Im leaving very slow and always want to pay you the less money

I had a job through them and one day I had to call in. I called and everything was fine. Next day I received a call back asking why I didnt show up for work. I told them I had called in and they said they had no record of it so I lost my job. The lady at the front desk was very rude to me when I was asking questions about a job, even told me that she didnt have time to answer my questions. I had issues receiving my paycheck and had to wait an entire week to get it. And to top it off they have put false information on my resume there that I have never told them before. They are very sorry people and they do not care about the people they employ.

When I first applied at WorkSource, I was a tad nervous, because I had never used a temp agency before. But, everyone turned out to be extremely nice and helpful. I was able to get a great job and was hired on full time after only 3 months! I would definitely recommend WorkSource to anyone needing to find a job!

They were great. Nobody had work for me and I call them and they are like yeah come on in. They gave me a warehousing job here in fort Smith. Which has very competitive wages and benefits. Highly impressed and thank ful

Worksource in Fort Smith, AR is an awesome place to work with. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Very professional and very informative. We hire through work source and they are very quick to send us qualified and great workers to our facility. I would most definitely recommend them at any time!

Did not like the fact that no matter how much experience you have they dont tell ya until you waste your time that they want 18 month previous but recently. So guys like me even though we have the skill set and experience they wont take us. Ill go to a temp service that dont discriminate against the working man or woman. Every person deserves a chance to work!

I started working at WorkSource 3 years ago as the sales representative and love working closely with my clients. It is such a good feeling to find that perfect match between client and employee.

Summary: Anywhere they put you will fire you for breathing wrong, they will put you in jobs simply to fill their quotas despite your skill set being completely different and they will NEVER try to help you when theres an issue with the job.Heres my long rundown of my work experience with this company. First off, dont believe the lie that they dont take money from your check. They do, they just dont show it to you and quote your pay as what it comes out to after they deduct their fee. Once I was hired by one of the places they put me in, they told me this, because my pay there went up.So thats all well and good right? They got me a (call center) job that I was hired on for and its all sunshine and rainbows? Nope. I only took that job because I had to, but the biggest issue is that I was having problems with the employer, and my reps at this office NEVER went to bat for me. Ever. This is a theme that will repeat multiple times throughout this story.So anyway, things at that job that hired me go south, as half of the company folded. No fault of mine. So I go back to these guys. They stick in another call center. It was me and about 15 others. By the end of the third day of training, the employer fired 10 of the others. Some just because they didnt like how they answered the phone ONE time and some literally just because. I made it through the training week and work there for about a month. Well, one day when I was leaving, my vehicle broke down in the parking lot. In front of the supervisors. They saw my vehicle in this state and they watched me leave it there. I had to call in the next day, as my vehicle was not ready. I was immediately fired. Once again, my reps here did not defend me at all. Negative mark on my file.So they have other jobs open. Jobs that match my expertise. And where do they put me? In a factory. A plastic factory. A plastic factory so run down that they dont have a functioning bathroom and theres injuries every single day. I stayed there for a month or two, then left on my own terms when I was injured again. These guys did not understand why and gave me another negative mark.I worked with another company for a while and came back to these guys when I needed. Again, they knew my expertise and where I would be a good fit. They put me in ANOTHER factory. I tried it out for a day and asked them to put me somewhere else. They gave me another negative mark. I decided Id let them try one more time before I went with another staffing service. ONCE AGAIN, they put me in a factory. This time it was one with no temp control in the middle of the summer, where we could not have easy access to water. I left the same day and they tell me they would need two years of work history before they helped me again.I would rather be homeless than work with these people again. I went to TEC Staffing the day after. They gave me an aptitude test and put me in a job that was a near-perfect fit for me on the FIRST TRY. Part time, with my skills actually utilized. I stayed with that company for a year until they downsized and I got a full time job somewhere else. TEC is where I will go again, should I ever need to. Worksource however is the worst possible choice you could make. Even worse than SMX, and thats saying something.

