If there was a zero stars that would fit better. Very bad experience.. the driver caused even more damage to my car than the wreck did. And didn’t let me get any of my things out of my car before he drove off with it. And then the car was totaled by insurance and the tow company was notified that the car can’t be released until I signed off that I got everything of mine out of it.. I went there to get everything out the next day the car had already been released and sent to the auction yard. And so I had to call and get it towed back to me which took 3 days. Because of the weekend. so needless to say I will make it a point to never use this place again for anything. They are rude and not responsible with the business with what I have seen.. 0 rating from me.

The driver was nice and very helpful. BUT, the dispatch operator(s) were liars. Said driver was out on a call, when in fact the driver said he was at home asleep... We waited over 40mins. Not a good experience. Call Walkers towing next time!
