From One Star to Five StarOriginally had service scheduled two weeks in advanced. When I arrived at 9:55 for a 10:00 appointment, no one was there and the doors were locked. No employees on premises. I had a frustrating next couple hours trying to get ahold of someone and make alternative plans.Later that day, the owner reached out to me. He had a couple employees who no-show/no-called. I’m not unsympathetic to finding reliable and quality help. We made arrangements, I rearranged my schedule, and he replaced my windshield the next day during my lunch time. He and his wife were top notch people.The replacement windshield was OEM identical, better than I thought for the competitive price quoted. He even transferred my permanent mounted toll pass! There was some residue left on my dash, but it was minor. Overall, I would use them again.

Their name is accurate I got done with an hour long appointment in 40 minutes, which is good because their lobby chairs leave a lot to be desired.

Replaced the glass in my Camry. The guy I dealt with was super eager to please and very knowledgeable!

I really wanted to give these guys five stars because they were very nice, fast & were knowledgeable but they left a mess inside my vehicle & stains on dashboard. The molding around my windshield rattles in the wind now when Im driving. They were cheaper than Safelite.

Called last week had an appointment for next day. Next day comes around an no show. Called said they had no record of my truck. So I remade my appointment for the next day boom no show again. Called back said they didnt get in my window. Remade appointment again no show called again. This time they hit a cow at 75mph. Was told you cant make this up lol yea ok sure. Gave them the benefit of the doubt an they said they would come out Monday. Its now Monday end of day called multiple times an was told Id receive call back nope nothing. Finally get them back on the phone an ask for a refund because I paid up front. Ive contested with bank also just to be safe. I do not recommend these people.

ZERO STARS!! This place is an absolute JOKE. Never go here if you want timely or professional window replacement. Placed an order for window glass, they ordered a winshield.. had to come back the next day, they ordered the wrong window glass. Called again and spoke with the “owner” about needing the right window and “he doesn’t have the time” to fix their mistake and order the correct glass. Worst business I’ve ever dealt with. DONT GO HERE!

Told me they couldnt get to me until next week to install a windshield on my car at my job. I seen their work they install your windshield but the dont vacuum up the glass in your vehicle.

From start to finish, great customer service and prices. I had to repair my windshield $199. Also, I had my 2 year old with me. They workers were so understanding and got me in early. They even went as far as to put on a kids learning channel. Great experience. Would def recommend.

Our experience was nice had my mom make an appointment and she did then shows up and they said sorry we dont have you. Then tell her go down the road to another place wasnt happy with that at all. Not professional at all wont recommend anyone else.

Got a back window replaced there a few years ago and the guy (who seemed to be alone) did great. I tried to come back a week ago and they had not recorded my appt or ordered the windshield. I decided to try again and called back for another appt the following week, talked to someone in the office in Nwa. So I show back up for my appt today and they say my windshield didn’t come and they didn’t take my number when I made the appt so they couldn’t call to let me know. Setting up a time to have my kids watched and then driving 30 minutes just to have the appt canceled twice is too much.

Fast Glass lives up to its name. I was able to have my windshield repaired during my lunch break, and then back to work on time. The windshield looks great too. I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my car to this location.

They install all our glass at Jade collision . They are the best glass company I’ve ever dealt with. If you need your windshield replaced call them. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The guys were fast and professional. They finished in half the time, I was in and out in a little over an hour and a half and I had both front and back glass replaced. Great job guys. And my truck looks great!!!.

Had my winshield replaced and a fee months later it cracked when the temp dropped . Called see if there was any kimd of warranty could find where we had it replaced. So i went there to see what the issue was and guy at the desk would look anything up weather we had it done nothing. So planned on paying to have it replaced he was very rude i even made a comment once he gave me price that it was chis time than last he rudely told me parts for prices for parts change over time. Side not there is/was a florida sticker on my windshield for a pike pass ive never been to florida in this car and it wasnt there before. Kimda makes you think they used an old windshield

Their customer service is fantastic, they were all so kind and professional. I had a crack throughout my entire windshield, and they got me in and out within an hour. Also, the prices are very good. I called three other places to get an estimate, and they were the least expensive in the area. 10/10 recommend this place.

I made an appointment online on Thursday for Monday. Showed up at my appointment and they had no recollection of my appt. Then said the manager based out of Conway did not put me on the schedule that day and had just ordered my windshield that morning. It was a complete waste of my time. Poor management.Fell short? You didnt do your job at all. You want to get on here and apologize but I never got my phone call that I requested from the manager. You want to look good on reviews but cannot contact a customer over the phone when requested! What a joke!