I applied at cellofoam with Julio and now for the last 2 days he has told me Ill get you on and no reply. Yesterday he had a Spanish speaking individual Julio got him right to work so he plays favortisum. So dont even waste your time with work source.

The parking really suck getting on and off the road is hard in front of a mobile home park which sucks for the people living there

So my dealing with this group of people is kinda like, one dont know what the other one is doing!! If you seek employment youre better off trying to put in applications yourself then trying to ask these people for help and wasting your time. They do not take helping others seriously. I would have to contact them for assignment and when was given an assignment I informed them I wasnt able to fill the assignment due to being out of town with family. They later call back asking why I didnt show up at the assignment I informed them that I called prior to the assignment and explained my reasoning. I was later told I was removed from their people list on that assignment.Not that this is a big lost but I think its shady because no one knows whats going on at this place!!DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE THEY HAVE NO DESIRE TO HELP YOU!!

I went in to do an update i was told that i am done with update i call to see if jobs availabe they say you need to come in for an update after i have already done one.. i talk to supervisor she comes up with lies and tries to make everything my fault and say i left b4 it was over. I did not leave b4 it was over they told me my update is done and will call me if there is job available.. i wait... and wait... then i call asking do yall have any jobs available they say you need to come in for an update b4 we can put you avalible. They are liers and i would not trust them..........

My experience was a pretty good one, what I liked the best is they actually called me instead of telling me to call them every day. Their office seemed professional and clean, and the people I talked to seemed very nice to me. The only reason Im not giving them 5 stars, is because they arent able to form a professional relationship with TEC staffing, so they couldnt call them to verify some of my experience through TEC. Other than that, I had a good experience.

There nice people here just takes to long I got here at ten to ten thirty in the morning and I was there four to five hours

Not only did workSource find me a job but they gave me a career, the people that work here are real people who have families and treat everyone equally it doesnt matter if you have a degree or are a felon they will treat you with respect and do whatever it takes to find you either a temp position or a career! Best staffing agency around

I have been a client of WorkSource for several years. The staff is very attentive and treats their customers like family. WorkSource has been a great resource for our company and I look forward to continued business with them into the future.

These people make money off of others work, I know people need jobs but this isnt how it should be, there are some States in America that temp services are prohibited. Sketchy at best.

This place is the worst company to go thru period.

When I first started dealing with Worksource it seemed as though you were in and out. 9/10 you left out with a job. Now to this date exactly I was scheduled by worksource an interview at 10:30 here it is an hour later and my name hasnt been called, people who came in after me is getting an interview before me. The wait time has got ridiculously long and I find myself walking out anywhere from 30-45 minutes. This is or should be unacceptable for a temporary service company. If you have the time to wait all day, apply. If not I suggest you find alternatives way to find employment.

Worksource is the best place in town for job opportunities and their staff goes above and beyond to satisfy their employees

I moved up here and applied with several temp agencies. Worksource was the only one that called me periodically and emailed. Never heard again from the others again. Didnt end up getting a job the first go around, but everyone was on vacation when I applied. My contact moved and I fell between the cracks. When I went back in to apply for another job they had posted I got passed to Beth Christopher. She sat me down and we went over my strengths and weaknesses and what I was looking for. She apologized for some paperwork issues and falling between the cracks. She told me I was very placeable and hadnt been put in front of the right people. She asked to give her a week. I left feeling good. A little over a week later she called and set me up with an interview at an awesome company. She asked I call her after and wanted to discuss how it went. I got the job. These guys are amazing. Totally made up for driving to Lowell! The whole staff was so attentive and delivered on their promise to find me a great job. I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I needed another job!

A woman that works at worksource gave my social security number to her husband that worked at Allens canning. Then he sold it to some Hispanic guy that worked there a few years back. They did the same thing to a few other people I know. Then when I called to find out who had access to my account at worksource, the woman got nervous and hung up. I believe her name was linda. Save time, money, and your identity from being stolen. Go somewhere else.

