Dont expect help here. The company and store managers keep their employees in the dark about some things like how to sell items that are on display outside the store. Gladly went to Home Depot where we purchased a grill in less than 15 minutes whereas it was over 30 minutes to be told those outside were displays. Second time something like this has happened to us at Lowes. Recommend going to Home Depot!!

After calling home depot first to see what they have in stock for microwaves and being passed off to 4 different people and then being hung up on and then again a second time. My husband called Lowes.. We spoke with Lisa, who helped look up the make and model number of the exact one we were looking for. She was friendly and very professional and asked additional questions to make sure our needs were met. Love the services we had and would recommend to anyone

Was going to replace the flooring in my house and could not find the flooring that showed in stock on the app. Waited at the counter for over an hour and attempted to flag down several staff members but was unable to get help. Ended up leaving and buying flooring at Home Depot where I was able to get in and out in less than 25 minutes.

Fort Smith Lowes lacks customer service skills, fails to have items in stock when ordering online. Slow to process orders and lack communication skills. My first online order with this store and they acknowledged all items were in stock but when I arrived at the store they said they did not have one of the items. So they substituted a similar item which was a higher price item. The employee advised me that I would only be charged for the lower price item and I agreed. Then I checked my account and found that they charged my account at the higher priced item. Called the store and talked to different managers on two different occasions ( Kale and James ) and they said they would correct the problem. Still waiting on correction to my account. Last time I will patronize this store

I live almost an hour away. I called to see if there was a product I needed in the store. Young lady on the phone assured me they had 10 of them. I get here after driving an hour, walk around for 30 minutes trying to find the item. No luck. Go to the customer service desk where she again looks at the item and assures me that they have 10 of them and they’re on aisle 25. Searched some more! Finally found an associate in that area. He looked up the item, A portable air conditioner on wheels, said he would go look in the back. 20 minutes later, tell me he spoke with the night guy and they definitely got some in last night but nobody knows where they are and they cannot find them. Walks away. I am LIVID! Wasted time and wasted gas. Tried to find a manager but no one seem to know where it one of those were either!

Please use any other store but this one!! I’ve spent a ton of money here but no more. Can’t stand to be lied to!! Just tell the truth. Bought a dryer 9/02, was told it would be delivered 9/09, then 9/10. Still no dryer. Store manager said it was still out for delivery, appliance guy said all their trucks were done for the day!! 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Seriously if you don’t know you should!!! 😡😡

When I went in the physical store they were quite helpful, however, they waited until 7:30 this morning, the morning of delivery, to inform me my washer I ordered last week wasnt coming. Also told me someone was supposed to have called me yesterday to tell me that. Uh no, not a word, so I rearranged my whole laundry/bathroom for nothing so they could get in there this morning. I know they have one I saw it yesterday when I was in the store!!! Good thing the truck driver always follows up with his customers and doesnt just leave it up to the scheduling coordinator or I would have been he all day waiting on a washer that wasnt coming!!

We spend a lot more time in hardware stores than Id like, and usually the experience is positive. This one is mixed. They had most of what we needed and it was easy to find. The store was clean, but was a ghost town. The customer needs assistance in... kept ringing over and over again on the PA because noone could find a staff member either. Then, when we went to check out only one register was open. We checked out--both of us had full arms of stuff we carried up--and the checker just left it on the counter. I asked about a bag and he just pointed at them and walked away with someone who came in the exit door.

Very poor customer service, associates do not offer to help. We had to ask three different associates to purchase a dryer. The one guy was supposed to be checking if they had one in stock and just left. We had to ask another associate. I have been to this store several times and it is always the same, the associates are not helpful and most are just rude. I will be driving to Muskogee, OK to Lowes from now on, they do have helpful associates.

This place is great if you know what youre looking for and exactly where it is...but... If you need an associate to help you find what you need for your project, good luck finding an available one much less one that has knowledge of what you need. I recommend you do research online before you show up. The associates were friendly just not very knowledgeable. The app they have can help you locate where items are in the store, and often has diy videos to show you how to install/use.