They gave me a windshield that had a scratch on it, then I had to come back a week later and waste my time, so they could replace it. I had to come back once again because they did a bad job on the windshield cowl. I asked if they could replace it and they said its just cosmetics, so they glued it down. The hose to my windshield looks its been cut, those things dont just wear out. Dont waste your time like I did.

First day I was told they would call me around noon with estimate no one ever called I call the next day to set up appt which was suppose to be today I left my car at home all day just got home and non-one has been here so I called and they said they forgot to call me and tell me they did not have one in stock all this after I paid for the new windshield over the phone yesterday very disappointing and unprofessional

Had a rock hit my windshield on the interstate which created a crack, I called and didn’t even need to set up an appointment they had me in and out in no time at all!! They also found another little crack that I never even noticed and fixed it too!! You can’t even tell now!! The guys were super nice, the price was very fair. 10/10 would recommend!

Called to have the glass put in made it to my appointment, and they didnt have the glass. Remade the appointment for the following Tuesday, and the company told me they had the wrong glass again. Called Thursday same week, today actually, and I asked their guy when the glass would be in, or if I needed to call someone else? HE SAID CALL SOMEONE ELSE !!!!!!!! SO CALL ANOTHER COMAPNY TO DO YOUR SERVICES !!!!

Horrible horrible is the nicest thing I can say about this company and the women that works in the office! Not only did SHE lose the keys to my sons truck, but after what was suppose have taken an hour an a half to replace a window that was shattered, we go by there a little over 2 hrs later to see whats going on? Yes, with a little frustrating and that is when we found out then that they had lost the keys and the reason for no phone call about it all was, because she didnt make sure there was a phone number on file before he left the office even though she told him we will call you when its ready! When I got really upset after she pretty much told us NOPE you didnt leave your keys here, then their story changed to well I hope the walk-in customer we had earlier didnt take them!!! She gets an attitude with me like its our fault.. Once the Keys are found we didnt get a SORRY or Nothing just well do you want to go ahead and get your truck window replaced, it will take about 40 minutes and of course we needed the window fixed that day due to someone breaking it out due to thief we had no other choice!! But it took way longer than 40 minutes of course and NO discounts and NO Sorry for everything!!! If you have at least 4 hours to spare and dont mind horrible customer service than this is the place for you.

I would definitely recommend having glass fixed here! My husband and I went in for a quote and were able to get our chip fixed right away. The whole process only took around 10-15 minutes (very quick for any automotive repair) and it was affordable. They gave us a guarantee that if the chip spreads, the price for the repair will be taken from the price of a new windshield. The employee who helped us was very kind, as well!

I also would rate the management of this company at 0 stars. Made an appointment a week in advance for a windshield to be replaced. Left the car all day for them to replace the windshield and they never did. Called and spoke with Mike, the GM, who basically just said too bad. Susan the owner of the Greenwood office did not bother to explain nor work with me on rectifying the situation.

I was one of the victims of the window breaking spree that happened a bit back. When safelite gave me an estimate of TWO WEEKS to get me a new window for my car I went online and found this place. They were quick, professional, and reasonably priced. I had never had any problems with my windows before so they took back into the shop to show me how weird Mazdas are with door casings and why they couldnt get all the glass out and even gave me tips on how to get the duct tape residue off my door. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who needs glass repair for their car. Heres to hoping I never have a reason to bring my car again though!

My family and I went in to have a small repair to our glass, upon arrival the manager was short and rude to us. He initially said that his worker would have to look at it to determine if it was repairable. We had been waiting for about 10 minutes so my husband decided to ask if they had determined if the car was repairable, the manager snapped at my husband saying well its back there isnt it? Which my husband replied well you havent told us anything so we didnt know he then said to my husband what do you want me to do? To which my husband replied we just wanted some communication on what was going on he then told us we could leave and said theres the door if you dont like it he then pulled the worker from our car and said theres the door. We were completely thrown off by him having such a bad attitude towards us. They also left glue or something all over our windshield and it wont come off. Terrible place.

We have had them install five diffrent windshields on our various vehicles over the years as we have needed and have been nothing short of completley satisfied! Cost was great, service was fast and proffesional, and everyone we have ever meet there has been exeptionally kind. I reccomend this place to everyone i know when in need of new glass for their vehicle.