I dont recommend this place to anyone they tell you they have jobs for you and to call them I have called them several times asking them to send me somewhere and the very hateful lady that works at the front that answers the phone always says she will have them call me back well geuss what they never do I finally got ahold of the guy and he said she hasnt been telling him Ive been calling, he set me up with an interview at zero mountain the guy from zero mountain said work source would call me and let me know at the end of the day, geuss what no phone call, they could have atleast called and sent me to another place if zero mountain couldnt use me

I had a good experience with them. I went in dressed professionally, all my paper work and every thing in order, treated them with the respect i wanted back. Never had any issues what so ever.

I worked fast food for 2 years and then have been working factory production work ever since. I decided to further my education and finally get my diploma at 22 years old. I went to talking leaves job corps of Talequah Oklahoma, the best decision of my life. I was able to obtain my high school diploma not my GED. And my Certification in Business Office Technologies. But now that I have it and Im searching for work that obtains to my certification everyone still wants me to work factory. WorkSource was quick to throw me under the boat. They tried to place me in one of the worst paid factories in fort smith and as well as bad things that gets said about the place all time. Worksource said my resume is rather shallow which I know, but I am the hardest worker I know and have had reasons for leaving certain places but all the guy there wanted to say is that i didnt make what i said at OK foods chicken plant and wasnt here or there for the time I said which I was and did. OK foods even lied on me all because I quit to further my education so that I could finally get out of factory work. I am tired of working factory work. Worksource treats certain people so poorly . I was born here in the fort and I love the atmosphere but the people in it make this place one of the most biggest melting pots there is. I was raised in seattle Wa but ever since I gotten out of school its hard . But how do you expect a person to be able to show you how strong their work ethic really is if you dont allow them the chance to show you. I bet anything I could work way harder then a lot of those people in that office and show the people that come in that they have a chance and show them equality over race and allow them the chance to become someone through that company. Wouldnt recommend that place to everyone but some people have it better than others.

I was not trained well. The person training me is burnt out from travel. She did not tell me the rules on cell phones. My daughter called me sick and hurting and it was after hours. We had already worked 10 hours that day and we wound up working 12. I was called Sunday to say I dont have a job now because of a rule I didnt know until it was explained to me in front of the client. Very bad business and very unprofessional. Now I do not have a job and will have to refile my UC and wait 3 weeks to have money for me and my children.

I put about 1-2 hrs into WorkSource doing my application, interview, calling in available, etc etc.They only called me once in three weeks I was in the system and it was only a 10 day job. I decline the job because Im wanting something long term. I told the lady that I had a BA degree and that I was drowning in student loans and that it just did not sound good. I told her that I appreciated the call and we ended the convo.Susan Pierce called me back and asked what I was looking for and I told her I was looking for anything that was long-term, temp to hire. Susan Pierce then went over my work history and then OUT OF NOWHERE Susan Pierce said that they were deactivating my account because of they way I spoke to the first lady that called me. This is a bit weird - why did she even ask me the questions, go over my work history, etc if she was just going to deactivate my account anyway? It doesnt make much sense.I asked Susan if she even listened to the call and she said she did - which is a lie because I was never rude, I actually said thank you and that I appreciated them giving me a call. I asked Susan if she could send me this recorded call - she said that she already deactivated my account. Of course they would not send me the recorded convo, BECAUSE there isnt one - they would have had to ask me for my permission to record. So Susan Pierce lied again. Susan would not even hear me out, she had it in her mind that she was deactivating my account because I did not accept their job.Susan Pierce proceeded to hang up on me. I gave her a call back and she hung up again.Seriously people, Ive been through 4 different Temp Agencies in Fort Smith and this HAS to be the worst.Why would one deactivate an account because I respectfully declined their offer?Save your time and energy, go to TEC Staffing.