Bought it in September 2020 with the warranty that Lowes will sell you on top of the 5-year warranty that Kobalt has offered for free. I called and spent hour on hold on top of commuting back and forth to different lowes locations where Kobalt they no longer have it in stock. I bought the 80 volt Max hedge trimmer. After spending a week out of business spending time on the phone going back and forth from lowes and Kobalt. I took the last piece of Kobalt equipment (80 volt Max hedge trimmer) and walked out leaving Kobalt and Lowes a big thanks for making my lawn service possibly in the 15% that fail. Thats much higher thanks to lowes and Kobalt. One had acts like they dont know what they are doing but yet they are affiliated with lowes. As you can see all the phone calls I had with them in the photos attached. Then they tell you go to lowes and then they dont know anything about it. I tell you what lowes dont know tools for pros. Im taking my business elsewhere! Im going with amazon Jeff Bezos isnt the richest man in the world for having shady business practices like Lowes and Kobalt. If its broken then they will honor there warranties. #jeffbezos

Back in December 2020. My partner and I bought a house. We ordered a washer and dryer from Lowes online.Paid, shipped, delivered. The gentleman helped installed it. Awesome customer service!But unfortunately all good things come to an end. Lowes called me and I answered it thinking it was a ordered I purchased that just got delivered a few days ago. If only it was that the customer service would be spot on.Jeannie on the Customer Service team asked me how I am liking the washer and dryer. Works great! Than we said our good byes. And went along our business.She tried taking the money out of the account (without asking). Then she called back when it didnt go through and then mentions she is just now getting to it and that we havent paid for the washer and dryer yet.I was baffled as I know we did. And plus WHY NOW? Why wait till the end of April to call me that we havent paid for it when I got the washer and dryer On the 3rd of January?Obviously it wasnt that important. On my lunch I pulled my bank statements just to PROVE I paid for it! All I get is thank you so much for being understanding as I dont know who didnt do it but I didnt want to be in high water.Spent my entire lunch break and plus some dealing with this. When all they had to do was take care of it back in January.

We purchased over $7000 in appliances and other merchandise (everything was in stock) in the middle of April 2021. We were in the middle of remodeling our home. We took some of the stuff that day and scheduled everything else for delivery on the 29 of May 2021. We didn’t get a call today for the delivery window. So we called the store and spoke with Mathew who said he was a manager. After asking for our delivery time he informed us it was moved until the 2nd of June. We asked when we were going to be notified, his response was “I don’t know, that’s not my responsibility, it’s the delivery department”. So we asked why it was rescheduled he said the combination washer wasn’t in. We told him everything was in stock when we bought it a month ago. Mathew said “ It was probably sold and reordered for you and it was delayed because of supply issues.” We asked about the other stuff we already paid for and he says it in the back but if you want it you will need to come get it. We informed him we didn’t have a truck, his reply was rent a uhaul. Mathew had no remorse or compassion that for the next week we have no refrigerator, stove, or washer. He didn’t care at all what discomfort Lowe’s caused by selling our washer (we already paid for) or by moving our delivery date won’t allow us to have food at our home.Kim Rogers

They have anything that any lowes would have so for that Ill give two stars, but the customer service of the employees needs help.After ten minutes of trying to find someone, we downloaded the Lowes app to find things we needed in the store, then my pregnant wife and I got some cabinets and two countertops, and several employees stared my wife as she pushed a cart with 100 pound cabinets passed them.Im not saying that it was necessary for help and I dont want to sound entitled, because we got the job done, but its pretty inconsiderate and rude to not even ask if a pregnant lady needs help moving heavy stuff around, especially considering the employees were just sitting around and talking.

I went here to look for some new plants, I just moved here from our of state and wasnt able to bring my plants with me. Lowes was always been a favorite place to go for plants because they always had a good selection of plants that were on clearance. The first time I had gone to this Lowes they had a bunch of plants in the back next to the clearance racks. They all looked like they should be on clearance but nothing had been marked down and the actual clearance racks hardly had anything on them. So I came back about a week later and they had a much better selection of clearance plants. Some of the plants were marked down to good clearance prices but some werent. Maybe my idea of clearance is different than everyone elses. Personally, I think if something is on clearance it should be marked down at least 50% or more. If something is regular priced at $3.95, marking out down to $3.00 and putting a clearance sticker on it isnt much of a discount, especially for plants that are almost dead. Anyways, like I said there was a much better selection the second time, so I loaded up my cart with a bunch of plants and a large bag of potting mix and went to the outdoor checkout. There were two people in line ahead of me and only one out of two registers open. I stood in line for a good 20-25 minutes because the people at the front of the line had all these questions they decided to ask the cashier instead of an associate on the floor. Then there were all these issues with the prices because their plants were not properly priced and what not. Not one time did the cashier say anything else to anyone in line about sorry for the delay or he would be with us shortly or anything like that. Other associates had even gone up to the front of the line to assist him with these customers and none of them ever acknowledged the long line of people that had been waiting or tried to open the other register or call for more assistance. For a Friday evening (Fridays usually being paydays for a lot of people) and in the middle of spring time (the perfect time to start gardens and do outdoor home improvement type stuff) they didnt seem short-handed on staff. The other register should have been opened up sometime to process the other customers who had been waiting in line for far too long while the other people were being helped. I had parked by the garden center because I planned on getting a lot of plants and soil so I didnt want to push my heavy cart half way thru the store to go to the regular check out then push it back over to the garden center to get it in my truck. Theres two check stand in the garden center, they should be used. And every employee in the garden center should not be helping one customer.

