If you’re not using a travel agent to plan and book your vacations then you’re doing it wrong!!! It blows my mind that this is a FREE SERVICE!!! They think of everything and hold your hand every step of the way! John has been the best and has taken all the stress out of planning and booking and is super easy to communicate with and always quick to respond. My only complaint is probably that he isn’t actually accompanying me on my trip! HaHa! I can’t say enough how much I appreciate him and I can’t wait to book my next trip!!

I absolutely love Rick at Deramus Travel. He had booked many trips for me. It is so nice just picking up or even getting my travel documents delivered to me and being completely ready to just show up at the airport! Rick has even answered question for me on flights our company booked themselves. Very helpful, very knowledgeable and over the top friendly and organized!I would never use any other travel agent!

Rick was very helpful and responsive to all the questions we had, and there was plenty. He responded to every email and stayed late talking to us. He gave tons of options and some sound traveling advice.

Big shout out to Deramus travel!!! We recently booked a Carnival cruise through Deramus. Our trip went so smoothly, the hotel in New Orleans was amazing, our boarding and departure was flawless. The ship, the Carnival Valor was awesome. Due to virus scare right now, the ships crew was constantly cleaning and making sure everything was clean, instead of serving ourselves at the buffet, we were served in a very timely manner, so as not to pass germs around. They are taking every precaution necessary to ensure everyones safety. I would not be afraid to take another Carnival cruise anytime soon. Jennifer our travel agent took care of all the details for us so as to insure a worry free trip. All in all, our first trip through Deramus was great. The Carnival Valor and crew were amazing. Would like to say how thankful I am to Rick for his promptness to cancel an International trip, leaving Sunday after the announcement about our boarders. He called me at 10:30 p.m.Wed to let me know my trip had been canceled and that I had a voucher to use for up to 1 year. I was able to relax knowing It was all taken care of. He called me again on that Sunday to check on me and make sure I was able to cancel all tours, etc. I am forever grateful and will always recommend Deramus tours!

A lifetime friend And I decided to mark off a fantastic trip off our bucket list this year and went to Rick to help us with plans. He worked with us to put together a magical trip and we have been so very excited. When we left here the Corvid 19 was just starting to raise it ugly little head. But by my point of view and my friends view it should not affect us. However Rick did go over possibilities and how to handle all situations. I will say we were in Great Britain and having an absolutely amazing time. When we went into London everyone talked about virus and I have never been anywhere that was so clean and people so careful but not a single panic person. And business when on as usual Rick called us on Thursday to give us an update about what was happening here in the USA. We decided to go on our Friday tour while he made arrangements to get us out on Saturday. He did a fabulous job of getting tickets changed and reservations changed all we had to do was pack and go. So wonderful. We got wonderful treatment at the airports (the one at Heathrow and at Atlanta ). No problems either place. They made us feel special. This agency is wonderful!!! Having no prior experience with group travel, I called Deramus Travel seeking advice and consultation. Rick spent a couple hours of his time working with our non-profit group on airline rates and flights to get us the best possible options. He did all of this knowing there was a strong possibility we would probably end up driving. He is extremely knowledgeable about the airline industry, and explained group travel considerations clearly and concisely and how the market has changed over the years. My husband called needing a flight from Florida back to Fort Smith during Thanksgiving weekend. Was told that Rick would call him back. He never received a call back. I see on his other reviews that some people had the same or similar problems and Ricks response was to call his cell phone. I think instead of having us call you, maybe you should call us back. What ever happened to customer service.
