so they gave me another number of a place thats not even ups. they said no one was home to accept that package but thats a lie
The only reason they got 1 star is because they don’t have an option for no stars. This is the worst customer service available and when you try and ask for the number directly to the store, they say they do not have it. Worthless and a waste of time.
Said they have been to my house to delivery said no one was home. They never came to our house when they said they did. We was home every time. Customer service was no help. Said all they can go by is what they see and the will not send driver back out. UPS is the worst.
They drop packages daily in our delivery box, made just for deliveries, but when you really count on something to be delivered at the time they set you receive a text unable to deliver. This is a large, well picture a dog house with a door, and they’re unable to deliver a movie for Sunday School tomorrow, candy, and vitamins! Guess it wouldn’t fit.
Got a call, saying the driver was unable.tp deliver our package, he couldnt find our road...it was from omaha steak btw! Ok so drove 45 mins to their store to pick it up. Even though we have received atleast 2 shipments recently at our address....hmmm. A month goes by, get a postcard in the mail saying our address does not exist. There is no such street found. IM OVER HERE LIKE DO I EVEN EXIST! LMAO zero stars.
It took me a little bit to find the location, but when I did the reps were able to help me get my boxes sent and were very professional. I really liked them and assured me with my packages.

Dealing with this center is like pulling teeth. Even though they had another package to deliver to me the same day as my first they wanted to hand the second over to USPS which I was told would take 2 days after the quoted delivery time. I had them hold both of my packages but they only held one after 2 customer service representatives and an employee there told me they had it. On pick up I was told it was already at the post office. After driving 30 minutes to the post office I was told ups still had it and had only given them tracking information. I have spent the last 45 on the phone with customer service and been told that:-my package is at the post office-my package is still being held for me-my package is being delivered to my house before 7-my package is on the way to the post officeThis is ridiculous, no one in the Fort Smith center knows what theyre are doing and UPSs Indian support that barely speqks English is a joke.
Well if you ask me, the only company that should deliver pkgs is the USPS and FEDEX. Not the brown truck. Pick up and delivery suck. Complaining is a joke. Been there, done that.

The biggest collection of incompetent Ppl Ive ever dealt with. I paid almost $20 to sit by my door for two days,still no package.Their excuse(two different times) was address was incorrect.Despite the fact my bank rep read aloud my address back to me.That day I called @1pm to fix the address.No package yet again! The excuse.... address was still wrong. The address wasnt wrong to begin with,just total incompetence.Now I have to pay a cab to take me to pick up in person.No one will give me a refund as well.They should take it out of the drivers pay.I honestly dnt know how these Ppl stay in business

Counter employees were helpful, but this was my 3rd trip and I still had to go somewhere else to return my modem. Confusing.
This has happend around 10 times this year and they have only delivered 2 times. I ordered my items off amazon and ups said it was the wrong adress when i am 100% sure it was right so every time that happend i would have to drive all the way over to UPS Customer Center and pickup my package, if i had the option i would never order from them again.
This customer center needs a major overhaul, we have a hard time getting ups to deliver to our rural area home, it seems like we always have to driveourselves to pick the package up which is ridiculous. VERY inconvenient and inconsiderate.

I knew I wasnt crazy, they attempted to send a package to wrong address twice even though I ordered from eBay, and the third time I waited up with no knock at the door, or no slip, so I had no clue it never got attempted until I happened to see it through my tracking number.