On the day I ordered the items, I received an email stating that I had picked up the order, but I hadnt. So after several calls to the store and an online chat w/the associate, I finally got through to the store and they stated that the store had made a mistake and the order was still there.I went to the store 3 days later I went to pick it up and they stated it had been picked up. I told them the issue and they stated they didnt know who told me that and they were sorry, but the order wasnt available and the items werent available.The associate apologized, but acted as though it wasnt their problem.I have Parkinsons and its the reason I needed curbside pickup.I will never shop here again.

Member of management was extremely rude because of their own neglected responsibilities. Offering no customer service and then huddled up with coworkers looking at us and talking. All because I told her I didnt appreciate being scolded. They left the gate open to a storage area, there was no signs posted, and we werent even through the gate. Left our items there and spent $600 at Home Depot.

Bait and switch beware! Sold me a dishwasher + installation. Then told me on day of service they dont do install for dishwashers and they couldnt find the machine Id already paid for. Rick that works in the flooring department is very rude. He does not know the first thing about being customer friendly. We witnessed him twice being rude to customers and other employees of Lowe’s. He was very short with people that were trying to get his help. We were going to look at flooring here but after the way he was, we left and went to Home Depot and from now on if we need anything from Lowe’s, we will go to Van Buren. It is not just him, there have been numerous times that the customer service at Fort Smith Lowe’s is bad. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere.

The absolute worst customer service around. It’s almost impossible to get help if you’re in the store. Phone service is even worse.Experience over just the last week. Called ahead for a already paid for dishwasher. Was told that it would be ready for me. Waited 20 minutes after I checked in at the service desk and I was the first in line. Was told that it was left near the exit and that someone would help me load it. No one helped me. I had to load it by myself and find a dolly on my own. Unboxed the dishwasher at home and it has a broken shelf. I called the store and was told that they had 2 more in stock. I told them that I would be there the next day before 3 pm to swap it out. I was told no problem and that they would put my name on it and it would be at the service desk.Went to pick it up the next day around 2 pm and they have sold both dishwashers! I was then told by the manager that they would have an upgraded one delivered to their store on Monday and delivered to me the next day. Was notified Monday that the upgraded dishwasher was damaged and the only one that they could find in the area was the original one....fine deliver that one then. I called multiple times today to try to get an eta for my delivery today, finally after being bounced around on hold for over 20 minutes I’m told that they deliver until 8pm, everything looks to be on schedule and I would be called an hour before delivery. I just received a voicemail that they are not delivering today and that I would receive a call for a future delivery....wow...

Horrible customer service! Bought a dishwasher and the guy brings it up front and drips it off and walks off. Didnt even offer to help load it. Another worker leaving to go home helped my husband load it. I usually use the Lowes in Van Buren and now I know why I quit using the one in Fort Smith! I went here to purchase a product at this Lowes. Low and behold, the service was non-existant, and what little service I had to seek myself was given to me in an unnecessarly rude manner, to say the very least. I found myself waiting upwards of 30 minutes just to have someone help me go about making my purchase! Went to another Lowes location (Van Buren) and made my purchase quickly with more than adequate help and respect from the workers. Lowes is a wonderful store, but the lack of management and customer service was the total killer for me.

Bought approximately 700.00In lumber, not one person stopped by to ask if I need help pulling lumber or loading . The cashier didnt even say thankyou . Not lets move on to flooring. Rick actually called me back with a problem I have with Legacy flooring, Mrs Cathy O hern,company. My husband and I were just in there. First off, it is always hot in the store, we are used to that so thats nothing new. They never have more than 2 cashiers as usual also. But we stood in line for several minutes and when it was finally our turn the cashier says, you will have to go to another line, Im done. Home Depot will get our business from now on. I love shopping at Lowes, great service but last night after working at hospital went in to get a few things and notice most shoppers did not have mask on.I thought AR had a mandate which other stores have signs on doors coming in.2 shoppers were coughing and that what caught my attention.I will not come back because of this.I am sorry for your employees because 2 of them saw the people coughing and looked at each other. Praying it was just sinus . Safety should be provided for the other shoppers that honor wearing the mask.🙏
